I attended the 'End of Year' group shoot at Myk G's studio today, with Louise2 as the model. It was a friendly and fun environment, with plenty of variety to shoot. This was my second time at the studio and once again it was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend MYK, the studio and the event. Thanks.

Had an amazing Birthday shoot with my partner as the newbee model.

Myk had Happy Birthday posters waiting for me and produced the usual relaxed friendly atmosphere that a new model needs.

we produced some outstanding images and Myk was on had to give top class advice on lighting.

I attended an Art Nude workshop with Myk G yesterday at his studio in Redditch. A great morning with a comfortable vibe, Myk was relaxed and informative and never far away if we needed his knowledgable input. He sorted a fabulous Model (Amethyst) a great space and good coffee! I had the pleasure of attending a Lighting workshop with Myk at his studio in Redditch. A thoroughly enjoyable, educational and productive workshop with the delightful Amethyst as our model. Myk created a variety of different sets and lighting setups for us and he explained and demonstrated the pro's and cons of each one. I'm delighted with the images we created and i'm sure the other photographers were as well. It's always a pleasure working at the studio and today was no exception. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend both Myk and the studio to everyone.

Well what can I say about Myk, he is a true gentleman who runs a lovely studio in Redditch.

I have shot in Myks Studio for many years and not only does he have a fantastic amount of knowledge, but he has such a versatile space where you can capture anything from using simple backdrops to more complicated setups and props.

My most recent visit saw me photograph on one of his studio days that he runs regularly and the model in question is called Amethyst who was so very friendly and very versatile in her style. (Search Amethyst on PP for more info on her and her profile!)

I can say the day was fantastic, Myk did all the complicated setting up of lights etc and explained what and WHY his was doing it and how it would affect the picture. He is always around too if you need help or if you are stuck on ideas or how to achieve a certain image.

The overall atmosphere is great, really chilled with some music in the background and all the other photographers are all so friendly and supportive too, so if it's your first shoot or 100th shoot, you'll feel at home. The other photographers at these shoots are also great and often give and share ideas that you wouldn't have thought of yourself!

Overall Myk is a true professional who knows his stuff. So if you're looking for a studio to use for your project, a photographer, or need any help with anything photo-based Myk is the guy to see!

I will be making more regular visits to his studio I'm sure!

After dropping Myk a message to say that I was going to be in the area, we arranged a quick shoot together at his studio in Redditch.

We’ve shot together a few times now, and I feel like our work gets better every time! He’s chatty, hardworking and knows his stuff, plus he’s full of great stories that I always love hearing!

Myk is a really caring guy, and always keeps his models comfortable and happy! I 110% recommend him to anyone! x

Had a photo shoot with Myk last week during my visit to England. We had arrange to shoot both glamour and art nude for his book at his studio in Redditch.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! The best shoot I have been to so far in my modelly career. The chemistry we had going between us was amazing which in turn created fantastic shots! We both bounced off one another with ideas and got great results from it.

Myk is an awesome guy, really genuine and down to earth. We got along great and I would love to work with him again, and I will be making sure it happens! Fingers crossed in 2020 spring if things go well my end and I can make back over to England! He's definitely on my top list of photographers.

We went through the pictures throughout the shoot also to see what was working and which we like, which I found a brilliant way to work as you both get a visual to talk about and work on.

All in all, Myk was perfect, very friendly but also very professional, didn't overstep any boundaries at all and our shoot was fantastic, fun and productive!

So I used to model for Myk G before and was always a great laugh! He's so professional, yet he maintains a great sense of humour with it!

I have been out of modelling for personal reasons, and only just getting back into it! He's helped me massively and I honestly couldn't recommend a more professional tog, he's brilliant at getting the pictures you are after!!

To start with I would like to say a huge thank you to Myk for not only his patience at all times and his understanding for my quietness when I have been away, working and busy but also working with me again with a delay in me leaving this reference.

Next I would like to thank Myk for 2 fun and rewarding shoots. The 1st shoot was at my home studio where we had worked one to one. Myk turned up with a lot of confidence in knowing we would create gorgeous images. Although Myk is modest I have for sure seen the photographs and can confirm they are so beautiful.

Myk is a dream to work with for a model as he is kind, thoughtful and conscientious as well as a cool, genuine person that is so easy to talk to. I thouroughly enjoy our conversations and I love to listen to your stories. I feel this really helped me to pose at ease for the camera which is where we created beautiful authentic images.

Myk has a very artistic mind, even if he doesn't think so himself. I think Myk is versatile - with a history of successful work with bodyscapes, studio lighting, glamour and now natural light.

So Myk worked with me in my home studio, where we created gorgeous images in 2 rooms, one had a lot of shadows and the other a lot of sunlight. Where Myk had taken gorgeous images in both light settings. Which I think says a lot about his abilities as a technical photographer and having artistic vision.

I 100% recommend working with Myk. I have high respect for him as a person and a photographer. Thank you Myk you are a gentlemen!

So I had my first shoot today with Myk G and wow.. what a amazing photographer,

I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Very down to earth and easy to get along with, the shoot was one of the best shoots iv done in a very long time I had a great time shooting and felt very relaxed and comfortable the hole way though.

Booked for the next one already and I cant wait :)

If your looking for a great photographer he is your guy

And let's not forget about the amazing studio he has and the difference sets I loved every minute of it.

Had the pleasure of working with the wonderful, and incredibly talented, Myk G this monday. Didn't have much planned, but as always we just improvised on the day, and managed to produce some great images. Myk is a pleasure not just to work with, but to be around, he has a fabulous studio, which I can't recommend enough for models and togs looking to book studios for shoots, this time of year, (lots of varied set up's and backdrops) I can't recommend or speak highly enough of Myk. Highly recommended. ♥ I can't wait for the next shoot x

Had a fantastic shoot at the MykG studio in Redditch with Violettpettal8. This is an amazing studio and even thought I've used it quite a few times I'm always inspired as soon as I open the door and be greeted by this warm, friendly, talented gentleman.

Myk has a way of being able to pass on his incredible knowledge without be intrusive in the shoot.I will be back very soon.
