I was fortunate enough to be asked to model at one of Studio G's group shoots last week.

Each of the four photographers were absolutely lovely, and made the evening thoroughly enjoyable. Myk is great at picking very respectful and nice people to work with on these group shoots, and is always on hand to help anyone that needs it throughout the event.

I love working with Myk; and whether that's just shooting at his studio, or working with him as the photographer, I always have a thoroughly enjoyable time!

110% recommend Studio G as a safe, clean and fun environment for photographers and models to work at! x

Met up with Myk again after a couple of years to find him in great spirits, despite the trials and tribulations of the last 18 months, and putting his all into his new studio in the same complex as his previous ones.

I like this one very much - very user friendly with a layout which allows the lights to be swung from set to set with minimum fuss. Nice and roomy curtained off changing room for models. Clean loos are nearby. And some photogenic industrial stairways if that is your thing.

Myk is helpful as ever, keeping out of the way if you know what you're doing; lending a hand with his wealth of experience if you need it.

I was photographing the fabulous Roxy M, who has become a bit of a regular at Myk's - which says a lot about him and his studio.

I'll try not to leave it so long next time, Myk. And you know where you're more than welcome.

Yesterday I went to Myk G studio, this time for a duo shoot with Louise. Excellent pre communication.

Shoot planned for a couple of hours in which we created some art nude images for our model day that will be coming very soon! (Watch this space :) )

It was a pleasure to be back at his beautiful studio after a while.

As always Myk is very gentle, fun and easy to work with. With his direction in a couple of hours we created stunning images.

I got to shoot on the bike which was amazing and we did a boudoir set to :)

I honestly love working with Myk so much because he is down to earth, chatty and a absolute joy to be around and seeing him always make my day better!

It's been a while since my last reference for Myk and his wonderful studio. Since it's relocation at the end of last year I've worked there on a number of occasions with several excellent models. My latest visit was yesterday with the lovely Lauzmogzy. The studio's a brilliant place to shoot, lots of variety with different backdrop walls, colouramas, white and black walls and a boudoir set that can be rearranged to provide different moods and looks. The studio has a good variety of props, chairs, stools, settee etc, plus a good selection of clothes and other useful stuff. Pretty much anything you'd need to ensure a very enjoyable, creative and successful shoot. All you need is a camera and somebody to point it at.

If all that isn't enough there's also the man himself. Myk is always on hand to help out if needed and is an excellent photographer himself. He's happy to help out with any advice or lighting you want setting up or he'll leave you alone to do your own thing. I always enjoy shooting at Myks and love spending time with Myk himself.

Obviously a resounding 100% recommendation from me, for both the studio and for Myk. Looking forward to the next shoot.

Another incredible shoot with Myk, this time we had a commercial shoot for one of his clients. The shoot was amazing! Myk always makes sure I have awesome time when working with him. As always he was amazing and creative, I always learn something new from him. His ideas are just perfect for anything you’d ask him to create, and the images are amazing as always too! His client was very happy with he images that we were creating, and overall the shoot was an absolute success!

He’s very talented and a professional (as many of you probably know) because he’s been in the industry for many years, and he’s the kindest person you’ll ever meet!

My first visit to the new and reconfigured Studio G to run a 4-hour tutorial workshop, and Myk's hospitality and interest in all things photographic is undiminished.

The new studio is laid out in a way that I feel is far more conducive to good and varied shooting, and I enjoyed the visit a lot. And - I'll be back!

Atomic Photography

Booked Myk's studio for a couple of hours today, my first time visiting since the move to a new unit. Pleased to say that Myk has stuck true to form and made sure that there are a variety of areas/backdrops to shoot with, he's even conceded that some togs prefer a blank canvas and provided a 'white wall' to shoot against. Myk is as friendly as ever and happy to help or disappear into his office and leave you to get on with your shoot.

So Myk as a photographer is kind, professional and has years and years of experience! He's also full of artistic flare and ideas!!

His studio is full of a huge variety of sets and props, great natural light (which can be easily shut out) private section for changing and easy to maneuver around!!

Had an excellent second shoot today at Studio G. This time it was with Alice (Thenediel). Myk was very welcoming again, offered support to set up where needed and was on hand if help was required. He's a great guy with a superb taste in music and I will be returning again.
