I worked with John last weekend as part of a Portrait X shoot and it was an absolute pleasure. John obviously had a good idea of the kind of results that he wanted to achieve and came up with some great results. Very easy to work with, very focused and keen to utilise the props that were to hand, I'm sure that we will be shooting together again soon. All good!

I worked with John on a Portrait X shoot on Saturday for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed with his work. He was very friendly and easy to get on with and I felt at ease working with him. My second shoot with John it was great! John took me to West Wittering and unfortunately didn't get much light due to gates closing and having to walk, and then there was the issue of 20mph winds and a major sand storm so neither of us could open our eyes, lol!! HOWEVER!! John is considerate, creative, flexible, and able, so we were able to turn into team ninja and make the most of the situation by opting for drama, big shots, cool flash, and shooting behind the beach huts away from so much sand so it didn't matter that we couldn't do pretty sunset portraits.... I love people who can adapt :>) Nice one John!!! This dude is highly recommended by me, lovely person to work with, I feel so relaxed with John.

John applied to my last-minute casting tonight and we spent a few hours prancing about in the evening sun (well, I did most of the prancing, if you must know). There was no plan but we bounced ideas back and forth and came away with some beautiful images that I can't wait to see edited. John is a genuinely lovely, laid-back kinda guy and it's a pleasure to work with him. I look forward to next time.

John attended one of my courses at the weekend. He brought a great back of props which he was kind enough to let us use. John was very easy to get on with and was polite and respectful to our model for the day. He brought a lot of knowledge to the group and was happy to share what he knew without getting in anyones way. It was a pleasure to have him along and he really added to a fun days shooting, I would not hesitate to recommend him to any model.

John joined us yesterday at Mike's light course, and he is a great photographer! During the course he kept showing me pictures from the back of the camra and they looked awsome!!! :D

I'm glad he enjoyed my modelling haha it was a great confidence boost especially when it was only my second time modelling for a course :)

He also brought along a bag full of cool props! And I absolutely fell in love with this awsome fur hat...I really enjoyed posing with it and the image he posted looked great!

Definitely recommend him! :D

Shutterworks Studio

If there was a prize for bringing the most props to a studio day, John would win it hands down! He is so creative, and positively bursting with ideas. We would definitely welcome John back to Shutterworks Studio - great guy to work with and to see in action. Highly recommended!

John and I have been trying to arrange a shoot for a while, and finally he booked a couple of hours on my studio day at Shutterworks. We didn't have much of a plan but we worked quickly through a variety of sets; bouncing ideas of each other and having a good laugh in the process. John brought along a stunning Indian headdress and some face paint, much to my delight, and this set in particular blew me away. He's super creative, fun and a pleasure to be around. Thoroughly recommended and I look forward to next time.

I had the pleasure of working with the awesome, fantastic John at my 2-day Tip Top workshop at the studio and them gem. John is extremely enthusiastic, professional and brought along lots of cool props. He is also a very caring person and he is the kind of photographer that really gets the best out of a model. Had the pleasure of working with John on my tour of Somerset. John is an amazing photographer, that has a lot of passion and experience. Pre communications was impeccable, we managed to discuss ideas before the shoot, he was friendly, very easy to get along with and professional. Whilst shooting, in a short space of time we managed to get through quite a few sets and John had a lot of clothing and accessories that I was able to try. I have to say I love the results. Thank you so much for an enjoyable shoot. I do hope we are able to shoot again soon. Highly recommended.

Had a group shoot today at an event at my local boxing gym. I arranged an event, photographers and fellow gym goers to meet up and get some action shots. Although I had very little time with each photographer I did manage a little one to one session with John. Got on quickly with both instructed poses as well as letting me pose and position as I wanted. Already seen a few images of both myself and fellow models, fantastic work.

Look forward to any future shoots together, highly recommended

John is a fabulously passionate photographer, who loves collaborating & expanding ideas, going with the flow, allowing a set to 'breathe,' develop and go off at several tangents to create something special. He is experimental with lighting & props.. we produced some beautiful headshots which really looked like they were all shot separate days - a true creative & a perfect gentleman.

I worked with John today and I totally recommend him. He's a very genuine guy with a real interest and experience in photography- and I hope he shares some of his wildlife and cityscapes too- they are fab!

Our shoot felt relaxed and natural- John is open to ideas and also gives good concepts and direction as required. I'm sure we will work together again- what a nice guy :>)

John is a great guy and I really enjoyed the shot that we had together on the location day. He was professional, polite and made the day so enjoyable for every one. The images of Holly speak for themselves as real quality and he is certainly get the most from every image. I hope to work with john again in the future or just to get to know him a little more. I would defiantly recommend John to anyone.
