The rather spiffy Miss_C undertook the great trek South this week after an aeon of aeons of attempts at organising something today. She left when the sparrows weren't even rubbing the sleep from their eyes, and arrived looking bright and cheery and not like someone who'd driven a gazillion miles.

I think it's fair to say we had a pretty darn spiffy shoot. Her enthusiasm is great. Her modelling skills and looks equally so. Her sense of humour even better (as in it dovetails perfectly with mine, so that's a good thing, right?)

Miss_C makes it easy to take cool images. I'm of the view that we shot some cool images. I'd suggest you book her and do the same.

Had my first shoot with miss_c at the fantastic Basford Hurst cottage..the couple of hours we had just flew by..we did a few different sets in our shoot and miss_c poses with ease with being given direction or without direction..we had a good old natter and laugh. I cannot recommend miss_c highly enough.. hopefully this is the first of many shoots..I would highly recommend miss_c to all. creative photographer's

Where to start...

The studio/venue is fantastic so much scope, amazing place.

Miss C is just an outstanding model, beautiful, intelligent, statuesque figure, funny, elegant, insightful, sexy, engaging, classy, willing and very able, I could go on and on.

Hopefully we created some stunning issues to share.

A 4hr shoot simply was not time enough to capture images in all the numerous locations and so I will definitely be back, and be on time. Already planning the shoot.

It was wonderful to have the opportunity to work with Leanne again, particularly as our first shoot was regrettably short and a horribly long time ago. She is a totally professional model and needs no direction really but adapts quickly to any requests, usually adapting slightly to give an even better result than the photographer foresaw.

We shot at Basford Cottage Studios, which is also her home so she knows it intimately and is ready will much appreciated suggestions and ideas so that no time is wasted while the photographer 'scouts'.

Beside being a natural, very talented and beautiful model, Leanne has a great personality and makes a shoot an 'event' and an awful lot of fun. I'm delighted with the images and am already working on ideas for another shoot with her as soon as practicable.

Although I had met Leanne a couple of times before today this was the first time we had the opportunity to work together.

What a great experience, Miss_C was thoroughly professional and worked so hard to help produce some wonderful images. She made some very valuable contributions to the themes that I was working to and nothing was too much trouble. Oh, and she makes decent cup of tea too!

My first shoot working with Leanne, I worked with her for a full day at her own studio, the lovely Basford Hurst Cottage, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Leanne is very friendly and so easy to get on with, we had a relaxed but productive shoot working through various styles. Leanne's commitment to the shoot is brilliant, she approaches every aspect with enthusiasm and works hard to produce the images you have in mind.

Leanne and I first started talking about a shoot 4 years ago - but personal circumstances and the pandemic prevented it happening. When I saw that she was back on the scene and with her own studio I got in touch and booked a whole day shoot as a birthday treat for myself. Pre-shoot comms were brilliant, we kept in regular touch over the months and spoke more often as shoot day drew closer.

So what can I say about Leanne. She is tall...very tall. Her body is slim and toned, with legs that go on for days...did I mention she is tall!! Her posing is superb, her long limbs creating sharp angles, her trim figure creating great natural light shadows with superb definition.

During our day together we worked through several sets, some of my own making some inspired my Helmut Newton and I have some 400 fabulous shots to go through. It was a long day for us both, but Leanne never lost her enthusiasm, her posing never dropped away and her input into the ideas was welcomed - a true collaboration. To cap it all, we had a good laugh, chatted between sets and generally had a great day...sometimes it's not always just about the photography.

Do I recommend Leanne - YES. And as I didn't get through everything I'm heading back for another day with Leanne at her wonderful studio home.

After meeting Leanne at a Basford Hurst Studio Day, I knew I had to book a 1-2-1 shoot with her! She was as inviting as always and came to the shoot with lots of enthusiasm!

We did some work in the outdoor bit of Basford, then moved inside once the rain started. She is versatile and matched the mood I was looking for within every set!

Leanne is great fun to work with and made suggestions to improve my photography and lighting.

Wonderful shoot with Leanne. Having attended a studio day ,at what is one of the most if not perfect location for creating so many different images, I felt it only the right thing to do but arrange a shoot with Leanne.

She is so much fun to work with and makes you feel welcome from the start to finish all assisted with plenty of tea, coffee penguins and natter.

I mean who could want more, apart from maybe a Jaffa cake or two ( there are some models who cannot resist).

Everything i wanted to achieve was achieved with a new take on my White Towel theme .

Discussions are already underway for a trash the bride dress shoot - and where better place to trash a dress than 3 odd acres of woods !

I had a fantastic first 121 shoot with Leanne in Leicester. Leanne is a natural beauty, professional to the core with graceful and elegant posing styles.

We covered a lot of ground on this first shoot but left plenty more to do on forthcoming shoots together.

Well prepared, fun to talk to and work with, Leanne created some wonderful images.

An absolute delight to work with, we will definitely be collaborating again in the near future.

PGD Modelling and Photography Studios

Leanne joined us here at PGD on wednesday, first to shoot 1-2-1 with one of our regulars Sheff, and then after this continued with a group shoot.

Ever the professional Leanne provided a wide range of looks and styled them all perfectly through out the day.

Everyone who shot with Leanne had a great time and some fantastic images were produced by attendees.

Setting things up, all precoms were dealt with by Sheff, but I had been updated through out and felt confident everything was in hand.

Leanne herself is an absolute delight to work with and I look forward to our next meeting.

I highly recommend working with her as soon as you get a chance.

Miss C is quite possibly one of the best models I’ve ever worked with. She has a calm and considered approach to her work that shows a real care for the work she is part of but also a very fun and enthusiastic approach. As a host she is warm and welcoming and most importantly, she makes a cracking cup of tea. All of this on a shoot that was already out of her comfort zone (acting) and I was truly blown away.

I am beyond impressed with the work we did and I honestly cannot wait to get back and shoot more!

She is happy to accept direction and has considerable elegant posing skills of her own, such that photographers of all levels will have the potential to get great images. My 2nd shoot with the beautiful and creative model, Miss C, and once again at Basford Hurst cottage where I was made to feel most welcome.

Like before, great pre-comms leading to the shoot, helping me create a host of great images from the ideas I had put forward, with little direction needed, that was followed with ease.

Miss C has such a bubbly personality so is very easy to work with, enjoying a bit of banter while remaining focused on getting the desired images.

Highly recommended and no doubt I will be shooting with Miss C again in the future.

A day of shooting in the hills of Staffordshire with Leanne proved to be very memorable and enjoyable.

The first challenge was the weather as it was pretty bloody awful! Very misty conditions and light drizzle meant it was touch and go whether it was worth shooting in the first place. Visibility was intially down to about 50 metres which is not exactly ideal when you are shooting models in the landscape!

Three things MADE it worthwhile. Firstly, Leanne's determination to not let the cold and miserable dampness get in the way, and my determination to not be too precious about keeping expensive camera gear bone dry! Secondly, the weather did SLOWLY improve throughout the day, the mist cleared enough to make her exclaim "Did we really walk up there earlier!?" and we were even spoiled with a few minutes of sunshine towards the end. And finally the sheer pleasure of spending time in Leanne's company full of converstation and laughter with lots of walking not dampening either of our spirits at all.

To sum it up, she is a massive credit to her chosen profession.

Apart from her personality and attitude, she models in a very accomplished fashion, She has a very attractive natural look with lovely eyes, and a great figure, and there's the added bonus of her height which is well worth capitalising on.

It feels like we have unfinished business, given the sub-optimal weather, and I will very much look forward to a 'Part Two' shoot when we can get one organised.

I only got a short time to shoot with Miss C at a charity groupshoot event at Basford Hurst Cottage recently, but in that time we got some wonderful photos, including some more in a long-term project I am working on. That could only have been possible with her fantastic creative attitude, taking direction well but also running with it so we could collaboratively create some really wonderful results. She was easy to get along with, always prepared and endlessly warm and friendly. I can't wait until I get the chance to work together again!

Today I had been due to be working at the wonderful Basford Hurst Cottage with another model who sadly had to cancel due to illness.

So I asked Miss C to step in and I'm so please she accepted.

When a model is high on your list of people to work with it is even more exciting when it's a bit last minute and spontaneous.

I was greeted with enthusiasm and coffee by Miss C which is always a winner in my book.

After a quick chat about our ideas we cracked on shooting.

Miss C was looking fabulous and we worked through several sets, having a laugh along the way.

Today was a day where everything seemed to work. I think we bounced ideas off each other and time flew by.

I'm excited to see what magic we made and the back of camera looked really promising.

I can't wait to share some of these images.

Basford Hurst has so many super places so I will be back for sure.

I can't recommend the place highly enough and the same goes for Miss C who is fabulous to work with.

Can't wait for the next time and also hope to work with her on location.

Well well well. We planned a shoot on location, but the terrible weather of august managed to force several delays. Shooting in the cold wet rain is not fun for most people, and I certainly didn't want Leanne's first experience with me to end up in hospital with hypothermia !

Finally some drier and warmer weather came along in september. We turned up in the Peak District but so did hundreds of thousands of midges. I have never been so bitten in all my life, and i have spent time in the deep jungle.

Providing lunch for the local insect population was not part of the plan, so a retreat was called. There's a bit of advice for anyone shooting at this time of year - bathe in barrels of insect repellent beforehand.

We made use of the dawn light by the side of the road, and then moved to the woods at Basfordhurst cottage (Cottage?).

Leanne was not phased by my request to get into the stream and smother herself with mud. I have great respect for her ethic and was very impressed with her enthusiasm. She is a great model and she gets fully involved in the creative process. Leanne, I thank you for your wonderful work. I highly recommend Leanne and her studio to everyone !!
