I had another shoot with Mr G Saturday and just wow, he never stops surprising me. I went to myk about my latest fiction Isabella and even though it became a single shoot instead of dual shoot, we got some amazing images to portray this flash fiction. Myk admitted he hadn't done horror before but honestly the images just prove that there is nothing that this photographer can not do. I'll always recommend myk g, he's an excellent person to work with on any project

I recently did a Shoot at MYK G Studio, Working with Karen Smalley, both on my own, and also Modelling alongside Kay Morgan.

TGhe Studio itself is ideal to Work with, and Maurice is such a brilliant Host and Owner of the Studio. I also had a few images done with Maurice, which I really loved.

I would highly recommend Maurice and MYK G Studio to anyone, and I look forward to going back there again in the future!

I shot at MykG's studio for the first time today.

Right from when I first entered the room, I was really shocked by the amazing versatility and variety that the studio has to offer. Although I was working with another photographer, he is a great guy; really respectful and professional, and I thought he was a great laugh as well!

I'm very excited to work with him next time I'm there!

Today was the 3rd time I'd seen myk and ive loved seeing him every time! He is truly an amazing person and photographer and I always look forward to working with him... Today was the first time we did a one-to-one shoot together and it went brilliant, he makes me smile, laugh and has a great sense of humour, I absolutely love the photos he takes of me and have even recommended him to my other half who needs photos done. Myk is so easy to work with and very kind to give me some of the images to use as well. He is a lovely man and I very much enjoy his company as well as working together, highly recommended and I look forward to working with you again soon!

I had such a great day and myk is so down to earth friendly and a totally joy to work with!

He’s incrediblely creative always thinking outside the box!

The studio is also one of the best iv been to with so many props and set ups I could honestly spend all day there and not run out of ideas!

I have honestly have one of the best days and I can’t wait to shoot with him again super soon :)

I worked at Myk G for the first time today and wow! I can't believe I've missed this local gem.

Firstly the studio is brilliant. It is packed with lots of different sets and props that are super creative, I could spend all day there! There's literally someone for everyone, no matter what style/genre you shoot.

Secondly Myk is lovely and welcoming. He provided refreshments and made sure I didn't cook to a crisp in this heat and kept the studio at a comfortable temperature. He was on hand to help and offered some really useful tips during my shoot with Dan.

Thank you for a fabulous shoot, I'll definitely visit again and can fully recommend this studio to everyone :)

Omg is all I have to say really...

Myk G is incredible!

I was booked at Myk G Studio for 2 hours this morning with another photographer which went okay. However I'd arrived early and while waiting for the other photographer me and Myk hit it off straight away, conversation just flowed and he was very welcoming and friendly.

Once I'd finished with the photographer I was originally booked with, me and Myk decided to do an extra hour together and it was WOW. The images produced are by the far the best pictures I've had taken of me in the space of an hour! Myk is very professional and his work is amazing!

I was truly touched when Myk told me I was really good at my job, it's a great confidence boost. I really enjoyed working with Myk and we have already booked another date to shoot together and we are both also planning a studio day.

I can not wait to see the rest of the pictures! Highly recommended and is probably my favourite photographer!

It was only my second shoot with Myk G but it seems like I've known him for ever - he's so easy to get on with and work with! This shoot was part of my event at a derelict school, we only had an hour which Myk booked both myself and Rachyy for and we created some super cool images as a team

I had such a great shoot with Myk G! On arrival he showed me around his studio and showed me the model area which has direct access to the loo and well as having everything you need for a cuppa and a fridge - perfect for bringing your lunch to a model day ect!

Myk is really welcoming and respectful, relaxed to work with and because of this we achieved so much within our time. He takes that extra moment to check lighting ect in camera which really pays off and is reflected in his images (and his 1 minute edit time!). We worked through 5/6 sets and got at least 3 images we LOVE with in each along with many more that we're more than happy with.

Can't recommend enough on both his work and his personality.

Ps I worked out of the studio with finished images, what?!? 😂 An edit or two were done on each of my outfit changes. Incredible!

Atomic Photography

I had a half day shoot booked with a model who was only visiting Redditch for a short time, not wanting to jeopardise being able to shoot with her I booked Myk's studio based on a couple of set photographs and a brief online chat.

What can I say.... Myk's studio is fantastic. It's a small place but has plenty of lights, at least 8 different sets and plenty of props contained within. I didn't need for my shoot but there's a fully working bath/shower, professional pole dance pole, boudoir set, etc. On top of the haybarn, 50's makeup table/set, brick effect wall, and so on.

Don't book this place if you're looking for a white cove it's not that kind of studio (there are paper rolls). Do book this place if you want to be able to take lots of pictures and have them all look different. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Myk was on hand to help but only if you wanted him/asked him a question, he wasn't one of those owners who keeps giving unsolicited advice.

I'll definitely be back in the future and would happily recommend him!

As always an incredible fun and relaxed shoot, i really do love coming to myk g. Hes so professional and great to work with i always get amazing pictures with myk and his creativity is always refreshing. Cant wait to go again ^_^

Not sure I can add anything that's not already been said! Great studio space and a great guy. As someone who is very new to this, it was fantastic having a guy like Myk, with years of experience, there to offer tips and tutorials. He perfectly balanced being there to help and giving me space to create.

I'm booked in for a second shoot and can wholeheartedly recommend MykG to anyone and everyone.

Wow, what can I say about Myk...he is so welcoming when arriving at his perfectly equipped studio and he has so much past and knowledge about the industry, which is so fascinating to sit and listen to whilst chatting / editing and selecting pictures.

I felt honoured to return to the studio after attending a body scape project organised by Dan...

Myk knows what he’s looking for when capturing a picture, his ideas shine and it definitely shows within his pictures. Time flew by whilst we were shooting and we managed to shoot a range of sets and styles. I absolutely love the pictures I have received back and can’t wait to hopefully work with Myk again further on in the year.

I’d definitely recommend Myk to any model looking to get some amazing pictures and would definitely recommend his studio to any photographers looking for an amazing place to shoot from, offering a range of different sets etc.

Had a fab time working at myk G studio, the studio itself has different style areas to shoot in and a lovely range of props. It was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Myk G was kind and professional. He did a few test shots of me and his attention to detail is spot on! Would recommend the studio and myk G to anyone. I would hope to work with him again.
