I recently shot with Miss C during a group session at PGD Studios in Leicester, and her fun, positive energy made it a memorable experience. She brought an upbeat, easygoing vibe to the shoot, making it easy to capture natural shots with minimal direction throughout a good selection of outfits and setups.

I'm happy that I finally managed to find the time for my first shoot with Leanne and I'm sure not last one. We shooting on Basford Hurst Cottage what is great place with lot of spaces to shoot many different ideas.

Leanne is a delight to work with. Full of great ideas and poses.

The communications leading up to the shoot were prompt and precise.

Leanne is funny and a pure joy to work with, and I certainly hope I have the chance to shoot again.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Leanne yesterday at her beautiful, Basford Hurst Cottage Studio. A shared shoot with friend and fellow tog, Myk G.

I've shot at Basford Hurst a few times already but this was my first shoot with Leanne. We were greeted with a lovely welcome and a very nice cup of tea, (as is always the case at Basford) followed by a ten minute chat to discuss plans and ideas for the shoot..

Leanne is a fabulous model and an absolute delight to work with, Great fun with a lovely sense of humour and an infectious enthusiasm for creating beautiful and striking images. Leanne is beautiful with long blonde hair and an amazingly athletic physique. She poses freely without the need for direction, flowing gracefully from one pose to the next, a complete professional with great communication skills and an uncanny ability to find exactly the right pose for the lighting conditions, a skill that came in very useful as the weather was very grey and overcast.

A thoroughly enjoyable and productive shoot and I look forward to working with Leanne again.

OMG a fantastic place and shoot !! My first visit to Basford Hurst cottage on a shared shoot with my great friend and fellow photographer here on PP DaveEd'. With Leanne owner and model who was modelling for us both.

On arrival we were met with a wicked cheeky smile and a cup of tea. Followed by a 10 min chat at which I gave Leanne a couple of ideas of what I would like to achieve which she took on board and blew them out of the water so much more than I could have hoped for when we did the shoot .

Leanne is amazing such a professional model and I would say the best of the best in every department. Whether its posing which she flows from pose to pose with no effort whatsoever yet still manages to create the genre and feel of the image thats trying to be created.

She's got a great sense of humor, awesome figure, a smile that lights up the world, and is the total package when it comes to being not only a lovely person but the ultimate professional model as well.

Add to that lots of laughter and I can guaranteed you amazing images and a fab time if you work with her.

I 1000% recommend her to all togs of all levels Leanne is a must have model in your portfolio.

It was great to spend half a day shooting with Leanne.

I had visited the Cottage once before and loved the opportunities that it offered. So we discussed arranging a shoot together!

Leanne is very easy to talk to (yes, we did chat too much!!), but that allowed us to discuss ideas for shots and sets too. We shot a nice range of images, from art nude in the beautiful drawing room, lovely lingerie sets in the bedroom, autumn fashion in the garden, through to edgy shots in the outbuilding.

The four hours flew by, and we were really happy with the shots!

Leanne is highly recommended by me, and I would love to work with her again in the future :)

My second shoot with Miss_C at the wonderful Basford Hurst Photography location. She is an absolute dream to work with and we didn't go in to the shoot with a fixed plan other than to have fun and play with different lighting setups and camera settings to experiment and learn. We had a great time and the shoot just flew by. This lady is a superb model who really engages with the photographer to get the best from the shoot. She works super hard to maintain her superb toned figure and it shows. Very highly recommended and I hope we shoot together many times in the future.

Her pre-shoot communication was very good and she worked hard so I could achieve wonderful images. Leanne has a wealth of experience and moves easily from pose to pose whilst also taking direction well. we shot in several areas of this outstanding location and I really look forward to working with her again in the near future.

I had my first shoot with Leanne at Basford Hurst Cottage and it went so well. Pre-shoot comms were excellent and the shoot went so smoothly the hours flew by. Leanne is a wonderful model, takes direction well and also capable of shooting without any direction at all. She is super friendly and made me feel welcome from the minute I stepped through the front door. The boc images looked really good and I'm looking forward to seeing how they emerge.

I hope it's not the last time I shoot with Leanne and look forward to sorting out a second shoot. I would definitely recommend her to any photographer whatever level you are at.

Leanne owns Basford Hurst Cottage which has everything you need to capture images of incredible models, Leanne is also one of those models. Tall, blonde, and beautiful with an athletic build she is a model everyone should have in their portfolio. She can pose herself to create some stunning angles and dimension to shots and knows when she add to an image through suggestions and ideas.

We had talks throughout the shoot and a giggle as well, she doesn't take herself too seriously which makes for a great time whilst working with her.

The rooms in Basford make it difficult to decide where to go having so many options but I opted for the small landing above the piano room where some beautiful afternoon sun could speckle Leanne's hair.

We then ventured out to the woodlands and then onto the derelict barn. We captured art nude through to a gorgeous white dress and I now have the impossible job of selecting which photos to use.

Leanne, you'll be forever on my list of people who I always want to work with and you are just a great person to be around - people like you make others lives better

My first proper 121 shoot with Miss C at Basford Hurst Cottage… what have I been doing all this time should of got round to it sooner.Anyway it was well worth the wait as we really nailed some cracking images using various parts of Basford and natural light only no flash here!!!

I also used the drone for a few images as well as the weather was excellent. Can’t wait to share these.

So Miss C is highly recommended by me wether you shoot at Basford or any other studio.

I had a very enjoyable few hours working with the delightful Leanne at her lovely home/studio Basford Hurst Cottage.

Originally thinking Leanne and Basford were a bit too far away for me to visit I eventually decided the combination of the two was too good to miss.

Leanne was very easy to communicate with and arranging a date was accomplished painlessly.

A couple of days before the shoot Leanne emailed me a very comprehensive information pack detailing all those little details that make the day run smoothly.

One of the things that appealed to me about Leanne was her statuesque height which certainly didn’t disappoint but Leanne is so much more than her physical presence.

Leanne is a charming, cheerful, patient (extremely) person who is a delight to work with. A wonderful host also, with coffee and biscuits readily available.

Having not photographed anyone for over a year I was extremely rusty and subjected poor Leanne to an often pointless barrage of repetitive shots while trying to find my vision.

Leanne stayed eminently positive always encouraging and chatty throughout with not a hint of boredom meaning we were able to ultimately achieve some lovely images.

I would happily recommend Leanne as a model but also a delightful person to spend some time with.

Messaged Miss_C when I found out I'll be in her area and a shoot was agreed within hours. She welcomed me into her home and we spent an afternoon shooting around her lovely cottage. She's great with her poses as well as full of ideas and suggestions. This makes shooting with C super easy. And her being chatty, really relaxes the atmosphere.

I ended up with so many great images, that I will struggle to choose my favourites. Great shoot all in all!

I had the pleasure of a 4 hour shoot with Miss C on location in a picturesque village.

On the spectrum of ability to perform in front of the camera Miss C is on one of the extremes. And its not the statue one. She has a real ability not just to pose but to assume a role, essentially to act, with both movement and facial expressions flowing seamlessly.

Miss C is resourceful in ideas, and was willing to embrace my ideas (if she thought they were daft she kept this to herself).

Knowledgeable too. Appreciates a good location.

I always keep my references mid-length so I'll stop there, but I could go on.

Having known Leanne for quite a while I finally pulled my finger out and booked a half day shoot with her! On my arrival the usual cuppa was indulged in and we had a fair old chin wag then finally discussed what I was after for the shoot.

We got started and form the work go Miss C was on her game. Everything was looking good in the camera of choice then disaster, I had to switch to the backup as despite having six spare batteries everyone was flat. So off we went again and everything went brilliantly. Leanne is so focused and so versatile you’ve got to be a fool if you don’t come away with a card full of brilliance.

Thank you Leanne for a great shoot, being great company, making a great cuppa, and all you ideas input as you are superb at what you do! It was a pleasure to finally get you in front of my camera.

I have now told myself I must get her in the diary for next year when I start planning shoots for 2025, and to double check all my spare batteries are fully charged next time…………

An Eye for Beauty

It was in June 2019 when I last shot with Miss_C, and she still lived in the south. Then came Covid, followed by her move ‘up north’ so that a possible second shoot has taken over 5 years to achieve. But I always wanted to and seeing the wonderful Basford Hurst Cottage as her new base, I indicated a while back that I would try to get there. Mission accomplished a few days ago, and as I was staying, we had two hours together on two successive days, the first within the house, and the second largely in the outbuilding and garden.

Leanne is a delightful person and I knew I was going to enjoy shooting with her, not least because her pre-shoot communications were excellent both on the domestic and photographic fronts. We tried as far as possible to use natural light with a reflector in the first shoot, but some sets required a soft box and reflector. In part two it was entirely with a reflector even in the outbuilding. The weather and light were quite challenging, and I was thankful when I got home to use RAW to compensate for under-exposed images, but that was fine.

Having her outfits ‘on the spot’ made choices easy, and we worked with fashion, lingerie, ‘floaty’ garments and nude. Collaborating with an experienced model and someone who is familiar with the camera and with lighting (as well as the venue) always makes things easier. Leanne could not have been more helpful.

It was also good to catch up and we had lots of friendly chats.

Now I have the lovely task of selecting and editing from the 400+ images we created. Along with the material from shoots with two other models while I was staying means I have plenty to keep me out of mischief for a good while.

Thank you, Leanne, for being a lovely person to work with, for your 6’2” stature, your slender frame and fair skin, your newish wavy hair style, and for making me feel very comfortable. Even for keeping me going at the end of nearly 6 hours of photography when my energy levels dipped. You are a very inspiring and helpful model.

I hope we meet again. Highly recommended.

Having wanted to shoot with Leanne for a while, I leapt at the opportunity to get her to my home studio when she posted a last minute casting.

I was far from disappointed - I always enjoy a collaborative shoot and Leanne is an excellent collaborator, taking my half-formed ideas and helping to mould them into workable ones and we got pictures I'm really pleased with.

I'm already trying to work out when I can get her back here so that we can work on more ideas together. I absolutely recommend her as a model.

This was my first shoot with Leanne as I missed out on the opportunity to catch up with her earlier in the year. Also I was desperate to shoot at Basford Hurst Cottage and explore all that it has to offer as a location.

Leanne's precomms were one of the best I have experienced. She is thorough, detailed and full of ideas. We agreed on a couple of styles for the shoot and left the finer detail open for interpretation on the day.

Leanne is honestly one of the best models I have worked with since I started booking regular shoots last year. This is no exaggeration! Her height, shape and form are absolute jewels for a tog which enable her to provide a unique canvas for narrative photography styles. She works tirelessly in shoots to create exhilarating story lines, which is just what I was looking for in creating interesting images.

Oh, and she has a crazy side!!! (who knew that talking to a peacock could be so much fun?) She wore a toilet on her head. Really? Absolutely loved it. Quirky, bonkers, edgy are all words that encapsulate this exceptional model.

If you need a model, and no one else can help, and if you can find her, maybe you can hire...Miss C. (It will likely be the best booking you make this century!)
