My third shoot with Erica and was as enjoyable as the first two. This was a duo day with Jarrod McWilliams from Ballet Rambert and Erica had again produced a timetable so that everyone knew exactly what was expected. There was a good mixture of styles and both Erica and Jarrod were very happy to pose with and without direction. Erica is a delight to work with and is someone I will always recommend. Thank you Erica for a very enjoyable shoot.

Well another event with Erica in the bag.

We have worked together a few times but on this occasion Erica put together her own workshop and together we hosted a full weekend of dance workshops. We achieved some fantastic results.

The precoms with Erica where well organised and I knew who and what to expect on the day. With such well laid plans I was able to create several unique lighting setups for each of the sets giving the attendees a chance to create a multitude of different looks.

Erica comes highly recommended from us here at PGD and if haven't shot with her yet then its about time to get yourself booked!

I had my third shoot wit Erica at the PGD studio in Leicester working with a male dancer she had never worked with before they were great giving 100% effort all-day regularly checking and asking if we were getting, the image we wanted the event was well organised and run. Top marks to her male partner Jarrod and Garys lighting set ups.

Well where to I start ….. yes I here you say at the beginning…..

I had a very short first shoot with Erica well before lock down and it was never long enough to really be able to capture Eric’s truly amazing talents.

Today we spent eight hours together and had an amazing shoot. This amount of time allows me to not be rushed and shoot 300 images in two hours. The time allows us to be able to look at ever shot discuss if we are happy and to be able to move on with confidence, and that is well worth spending the time to capture when you are presented with a phenomenal depth of talent like Erica has. What also makes these shoots so exceptional is the amount of diverse outfits Erica has …. I have worked with many dancers and the have very few outfits as they belong to companies where all the outfits are provided. This allows you to capture a lot more diverse images.

I will certainly be pinching myself for a long time to come as what we captured today will stay with me forever and be printed and put on my walls at home as these are my most amongst my favourite images I have ever captured.

A massive thank you to Aura Studios for having us both today and allowing us the space and opportunity to use your amazing space to capture such exciting images.

Well as you might have guessed I will be highly recommending Erica and Aura Studio to anyone who has a camera. Many thanks to you both.

One of the greatest joys in my life is setting off for a shoot with Erica. Her comms are excellent and the outfits beyond compare :-) Added to which Erica is a such a talented dancer and model to spend a few hours with. She is immensely intuitive and creative; oh and her makeup is also outstanding. We shot at the Boardroom yesterday and were helped hugely by Phil, without whom the day wouldn't have flowed so smoothly. We have more shoots booked and I can't wait to work with her again and to share some of the fabulous images from this shoot in the meantime. Thank you so much Erica :-) :-)

Had a lovely day shooting with Erica.

She was very helpful and patient, and discussed various ways and timings for shooting the dance moves. The outfits she wore were amazing and she is very professional and competent in what she does.

I would recommend working withErica and hopefully will do so again soon.

Erica is a brilliant model and a lovely person.

She is both interesting to talk to and interested in getting you excellent shots.

Being a trained ballerina, her ability to make and hold ballerina poses was amazing.

How she can kick her legs that high and not do herself a mischief is incomprehensible.

She was patient and understanding while the lights were being adjusted.

She never disappeared off the set for reasons unknown and changed between costumes quickly.

She worked hard all day and never seemed to tire.

I would like to shoot with her again.

Superb in choice of costumes, superb in quality and choice of dance routines, a superbly elegant and fun lady.

More than pleased with the quality and variety of image options on the day. Erica worked super hard all day for us and maintained an unbelievable great smile and sense of fun.

Highly recommended and look forward to working with her again.

My second shoot with Erica was extremely enjoyable. She brought several superb costumes with her and was happy to take direction and also pose independently. Erica is very easy to get on with, and has a good sense of humour, so the shoot seemed to go very quickly and I am delighted with getting a large number of superb images, so I am spoilt for choice. I am looking forward to my next shoot with her in a couple of weeks, and also several more shoots organised by Tabitha Boydell when I will be able to work with Erica again. I cannot recommend her too highly.

Finally met this delightful lady for a ballerina style shoot. It was both educational as well as fun. I now know where ballet was established! Erica survived my "patter" and we chatted throughout shoot. With Erica's help and input we got through several costumes and ballet moves I particularly wanted. Cannot reccomend this lady enough.

This was my first time working with Erica, she is an absolute delight to work with. Super professional and not only has an excellent range of outfits to shoot in she can deliver some exceptional poses / movements / jumps.

This was my second shoot with Erica and both have been highly productive, she is so much fun to work with. Today she was ready to go as soon as I arrived and, amongst a great range of outfits, she had brought a perfect dress for a shot I had suggested in advance. As you would expect Erica has a full range of graceful poses but also responds quickly and accurately to any suggestions that you make. I'm already looking forward to our next shoot!

I was lucky enough to have a second opportunity to work with Erica at Allerton Castle at an event organised by Creative Photography Events.

Erica is a joy to work with. Her poise and grace as she performs her ballet moves are amazing. Despite the floor surface being super slippery she was still able to perform jumps and twirls which came across so well on camera. Add to that she is very friendly and cheerful and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

The Dance Shoot at Silkwood Studio a few days ago was the 4th time that Erica and I have shot together and it was by far the longest. It was clear that Erica had put a lot of work into preparing for the shoot and the same could be said for the others in her team - studio faerie Karen and co-dancer/model Daniel. I attended both am and pm sessions and thankfully there were no self-centred photographers like I have occasionally encountered on group shoots which meant that the atmosphere was good.

Pre shoot comms as always were good between us and we had discussed some ideas for the ballet segments of the day. There was a good mixture of vibes between the 3 shoot segments on each of the sessions which had been well thought out.

If you want a female dance model then you would have to go a long way to find somebody who brings more to the party than Erica. We have also worked previously on fashion portraits and again I would recommend Erica in that genre and that is in fact what we are discussing on a 1-2-1 basis for the second half of the year.

Simply blown away by the efficient organisation and creative structure of the March Dance Event. Erica is a first class professional in every sense, not just in front of the camera but behind the scenes also. The event ran like clockwork and I know the general feeling between all the photographers in the room was impressive - It was my first long awaited chance to shoot with Erica and I am still proper buzzing about the images that we have created together. Dance images are quite new to me, but now I am hooked at what can be achieved - thanks once again Erica you and Daniel are complete stars and I am going to look out for your future events... I am also hoping before long we can also work together on another shoot - would I recommend Erica? I think you know the answer to that!

In Search of That Perfect Shot..............

I attended Erica's studio day on Sunday. It was lovely to shoot with her and Daniel on their dance themed event at Silkwood Studios. We got some amazing results! The poses were awesome by both Erica and Daniel and they worked well together on the duo dance sets. What can I say! Just book on if you see an event being advertised - you won't be disappointed! It was my first visit to Silkwood as it is a tad far for me to travel but now that I have seen the studio I will be back if I see anything else advertised that will suit me. I have lost track of how many times I have now worked with Erica, and every shoot gets better, Erica is a consummate professional, organised, well prepared and committed to getting the best possible images. Add to this she is a great dancer, model and all round nice person.

Todays shoot was a dance duo group shoot at Silkwood Studio, as expected the day was well planned, the sets and costumes well thought out and the resulting images as good as ever.

If you are looking for a great dancer who is also a great model look no further than Erica, if you haven’t already worked with Erica, do so now, you won’t regret it.

Erica is a delight to work with. She always looks amazing and is an excellent Ballerina and model.
