Helen is a real character, really happy, full of energy, nothing was too much trouble, all in all a really lovely shoot with a really lovely young lady. Helen is a chameleon. She looks different from different angles - all beautiful of course - so it's like shooting with several models at once! What a bonus.

I booked a duo at Helen's with Soria but we had the chance to cover some individual sets too. Helen is a striking beauty with a wonderful figure. She is, of course, a very experienced model and although I went prepared with some concepts I wanted to cover, the best shots came from her interpretation and free posing. Highly recommended.

Had my second shoot with the lovely but mental Helen Dias and Soria at her home, ranging from fashion to art nude, lighting to natural lighting, we really had a fab shoot and loved every minute, really pleased with the images we created.

Can't recommend them both enough to all, really looking forward to working with them in the future again. Take care the pair of you see you in the near year.

I have had many shoots with Helen and they keep getting better and better with no end of new ideas to work with. This shoot was a duo with Soria who worked well with Helen giving complementary poses and looks. Helen is such a professional having great poise and able to create great expressive shapes and looks. She is also great fun to work with and the time always flies by and I always really enjoy my time on the shoot. This was my first shoot with the effervescent Helen - a duo shoot with the talented Soria organised by Helen.

Helen's communications are excellence despite her busy programme.

On first meeting with Helen, one quickly gets a measure of her wacky approach to a shoot - charming, fun, good humoured and readily making that unexpected comment that makes you smile from ear to ear. I imagine every shoot with Helen is the same!

Helen is a lovely, natural model, poses very freely and with attention to detail - with approaching 1,000 'recommended' references what can I say that hasn't already been said many times.

Recommended? Absolutely.

I shot Helen with Soria, part outside location on a biting cold November day the sea. This pair have a natural rapport, needing virtually no direction, committing to the shot directed. They are striking together, leading to some great images. You will not regret booking a duo shoot with them if you get the chance.

As usual, Helen was the consummate skilled professional in front of the camera, and otherwise entertaining, hilarious and informative. I have not had a Facebook live video streamed from the back of my car on a motorway before.... I couldn’t see, but it sounded most entertaining.... If you haven’t worked with her yet, what on earth are you doing on here?

This was my 8th shoot with "Helium" Helen and each one has been a blast. The results too just seem to get better with each shoot. As a model Helen has the looks, the poses, the style the whole shebang. She's one of the top models on this website. As a person Helen is easy going, easy to get on with, kind-hearted and a whole bunch of laughs (I challenge any photographer to maintain a poker-face for any longer than 2 minutes during a Diaz shoot :D )

This was a very unexpected shoot, however these are often the best. On arriving at Pozers studio I was greeted by the owner, Tony Browne and Helen Diaz. I was delighted to be asked by Helen to join her with the permission of Tony behind the camera. I quickly put on one of my trademark suits and joined Helen who was wearing a elequant black dress. Who would have thought that it would have worked? Instantly we gelled as if we had known each other’s moves, poses for years. Helen is a natural and makes it look effortless/. I just stand there and try to look cool. The first image back is an amazing image strong and confident. Even though it was a short shoot it was a pleasure to work with Helen. I think I’m at around a zillion references by now, with the phenomenal Miss Diaz as a studio owner, workshop tutor, makeup artist and photographer, so I can’t imagine I have anything more left to say about this pheneomal young lady, other than this is my 1st reference to Helen Diaz, as PoZers new “In-House Model” !!!!! Yes !!!! Helen is now PoZers one and only, beautiful in-house Model !!!!! YIPPPEEEE!!!!!!!

What can I say about Helen that I haven’t already said, or that the precious 964 people have said below me ???? Not a lot I shouldn’t imagine, but I’m still going to have my say, because Helen still really values each and every reference she receives, from those that work with her. Helen is the best model I have ever worked with, she comes alive in front of the camera and her flow posing is beautifully executed, time after time after time. Helen has so much patience with photographers, creating stunning poses for photographers from professionals to rookies, executing beautifully, every single pose. Helen always has a vast array of clothing, shoes and accessories in her suitcase, she now sports a rather gorgeous and blingy gold, humongous “Narnia’s wardrobe” !!!! Lol !!!! It’s very Flash, along with some new shoes. Helen creates such amazing and phenomenal images, you can’t hesiate to book this beautiful young lady. If your portfolio is lacking that certain “ va va voom” then Miss Diaz is the lady you need to book. Helen isn’t just a stunning portrait and art nude model, she is a highly intelligent and creative artist, in every way and will be a huge asssett to anyone’s portfolio. Wow 963 references pretty much say everything it's possible to say about Helen but I'll do my best to add to the list!

Helen modelled on a 1:1 video tuition session for me at the wonderful Little Chelsea studio in Eastbourne. I've yet to meet someone so darn happy all the time, the only time she stopped smiling and laughing was when she was forced to pause and look incredible for a bit of video or a still!

What a truly wonderful person to be around and an exceptional model. I cannot work to work with her again.

If you shoot with her and are disappointed in any way I'll eat a hat of your choosing!

Just back from my 2nd shoot with Helen at her home location and (once again) cannot recommend highly enough.

Comms before the shoot were excellent. I had to hope the Gods of the M25 / M3 / M4 were kind to me with regard to arrival time and Helen was really understanding of that.

As soon as I arrived I realised how much time Helen had spent getting the make up just right.

Helen is not only amazingly photogenic, extremely hard working and very good at what she does but also is just great fun to be around with a brilliant sense of humour.

Thanks Helen, I had a wonderful time, hope my pictures come close to doing you justice.

On the day of the 'duo' photo session, outside rather wet, inside it was warm!

In regard welcome one got on arriving at the photo venue, from H & V (Volkova).

As professional photo models, and as person's, which made the session 'flow'.

The way the two worked off each other, working to the others strength,contrasts.

Doing 'solo', 'duo' face to face, side on, portrait, three quarters, etc.

One of the few times I have tried 'duo' two models, one photographer, location.

Picked the right pair to do such with.

Two was doable in the room we used, in relation to what was,could be, was done.

What a star. Helen, who I have shot with on a number of occasions over the years, joined me at a 29th floor location in London overlooking Canary Wharf. It was only as we approached the long ride in the lift that she revealed that Vertigo was not her best friend. Helen took some deep breaths and braved the situation and got into full swing, I think she almost forgot about any heights. That said, Helen is enormous fun to work with and always, always gives the best of herself and contributed very generously to make this shoot fun and enjoyable. If you’ve never shot with Helen don’t dither thinking about it message her and arrange a shoot. You will not be disappointed. Helen thank you so much. By the way I know this old coal mine about 29 floors underground…………

I've been a fan of Helen's work for a long while so when the opportunity came up to shoot her I jumped at the chance. All too often models seem shy and quiet, not Helen. And what a relief!!! She's friendly, chatty and a little crazy (but in a good way).

When the shooter clicks with the model and both are relaxed the experience for both are much more enjoyable. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you to shoot Helen, her fantastic portfolio is all you need to look at. I had a great time and it flew by all too quickly. Some great images are in the bag for sure. She has 952 out of 952 references for a reason.

Thanks Helen, you're a real star and a pleasure to work with.

Just how good is Helen Diaz?

"How great is she?" I hear you say ..

"The best, the very best; better than the best", I say

"But comparisons are odious" you say.

And I say:

"I know .... but ... but ...

She transforms herself into the image you have in your mind; the one you want on the back of your camera. And she divinely sings while she's doing it. Not just sings, but grants you a perfect moment in your career as a photographer ... takes you to the top, puts you amid the greats. And not just your career ... though that's quite nice ... but also your life; she gives you a perfect moment in your life; one to love and cherish ... forever.

I know this because I took some pictures of her during a group shoot.

I enjoyed the experience greatly; I adored it. I felt so relaxed ... happy .. high .... intensely fulfilled as a creative artist and as a person.

When I asked Helen to respond to something, she was there in an instant ... making beauty arise in the moment, and in every moment of its unfolding.

I look back at my photographs and cannot believe that I took them. I will

never take such extraordinary photographs again. This is true. What am I to do? I only have you.

But hey, we photographers must steal ourselves for one more shoot, or at least another shot. If only to discover whether it was really our talent that captured something so stunning, so gorgeous and so ravishing that we were catapulted into a state of blissful rapture; one that we will never ever attain again, no matter how hard we try.

So what's next: I'll keep shooting ... and building my chops, and like an Olympian, get myself in the best condition to shoot her again. But I won't be able to wait long because I want to photograph her again. It's such a big warm feeling and I feel it at my very core.

It's such an exciting thought: preparing myself for the shoot; designing the shoot ... meticulously; making sure Helen has everything she needs .. .so that she can perform at her vet best and delight in her wonderful ability to move, pose, transform ... effortlessly purr from one state to the next ... from one mood to the next ... to conjure up tensions and then release them as the shutter squeezes and the light becomes more luminous, the colours more dazzling, her flesh more heavenly, her expression more lovely, her soul more mysterious..."

I booked Helen for a studio day in London, and she was the perfect model for the day. Good communications before and during the shoot, she arrived early, with a good selection of outfits, and was able to pose well with or without directions from the photographers.

Hard working, friendly and full of energy. Recommended!
