Had my second shoot with James at my home & again it was great.

James came extremely well prepared with loads of ideas as well as props. He knew exactly what he wanted to create. James is a lovely guy who I felt totally comfortable with. He ensures that your comfortable throughout & welcomes your input.

Had a lovely shoot with James today, we really lucked out with the weather - it may have been the first dry day in Somerset this year!

We met for lunch (my treat next time :) ) before heading off to our first location, however the dry weather had brought lots of other people out too so we headed off to the woods, where I got to show off my well spent youth, climbing trees, clambering on logs and generally having fun! The back of the camera images looked great - was really surprised to discover later that it was his first outdoor shoot! We had a break for a needed cup of tea at precisely the time the heaven's opened, before heading off for a final set in the growing dark - with magical results...

I enjoyed shooting with James, I'd appreciated the detailed pre-shoot comms, and found him to be organised, creative, intelligent, hardworking and fun, infact just the photographer to go pootling around the woods with! Definitely recommend, and looking forward to next time in a studio.

James attended Eyebox for the first time, a studio day with Jo Paul.

What impresses me the most with James is his ability to fit in so many different concepts in a relatively small window of time. He fully utilised the studio space and covered hi key low key ambient beauty and conceptual styles in just 2 hours!

Amazing work rate and on reviewing back of camera together his work demonstrated his eye for detail and creativity. It is really rewarding for me as a studio owner to see a photographer really using all the studio has to offer.

He has already booked again and he is certainly welcome.

I had a great shoot with James, we managed to squeeze in a load of different sets

and the pictures turned out lovely!

James brought me my favourite chocolate ever so I would definitely recommend :) hehe

I had a super shoot with James today at my home. We organised the shoot quite a few weeks in advance but James kept in contact over that time, sharing his ideas/ plans with me so I was up to date.

James arrived right on time today and we had a seriously productive four hours. We managed to fit in loads of different genres, ideas, different lighting techniques and from each and every set we did we got some cracking shots.

I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the carrot cake James kindly brought with him! I am really looking forward to seeing the finished images.

Had my first shoot with James today at Hengrove Studios and it was fab. Pre comms were awesome, James was so organised letting me know exactly what he wanted to shoot, outfits etc. 4 hours went soo fast.. James was awesome to shoot with, let me do my own thing but gave me direction to add to poses. James had some great ideas and was very friendly and chatty throughout.

We got some cool shots and I can't wait to see the images..

Highly recommended.

He was a pleasure to work with and he knew well in advance what he wanted from the shoot, so I was able to take everything I needed.. Got some great results and am looking forward to sorting another shoot in the new year .. :) would def recommend working with James.. :)

Had a really great shoot with James, and find him to be a really lovely, friendly, creative guy who I really enjoyed working with,. James was really helpful in his pre-shoot emails, meaning I could prepare for the shoot. He arrived on time, and well equipped, even bringing a few props for the shoot. We had a great shoot, and created some amazing images. He is a very professional gent, with a great attitude towards his models, making them feel comfortable and involved in the shoot.

I'm very pleased with how the shoot went, and the results are great!

Highly recommend and hope to work with James again soon!

i worked with james for the first time the other day and had great fun his such a lovly guy and has a head full of ideas! as you can see from all the different shots we got. he made me feel really comfy and bought lots of accessory's for me to work with which i thought bought a lil bit extra to our pics.

oh and not to forget the jelly meerkats soooo yummy! lol

wud deffo recommend :) x

James is a lovely bloke very open minded, to help him with his first photo shoot was an honour and one I thoroughly enjoyed, I felt comfortable relaxed and at ease in the studio and with him. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with him in the near future
