Great to return to this delightful studio that's ran really well and in a friendly manner. Hosting a slightly messy flour shoot with Vampire Princess & MissUnsane not only is it a safe place for the models to work, Myk our host as always was congenial and helpful when guidance with the kit was required.

I had the pleasure of hiring Myk's studio for four hours today to work with the wonderful Alice Bates.

Myk was very helpful when I needed him to be and left us to our own devices for the rest of the time (he also makes pretty good tea). The studio has more ideas in it than I could make use of, but that means plenty of scope for going back.

It was a pleasure to meet him, I definitely recommend his studio and look forward to using it again.

It's all been said before: photographer, raconteur, biker - Myk is a man of many parts, and always fun to be around.

His studio's not bad, either...

If you're needing a good WARM studio anywhere near Redditch, go there. You'll go back again and again.

Myk hosted a workshop with me at his gorgeous studio.

I very much enjoy workshops, I love being a part of teaching photography with those who are passionate about capturing beautiful imagery. I am grateful to have met a host that has the knowledge to teach how using the right camera settings, light and shadows can capture the perfect atmosphere while the model is lit with a stunning light.

Myk is the perfect host for photographers at all learning levels, he has extraordinary wide range of photography knowledge allowing a perfect teacher for workshops. During the workshop Myk was attentive to individual photographers, adapting to all their needs and photography experience and levels, guiding them to use the ideal settings for controlling the light sensitivity, aperture and shutter speed to each setting. Myk had sets of different types of lighting equipment. Myk also has a genuine calm and kind manner with no ego and just wants photographers and models to be happy.

Myk was checking on me consistently, keeping me warm, safe and filled up with coffee biscuits, a bucket of chicken and water. Great conversations, whitty fun banter, in his happy studio :) I had so many giggles and gorgeous photographs.

I hope we get to host another workshop soon, I want to be a part of many more!!

Highly recommended for if you want to improve photography from the guidance of a creative skilled down to earth photographer, or if you are a model that wants to shoot in a warm setting with a great person during a workshop.

We finally got to shoot together after being in the studio numerous times with other Photographers and I can’t wait to be back! We had a great time and the end results were incredible!

Attended another of Myk's excellent group shoots yesterday. Always enjoyable, productive and educational. The new studio sets are great and inspire creativity. Myk, as always, was on hand to set the lighting and keep everything working smoothly. And to offer help and advice where necessary.

I attended the group shoot as Myk Gs yesterday as well. The event was well organised and the new sets are fantastic.I was able to work with Loiise2 for the first time and the results are outstanding.

Myk has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is more than happy to pass on as many tips as you need.

Myk very kindly accepted my booking for both a solo shoot with Victoria and the evening group shoot with her.I arrived a little early but he welcomed me in.Whilst chatting before my solo shoot with Victoria Myk gave me some tips on using the manual side of my camera.I learnt more in 20 minutes than I have done in a very long time before a photograph was taken.

Both my solo shoot with the lovely Victoria and the evening group shoot went very well indeed.His studio is of a high standand and his calm and collected approach to both the photographer/s and the model is first class.

Had my first shoot at Myk's studio yesterday. He was very welcoming and professional and his studio is absolutely great - very well equipped, warm, and has a great, well-lit dressing room. It's definitely one of the best studios I've shot in and Myk is hugely experienced and just a great guy. I hope to shoot at his studio again soon!

I had the pleasure of attending Myk's 'End of Year' shoot this morning, with the wonderful, Louise2. What a great way to fill the void between Christmas and New Year. It's always a rewarding and enjoyable experience working with Myk. He's been doing what he does for a good while now and he is extremely good at it. His shoots are always well planned, well organised, interesting and educational but also good fun, relaxed and very productive. He makes it look easy but it takes a lot of talent and experience to be that good.

Already looking forward to the next shoot and and I highly recommend both Myk and the studio to everyone.
