I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carla again at Artemis Fauna’s “Back to the 70s” event at The Hacienda. Carla is a very beautiful and graceful model and her look, style and poise was just perfect for the theme. Carla is also charming company away from the camera and the whole day was a dream. Thank you so much for an amazing shoot, I’ve got so many wonderful pictures to choose from, and I sincerely hope we get the chance to work together again 😊

I wasn’t going to pass by the opportunity to with shoot Carla and Artemis at the Hacienda Studio.

These two beautiful ladies are a legend, producing such amazing images.

Our gracious host Sean invited various teams of Hacienda models to produce themed events, using the marvellous space which is available.

This weekends theme was the 70’s Penthouse Shoot, stage managed by Artemis Fauna with Carla Monaco, joined by Natasha Bella who was making her first Hacienda appearance.

Our models need no introduction as they are all such beautiful consummate professionals as well as fabulous ladies with whom to while away a few hours.

Notwithstanding the amount that these events raise for charity, the whole experience was very memorable and shooting with Carla makes it extra special.

Lost count of how many times I've shot with Carla but I suspect I've I shot with her more times than I've shot with any other model on PP. There's a good reason for that - She's a bl**dy fantastic model!

It was my first shoot with Carla during 70s event at the Hacienda. The entire event was meticulously planned and executed. They have created different themed sets and loads of clothes to go with each set, as well as not to repeat the clothes for the next session.

Carla is so natural and elegant that as photographer, I don't need to worry about anything while shooting her. She is also great to talk to; very humble, soft spoken and enthusiastic. It was lovely working with her and I am looking forward to work with her again, pretty soon.

On this latest shoot I worked with Carla on a 60’s portfolio builder in Paignton. As ever Carla was an absolute delight to work with, very relaxed, posing effortlessly and her usual chatty self 😊

I really can’t recommend Carla highly enough, her looks, wardrobe and experience brings so much to any shoot.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, photographers if you haven’t worked with her…why not?

Yet another wonderful shoot with Carla, this time at her home.

It goes without saying (see nearly 800 previous references!) that Carla is utterly amazing at what she does, and simply lovely to work with. I'm just going to add that she always brings energy, sparkle and playfulness to her work, and has the knack of making every single shoot feel special. As if you needed more reasons to book her... :-)

An Eye for Beauty

This was my 16th shoot with Carla - just 2 hours this time at her home in Swindon. I took a number of outfits mainly pretty blouses and used the natural light afforded in the rooms. How can one fail with such a beautiful girl. As a result I have some more images for my 'English Roses' collection. Carla is always delightful to work with in a totally relaxed way and I really enjoy the experience. Only a few more weeks and the next booked shoot with this lovely lady.

Had a wonderful days shooting with Carla at a Yerbury art nude workshop in the midlands. As usual Carla was full of energy and ideas to shoot over the day. Carla worked hard to get the images I was looking for and was a real pleasure to work with.

Returned last week from 6 days shooting with Carla on a brilliant Artemisian adventure in Tuscany. Such a great model and a dream to spend time with. Our downtime was always fun. We even had someone else making the G&T's this year so Carla got to chill a little bit more. Life's better for knowing Carla, a beautiful and very talented lady. I arranged a 4 hours one to one training session/shoot with Carla's husband Adrian and her as a preparatory lead in to a photo shoot trip away with a model. It was bespoke training to learn more about making use of natural light outdoors and achieving good quality images mostly with relatively shallow depth of field. Carla modelled superbly throughout the range of sets (lifestyle and fashion including head-shot portraits) in the local neighbourhood and park, demonstrating, as always, her very versatile range of posing skills. I came away from the shoot with fabulous images across the shoot sets and although since then I've been so busy that I've not yet had time to upload any of them onto my portfolio on here I will do soon. Needless to say, Carla is very highly recommended.

I have worked with Carla before so I was expecting it to be good but I was left amazed with how talented this beautiful model is and always willing to help you out and give brilliant suggestions which makes for productive shoot

We shot Carla for 4 days in Tuscany when she was working with Artemis Fauna on one of Artemis’s photography holidays. Carla is a stylish model with a beautiful face and amazing eyes. We really enjoy working with Carla and love the fabulous looks she creates. We have previously worked with her both partnering Artemis and on her own and will be happy to do so again.

My second time shooting with Carla this time on a 1-1 training session with Adrian and Carla at their home studio.

Carla was delightful to work with giving lots of encouragement to the photographer and allowing me to learn from my mistakes as I put Adrian's teaching into practice and enabling me to get some great shots.

This workshop has finally given me the knowledge and confidence to be able to recreate these shots in any environment using my own equipment.

Worth every penny.
