Guilty Pleasure Girls

I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn on on one of his many Guided Photo Walks with his lovely model Charliee. The shoot was well organised with enough time for all to get the shots we required. Shawn make sure the shoot didn't offend or upset the general public as we went about the various locations that were pre-planned. Many thanks Shawn & Charliee for a lovely afternoon with you both.

Attended a workshop with Shawn over at Fine and Dandee studio. Was blown away with his knowledge on creating lighting set up, I came away with the best studio images I've ever taken, would definitely attend another one soon.

I really enjoyed the “Spring Walk” shoot with Shawn and Charliee, the weather was not ideal but Charliee looked stunning in all her outfits and everyone forgot about the weather and concentrated on the photography. Shawn knew all the best locations for shooting and even carried Charliee across a muddy field in her ballgown to get the perfect background! Thank you Shawn and Charliee for a well organised and enjoyable afternoon.

Shawn and Charliee held a spring walk shoot in Lily Hill Park. It was cloudy and not very warm but both of them made-up for the weather with some nice locations, outfits and good humour.

We all got some decent shots and a great afternoon out.

Shawn was the tutor at this weeks workshop I modelled for. As usual his workshop went really well and covered a tone of lighting sets and the best thing is if someone has a question "what if we did this what would happen?" instead of just explaining he actually shows you. Shawn is a great friend of mine and I always love working with him.

I very highly recommend Shawn to both Models, Photographers and all others in the industry!

Shawn was very efficient and professional, he knew the perfect colour backdrop for your chosen outfit. I've done a shoot with him twice, one in studio and one beach shoot and he was very good with lighting even when the sun was setting!

Studio Fifty Eight

Today Shawn came along with Charliee to deliver a workshop on Lighting with us. It was really good to see him again after we had planned it a while back. Shawn is a great guy and very laid back and easy to get on with. I look forward to doing more work together in the New Year!! I attended a lighting workshop Shawn ran at Stuido Fifty Eight, he was chatty and friendly and explained everything clearly and simply, he made sure everyone got any help they needed and was also happy to answer questions anyone asked, I felt it was well worth the money and I’d happily attend other workshops with him, highly recommended.

World of Light

Make-up and Magazine style workshop led by Shawn. A great evening shooting, loads of ideas flying around, well led with a some great explanations of the subject matter and of course Shawn's usual superb lighting skills and advice. What is not to like! Thanks for organising a great evening with tip top models and make-up artist Shawn. Absolutely recommended to photographers of all levels.

Worked with Shawn recently at Scarlett Door studio and had a great shoot!

Pre comms were great leading up to the shoot and despite being let down by a mua last minute I was well looked after upon arrival.

Shawn is very easy to work with and quick to get going. He certainly knows what he's doing, paying great attention to detail as well as lighting.

We got some excellent shots on the day and would highly recommend anyone to work with him. Without a doubt a great photographer and would love to work with him again in the future 😊

He arranged a workshop and one2one, booking an hour to shoot myself and Charlie.

Very easy person to work with, probably the most relaxed hour shoot I've ever had :)

The shots looked amazing back of camera and on the computer and can't wait to see the results :)

Great shoot with Shawn at Scarlet Door Studio. He had planned out the 4 hour session very well and we achieved a lot of different looks and lighting set ups with the models, working both solo and duo. He always talked through his concept for the shot and why the lights were as they were and then why any adjustments were made. All photographers had time to shoot what they wanted and we had great interaction with the models. Will happily return when the opportunity arises.

Last minute shoot with Shawn yesterday at his awesome studio Scarlet Door in Bracknell.

He is extremely polite, professional and an amazing photographer! Felt very comfortable and confident and had loads of fun.

We had so many ideas we tried to fit into a couple of hours, the time flew by but we were very productive.
