Atomic Photography

Hi, and welcome to my portfolio. Given that I've been on PurplePort and shooting for over four years now I thought it was time to update my profile. I've always had love for traditional and modern pinup and my journey started with me wanting to learn the art of creating the images I love to admire. Looking back at my early work I've come a long way but still don't believe I'm the finished article, in truth I hope I never consider that I am as one of the joys of this hobby is the constant learning, evolution and expansion. 

Another major factor in my taking up this hobby was to move outside of my comfort zone, my personality and main career are heavily focused on logic, fact, analysis, etc. and as such leave little room for creative thinking/creating. I also suffer with anxiety which leads to social awkwardness around people I don't know and difficulty making small talk, something others manage so easily. Photography forces one to confront these issues head on, a form of exposure therapy albeit a very expensive one!

Over the last four years I've had the pleasure of meeting loads of models, photographers and studio owners and can honestly say I've enjoyed every shoot and learned something new from each of them. I've expanded the styles I shoot and enjoy glamour/lingerie as much as more traditional pinup, recently I've even ventured out of the studio (an environment which allows some control) into the great outdoors.

With regards shoots I'm always open for collaborations on TFP shoots, and happy to travel within an hour or so of Tamworth. If you'd like to work with me just drop me a message and I'm sure we can work something out.
