Carla put up a casting to shoot at her home and I jumped at the chance. I had one of those rare days off work and I'd wanted to work with Carla for a long time.

Pre shoot comms were a delight, 4 messages in total and the shoot was planned. No ping pong back and forth.

On the day I received a very warm welcome from Adrian and Carla and after a chat and a cuppa we started.

We covered portraits, sheer, topless, fashion nude and ended on my favourite genre...mono erotica (or as I describe it, emotive erotica). Carla was brilliant from start to finish. So patient, even when I faffed about with the camera.

Clearly with so many positive references there's little I can add that hasn't already been said but I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

An opportunity to work with Carla is an opportunity no sane person would miss _ I may not be sane but I wasn't going to let that stop me! As always, Carla was full of ideas and suggestions and, also as always with her, they are all worth listening to.

There's nothing I can add to the pile of positive references she already has. There are only so many ways to say "Perfect", "Stunningly beautiful", Complete professional", "fabulous personality and great company" and so on.

As Carla only has 900+ all positive references I thought she desperately needed another (like I need a hole in the head!). So here goes.

Carla came to chez me yesterday. From the moment she arrived at the station she was a pleasure to be with. Friendly, funny, very positive, easy going, a great communicator. Once I'd stopped blathering on we got down to the business of the day, and, thanks to Carla's great modelling skills and amazing looks, created an absolute ton of fab images. I'm going to struggle to choose which to edit. This one, no, that one, no, both... Carla is incredibly easy to work with, makes you feel really at ease and gives really positive constructive feedback.

Whatever skill level you think you're at, you'll find Carla a dream to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Now all I have to do is choose these pictures. Oh, and persuade her to come back :-). Thanks for coming Carla.

Arranged a one to one shoot with Carla with Inspire Studios (Salisbury) Asked to go for a 60's style fashion shoot as I know as one of the many areas Carla excels at.

Carla is very professional friendly, chatty and easy to work with and see she love 60's fashion has a great collection of outfits and knows how to get the best out of them with hair styling. We also got some great portrait head shots she know what looks good. Really looking forward to working on and posting some great lovely images.

Would recommend Carla and hope to work with her in the future.

This was my second shoot with Carla and trust it will not be the last. Carla is very professional, but has such a relaxed and calm nature, we chatted and shot a mixture of fashion, beauty, head shots etc. The types of genre Carla excels at.

I can't recommend Carla highly enough if you have not shot with her, then your missing out.

I (and two other photographers) had a great morning with Adrian Crook and Carla Monaco on the 25 Jan. Adrian showed us some great lighting setups and helped us produce some really lovely images. Carla was a delight throughout always obliging with extra poses and ideas on how to improve our images. Well worth the trip, and I will be attending further sessions in future. Thank you all that attended, I had a great time with some lovely people.

Creative Light Lessons

Had the pleasure to work with Carla and Adrian at their home studio whilst on a small group portraiture workshop. Carla is an exceptionally experienced model who knows her craft AND how to help the photographers get the most out of the session. She gave us a whole variety of looks and, whilst that required some very quick restyling between sets, Carla always took time to ensure I had captured exactly what I was looking to get. Adrian too was fantastic to have on hand to offer some excellent tips on lighting, lens choice and really made the group feel at ease. Got some stunning shots in the bag and will definitely be going back for more. I thoroughly recommend trying to attend one of their workshops if you get the chance.

Had my first shoot with Carla at PoZers Studio Cricklade. Carla arrived with an extensive range of outfits. Carla is able to pose effortlessly and we achieved some great results. She is a delight to work with and nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommended. I hope to be working with her again - soon!

I had my first opportunity to work with Carla on a recent Artemisian Luxury Photographic holiday in Portugal together with Artemis Fauna. And what a pleasure it was! I have been aware of her work for some time so this was a great opportunity to work with her and get some hopefully great images also.

Carla is genuinely lovely to be around as well as being a very beautiful person both in looks and character. Well grounded, very chatty and fun loving, she and Artemis worked so well together. During our three shared shooting days she was quite happy to pose by herself, take direction and try different things. She has that ability to look stunning in whatever she is wearing or however she is asked to pose. She also came prepared with a great selection of clothes. She never seemed to get tired so even images at the end of the day looked fresh.

My time shooting with her came and went too quickly. But I certainly hope it won't be too long before I get the opportunity to work with her again. Book her and you are in for a treat!

Carla returned to the studio this weekend after a 2 year absence and sold out 2 days! A studio day and an all day group shoot! She is a consummate professional and looked great from beginning to end of two tiring days. She has a great set of outfits, great poses and pulls some great shapes. A not-to-miss model who is beyond brilliant at what she does. I had my first but not last shoot with Carla today and can't begin to praise her skills enough. A stunningly beautiful woman who is wonderful company and who is always striving to produce fabulous and elegant poses. One of those models that truly understands light, she knows exactly where to position herself to maximum effect and works tirelessly to give you great images. As long as I do model photography I shall want to work with her, thanks again for a terrific day Carla, recommended like crazy.

I had the absolute pleasure of shooting with Carla at a 60s group shoot today. She is a consummate professional and I think it's almost impossible to take a poor image of her. As with all the best group shoots she took pose control to ensure that we got as much shooting time as possible but she was open to ideas as well. She was very patient with me as I tried an old manual lens and when the triggers decided to play up.

If the opportunity to book an hour or so of her time on a 1-2-1 basis comes up in the future I may well consider doing so as it would be money well spent. Thanks Carla you have given me some great images to work on.

This was my 3rd shoot with Carla and she just gets better and better. Carla turns up as though she has just stepped out a page in Vogue, makeup perfect and a wide selection of outfits. Carla is very professional but also so easy to talk to. Had 3 hours shooting and it flew past. We created some amazing images and I can not wait to work with Carla again. Highly recomended.

Sometimes … a Photoshoot is much more than just a Shoot. At the end of the day … we are Human's and sometimes we just Love to chat.

I started on Purpleport about 4 years ago, and on some of my first photoshoots a Model commented, that Carla Monaco was one of her favourite Models.

That comment did stay with me for all these years, and finally, I had the opportunity to shoot with her.

The images are amazing despite that "My natural light" was not what I wanted, but sometimes you do have to work with the elements.

Sometimes you need something … sometimes you are in search of answers … sometimes you need to talk … sometimes you are just in need of more images …

Today … I had the Photoshoot that I needed. A Beautiful Model, a Beautiful Person …

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
