I've had the pleasure to meet and shoot with Shawn at his home studio in Acton last week.

The communication was spot on and he and was great to work and get along with. I loved the concepts he had in mind and images I've seen so far. He has a great knowledge about lighting and composition and I hope to be working with Shawn again soon. 100% recommended to all models and also to photographers who'd like to learn about difference aspects of photography; he's a brilliant tutor!

I had a great afternoon yesterday I attend the photo walk which was organised by Shawn and Charliee. The photo walk took place at Gunnersbury park. There was a maximum of 4 photographers at the event which meant I had plenty of shooting time with Charliee. Shawn and Charliee took us to some great locations in the park. I really enjoyed the event and felt relaxed as you are left on your own with lots of time to try different shots with Charliee, Shawn was also available for assistance if required.

In all it was a great afternoon and I got some lovely shots.

I attended another well run workshop organised by Shawn at Neon Dreams Studio in Hook. This time with the very lovely and talented K_O_N_E_K_O. We ran through eight different lighting/setups and I came away with another great set of images. If you haven't been on one of Shawn's workshops then I suggest you do as you are guaranteed some great images and you will actually learn something too.

I’ve attended a lot of Shawn’s workshops over the years and have always benefited from his vast experience of photography and lighting sets.

The workshops are very informal and easygoing but with a professional undertone and style that works well for regulars and especially newcomers. Highly recommended.

This was my second shoot with Shawn and so happy we got to shoot again and can’t wait to see the images! He’s amazing to work with, very talented, very helpful guiding posing. He came to my apartment to test out the lighting and back grounds and was very patient working out the set ups that would look good for me.

If you want a straight forward easy going workshop to help enhance your photography, then you need to book with Shawn. Shawn has a back of explaining the right way to shoot, he ensures everyone has their fair share and makes sure you are supported however much is needed. Another excellent Workshop by Shawn. Everything is so clearly explained and demonstrated. He starts by showing how the lighting set-ups work for his preferred image style. Then he shows how to achieve alternative effects for those who prefer a slightly different "mood" for their shots. This all obviously demonstrates his extensive experience and his ability to teach for all levels of experience.

Shawn held an 'Art Nude' workshop at Fareham Studios on Sunday with Charliee Rose. This was the first time I had met Shawn and Charliee but it was obvious that the two of them had worked together many times before. The workshop was well run with Shawn able to show his teaching skills to the group. We worked our way through four different setups over the four hour period and despite it being a group shoot I came away with some excellent images. Shawn was very good at showing the effect and why he was setting the lights the way he did and was full of information.

Both he and Charliee were easy to get on with and I would recommend him for any future workshops he is running.

Thoroughly enjoyed the workshop hosted by Shawn and Charliee. Shawn gave great detail on the lighting setups for the 4 sets that we shot. Nothing seemed too much bother for him and he was an excellent tutor. I would highly recommend Shawn and look forward to attending more of his workshops.
