References for Map Studios

I've lost count how many times I've shot at Map Studio now, but everytime I'm always welcomed and treated like family.

I had my Studio day on the 30th which went brilliantly, Alex is always there to help with lights, make sure I'm warm enough and keep me going with coffee.

Without a doubt one of my favourite studios to work in.

I really can't recommend it enough!

I had a shoot at Maps Studio yesterday. When I arrived Alex greeted and showed me in. Although I had seen pictures of the studio I was pleasantly surprised how big Maps Studio was with lots of open space and light. There is lots of other rooms dotted around which hopefully I'll get to use for my next shoot with Dennis. There was lots of props and costumes,shoes,hats and accessories to wear. I was lucky to wear two beautiful dresses that fitted me perfectly. Alex had the heat on ready for me in the dressingroom as it was very cold outside which i was very grateful for.

Looking forward to shooting back at MS and I'm sure there will be many more shoots in future.

Had my third shoot at Map studio today , 27 January 2019.

Map Studio has a massive amount of space spread over several rooms covering two floors.

The owner, Alex, is always a friendly guy to work with.

The studio is well looked after and I have always enjoyed my shoots at Map Studio.

I have another shoot booked later in 2019 and I am really looking forward to this.

I must've been dead keen to shoot for the first time here as I arrived 2 hours early. What an idiot!! (Just a bit confused over the times really).

Anyway, Alex looked after me, made me a brew and sorted me a bacon roll. He showed me around and I liked what I saw. The studio area was a nice space with various sets and the usual paper roll area with some decent strobes and lights.

I was more interested in the derelict room and the back staircase for the themes I had in mind and they were spot on.

As it's only a 50 minute drive from me I may well be using Map more in the future.

I had an amazing six days working at Map Studios, I think Alex is an amazing studio owner and it was such a pleasure to spend so long there! Alex kindly put me up with him and Becky and they looked after me so well.

The studio has so many different shooting spaces, there is room for so many different styles of photography and I didn't ever run out of things to do there.

There is always a cup of coffee going and it is warm (yay!) and comfortable :D

I was fortunate enough to have not just one but two shoots in a day at Map studios. You are absalutely spoilt for choice, with never ending options for images!

My first shoot was 4 hours and the time absalutely flew by.

Great changing rooms with good mirrors and even props and costumes already there.

I shall certainly be using this studio much more!

My first time at MAP Studio and it was certainly worth the long drive from Norfolk. It's a unique location with the main studio having a range of different sets, then the other areas including a derelict room and a barn recreation. It has a lot of natural light, plus so many studio lights and modifiers I lost count. Crucially, everywhere is toasty warm, even the derelict room! Alex is a perfect studio boss, very welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and helpful throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 hours there (which was nothing like enough time to use all the areas) and would definitely recommend MAP studio. If you have any doubts, just look at the calibre of the wonderful models that work regularly at MAP.

Always a pleasure coming t work for Alex at his studio in Loughborough. This was my second visit but I was in the studio 3 days in a row doing various things. The studio it self I really big. Lots of different areas to use and so much shooting potential. It was nice and warm too which I always nice, make for a more relaxed day. The model changing areas are great too with big mirrors and tons of props and outfits that models can use to shoot in if they want. Alex and his wife are also kind enough to let me stay during my tour to the area. They are two of the most lovely down to earth people ive ever met. Totally chilled out. I always feel welcome when I stay at there place. So thanks very much for having me again and id love to come back …. if you would have me haha!

Another fantastic shoot at this wonderful studio.This time it was a studio day with Bobbi castle.

I have lost count of the times i have used map's either on studio days or a booking I've made myself sometimes a full day shoot.

There are plenty of set's and too many props to count, great lighting either natural or flash.

Always a warm welcome and always a warm studio with good heating when it's cold outside to keep the models happy especially if there shooting nude.

This is my go-to studio and would highly recommend map's to anyone

My first visit to the new Map location, having been to the old spot across the road. Fantastic studio with such diversity. Despite a 4 hour booking, only covered a fraction of the immediately obvious options. The concern with the weather turning and it being a big place is that it could be uncomfortably cold, but this was not the case, great effort had been taken to ensure it was more than warm enough for nude work.

Had my fourth shoot at Map on Sunday afternoon and once again was very impressed with the layout, equipment and rooms available. I would definitely recommend Map studios and I look forward to shooting there again soon.

My first shoot at Map, and I was very impressed. Lots of space, well utilised with several different sets, all of which can be moved to make more floor space. Lots of lights and modifiers too, as well as a whole lot of costume accessories and outfits for that extra little something.

Alex was very welcoming and very helpful throughout the day. Definitely recommended.
