We had our 2nd shoot of the year with Carla yesterday at ImageRed and what a brilliant time we had. Carla as always was exceptional, she is such a delight to work with. She knows how to pose and the delicate expressions she produces with her amazing eyes and mouth are out of this world. She is ONE OF THE BEST ever models currently on the circuit. We will work with Carla again in the new year and I would recommend her totally. We just love working with her loads of love Jules and Moose

The Mad Hatter

A not-to-miss model who is beyond brilliant at what she does. I had my last but one shoot of 2019 with Carla this morning and can't begin to praise her skills enough. A stunningly beautiful woman who is wonderful company and who is always striving to produce fabulous and elegant poses. One of those models that truly understands light, she knows exactly where to position herself to maximum effect and works tirelessly to give you great images. As long as I do model photography I shall want to work with her, thanks again for a terrific morning Carla, recommended like crazy.

I had a great shoot with Carla yesterday.

As always Carla is a delight to work with i feel very relaxed with her we have some fun and a chat in between shots.

Carla brought with her lovely outfits in particular a beautiful red dress that must of been made just for her it was perfect.

Carla makes it so easy for the photographer to get the right shot this is because she is a top notch model and a great photographer herself.

Look forward to another shoot soon.

When I was heading over to the UK for a week, I asked Alley at Pozers Studios if she might be able to book Carla for a shoot. The stars aligned, and three days later we were shooting. Four hours simply flew by. Lots of chatting and laughter. It was one of those shoots when you look at the back of the camera - and each picture is a keeper. Communications were excellent and Carla's wardrobe was really extensive! Carla is incredibly easy to work with, and with such experience in the industry, I'd say it's impossible to get a bad photo. It's unsurprising that she has so many FPIs on PP! Thanks ever so much for your time to shoot.

This was my second shoot with Carla, the first being a mainly outdoor duo shoot with Artemis Fauna - from which I had obtained some lovely shots - so I was looking forward to working with Carla on a one-to-one basis at my home studio and she didn't disappoint!

Carla has tons of experience and instantly knows how to pose to make the most of any particular lighting set-up. Furthermore, when shown back-of-camera shots, she recognises what she needs to do from her point of view to improve any given shot situation. Who could ask for more?

Carla could pose without direction, probably all day, if requested. In addition, she will happily take direction if required - which wasn't that often! Furthermore, she has a lovely personality. When shown back-of-camera shots, she instantly recognises what she can do to improve any given image and will happily volunteer to retake shots, to ensure you get the best images you possibly can.

Summed up: a super-experienced, beautiful model with a lovely personality. Work with her if you get the opportunity!

Figure and Form

After a break from shooting it was wonderful to work with Carla again. She is extremely professional, down to earth, funny and an absolute joy to photograph. We had a great session at Meow Studios in Edinburgh and tried lots of different ideas - Carla made all of them work well and we got some super images. We can't recommend Carla highly enough and hope she come north of the border again soon. A big 'thank you' from us!

I'm new into the whole studio photography and working with models.

I had my second tuition course at Pauls studio in Reading and had the opportunity to work with Carls.

Carla quickly made me feel at ease and comfortable which made the shoot so much more enjoyable. Carla is friendly, professional and has loads of experience and did not need guiding which helped me a lot.

Last week I had the opportunity to to work alongside the beautiful Carla Monaco during a themed 17th century shoot at Ston Easton Hotel.

Carla was very kind in preparing my hair and 2 other young models hair in a period fashion for the shoot. She is very experienced in hair/ make-up and beauty and looked lovely in the Georgian costume she was to model in.

Extremely professional young woman and incredibly down to earth with a warm personality.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Carla today on a shoot with a group of others at the beautiful Ston Easton Park Hotel with costumes from Bath Theatrical.

Carla is really lovely and such a professional. She was so well prepared and even did mine and the others model's hair to fit the time period as she was the expert.

She looked stunning in her role and my only complaint was that I didn't get to work with her more, as I feel I'd have learn a thing or two!

She's lovely, beautiful and humble and very kindly did mine and the rest of the models' hair in ringlets!

An Eye for Beauty

My 18th shoot with Carla but sadly I didn't see that much of her! It was a group shoot Upstairs-Downstairs set in 1790 but Carla was the lady of the house, and I seemed to spend more time in the kitchen with the servants! But of course as always Carla was a welcoming 'mother figure' and all the other models felted warmed by her presence. She is a dab hand at period hair styling and in the midst of everything produced some lovely results. As always Carla is a delight to work with. Next time, I want more of her 1:1, but meanwhile we have created some unique pictures. Thanks, Carla.

Carla's 861st reference. How on earth am I going to say anything new???

My hit rate with Carla was extraordinary. Any duff frames were purely my own fault. When you work with someone this good it means you can spend longer fettling lights & styling 'cos the actual shooting really doesn't take very long.

Photographing Carla is loads of fun, though, so it was tempting to keep working each set long after we'd got it in the bag.

Carla worked hard but was never hectic, her eye for styling is spot on and when given a brief she just got it - picked up my ideas, expanded on them and helped me make some of my best work to date.

Totally professional & organised, totally recommended.

A few days ago I had an absolute pleasure of working with Carla at a studio day it Inspire Studio.

This was our first 1-2-1 and although I previously worked with Carla at workshops I was absolutely blown away by that we managed to achieve in our first two hours together.

Carla is exceptionally diverse and very creative. She worked with all my ideas in a spirit of true collaboration. Carla is one of rare models who can take an idea and push it to it’s limit, exploring the creative potential! I was very impressed with the results.

It goes without say how beautiful this amazing woman is and how pleasant and kind. It is an absolute please to be in her company and to work with her and I hope we can have another opportunity of working together soon.

I have waited a long time to shoot this beautiful young lady and I was not disappointed. Carla visited my local Inspire Studio for her Studio Day. Carla is such a delight to work with a true professional with outstanding poses and ideas. She came fully prepared with an amazing amount of outfits, her hair and make up was spot on. Carla is very creative and once she knows what you are looking for she produces time and time again. I was blown away by her effortless posing and style. Again after waiting so long to shoot this young lady, I came away with some amazing photos.

I would highly recommend Carla, if you have a chance to photograph this young lady grab that chance with both hands.
