I had a brilliant studio day arranged at Aura! Recommended by a local photographer and I can highly recommend it to any model or photographer!

The space is big and varied with lots of props and clothing you can use, but above all the atmosphere was so nice! The organisers were very pleasant, warm people and very professional. Looking forward to be back!

Unbelievably, considering how close Aura is to me, this was my first visit to the studio.......I really shouldn't have left it so long!

It was great to finally make use of the studio, there is so much variety of sets, backdrops etc, an infinity curve, huge amount of lighting kit and props as well....to put it simply - everything you need to have a great photoshoot.

Laura and Rob were both very welcoming and very helpful with lighting setups etc when needed, but were equally happy to leave me to get on with the shoot as well.

I will definitely be back.

Had my first shoot at Aura Studio today and was very impressed. Laura and Rob were great in making you feel comfortable on arrival. The coffee was excellent and once we discussed the shoot, Rob set up the lighting.

They have a variety of sets and plenty of lighting options. A great studio and well worth a visit for your next shoot.

Perfect shooting at AURA studio at the start of August with Sebastian C - amazing people who run the studio who put in such hard hard work and effort to make it a lovely experience, so friendly, not to mention talented.

Wide range of lovely items to shoot with also, and things to buy! 11/10 recommend.

This is special reference for Laura Neil and Rob

I attended one of Aura's lake location shoots and having a real phobia of water (yeah I know great for attending a lake shoot right) The way Laura, Neil and Rob understood and looked after me that day was really quite something and I'm very grateful to them for making the effort to make sure I was comfortable and I got as many opportunities as the others that were brave enough to enter the water.

The shoot was very well organised, the communication before the event and chat afterwards has been brilliant. The other folks that attended were a great laugh and helpful and of course Tillie and Ayla were amazing models.

Thank you for organising this and looking after me it really was appreciated and I will be back for another lake shoot next time

I've visited Aura Studios a couple of time since my last reference and thought about time it deserves another.

Most recent visits have been event based from lighting workshops, a couple of location shoots at a private lake and today a themed body paint shoot.

On each occasions everything has been meticulously planned and organised by Laura (and bump). Nothing is too much trouble for anyone connected with this studio - all want you to leave with great images, knowledge gained (if a workshop) and a positive memorable experience.

As before, I only wish the studio was closer.

Aura is a great studio to shoot at, Laura and Rob always make you feel so welcome. There are plenty of different sets to choose from including a large infinity wall and there’s a good selection of furniture and props. Help and advice is always on hand with setting up lighting if needed. Laura hosts some great events at the studio with some great models. I’ve already booked for my next visit and really looking forward to it.

Absolutely love this studio! So many options, well thought out sets with great equipment to suit all styles, you can literally create almost every lighting set up possible here! Ran by the lovely Laura, who is a very hardworking studio owner, as well as being talented in her own right as a model, and also Artist. She has previously worked on a theme set by Jared, the Black Tape Project which required her to think on her feet creatively, producing a very unique and highly complimented look for our shoot! Both studio and Laura herself are highly recommended by me - thanks for having me at the latest group shoot :)

Laura booked me and Tillie Feather for a sunset lake event and wow what an event it was! Superbly organised, pre comms were excellent and the structure of the day was well thought out. Laura had thought of everything and even provided us with a yummy bbq. It was awesome and so were the images.

I have shot at Aura a few times now and I thought it was about bloomin' time I left a reference as this place is just awesome.

This visit was for an evening group shoot with Nicky Philips who was her awesome self (see another reference)

I really like working at Aura especially the group shoots, the folks that shoot there are generally really friendly relaxed and they make the group shoots a real blast.

Bloody great studio!! One of the best I’ve worked in in terms of sets ups, back drops, lights, help on hand, props, space, copious amounts of tea and coffee and general hospitality…the list is pretty endless.




It was just run so smoothly and the local photographers were a delight to work with! Not to mention the suburb host, Laura, wow! Everything thought of that you or the studio needs.

if you haven’t shot here before, what are you waiting for?? Get down !

Aura Studio have extensive facilities on two floors with a range of sets, backdrops and props. Also possible to shoot into the high key area from upstairs if need be. Staff and model I encountered there friendly and helpful.

Aura is absolutely fantastic.

Such a fantastic space with so many different space and coloured studios! So much to choose from.

I did a camera club night and everyone there was very kind, thoughtful and helpful. Laura, is a lovely lady and was very courteous. Snacks and drink were provided and I can't wait to see the shots from the level of talented photographers that were there.

I love working at AURA, I've shot there a number of times now most recently my model day. Laura is an excellent host, looking after me and our clients really well. The studio is comfortable to work in and very well equipped, couldn't ask for more really! :) Hopefully I'll be back very soon :)

During the first half of this year, I've been fortunate to shoot at AURA a couple of times and have been blown away by what has been created there in such a short period of time since opening.

The space itself has an endless range of possibilities to play with, and it's no surprise that so many creatives frequent the events held there...as literally anything is possible.

The studio itself is run by a couple of fabulous humans - Laura and Rob. They're always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they have created a very special and growing creative environment which is truly second to none.

Photographic wonderland!

There's a tension between creativity and organisation... often they're at polar opposites; but at Aura Studios it's perfectly balanced. Laura is a brilliant host and the sentence "Oh, I just happened to have picked up a bath the other day" is enough to convey the breadth of resources available.

Highly recommended and I hope to visit again!

Wow!! Absolutely loved working at Aura Studio. I was greeted by Laura who was so welcoming and helped so much throughout my day there. I felt really looked after and she helped with lighting when needed and the results from her set ups were incredible.

The studio itself is so big and has so many different sets! I was excited by all the possibilities. The model room is huge too, with props, shoes and clothes to choose from. I love all the things written on the mirrors too. The little details like hair bobbles and hair spray just make the day go without a hitch. The heater in the model room and in the main studio kept me nice and warm and really heats the place up.

Absolutely fantastic studio day! Highly recommended and I hope I get the chance to work there again. Thanks Laura!
