I've used Aura occasionally over the years & I love seeing how it has grown.

It's got lots of top quality equipment, oodles of space, a huge cove, fabulous windows, huge amounts of properly quirky, epic high end props & furniture - all stitched together by the creative powerhouse that is Emily and lubricated with tea.

Totally recommended!

This was my 2nd visit to Aura and as was the case first time, Emily was an amazing host. I was there for a half day shoot with amazing model Darcie Louise.

On arrival, coffee was prepared and I discussed the initial set I wanted to shoot.

Emily was on hand to move lighting, provide triggers, help with lighting the set and this was the case throughout my 1/2 day morning shoot.

Aura is a fabulous space and Emily has an abundance of studio set locations, excellent lighting options, modifiers and loads of studio props.

When I needed the heavier props moved around, Emily was there to help and ensure that anything I needed was provided.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2nd visit to Aura, working again with a fabulous host and would 100% recommend this location if you want a studio that is well equipped and has an amazing owner / host.

The space is beautiful, well equipped with wonderful natural light.

Emily is skilled with lighting, hardworking, friendly & makes a good cup of coffee,

SO many funky items to make amazing sets with.

I've shot twice at this studio and I've been made to feel extremely welcome on both occasions. Brilliantly spacious, lots of props and furniture that is accessible (I'm yet to use any of the silks/hoops so I hope to return at some point).

Thanks for making me feel so welcome and comfortable and for allowing me to let loose in your brilliant space.

I was lucky enough to find time to shoot at Aura last week and I find it a great space to be creative in, add to that how helpful, kind and accommodating Emily is and you really can't go wrong. Its a super space, run by a super lady. Go to one of her events and be inspired.

First shoot at Aura yesterday and was made to feel very welcome by Emily. Fantastic space with plenty of props and some great sets. Natural light abounds with beautiful large windows surrounding the entire studio. Max was at the studio to help and assist was very friendly and accommodating, kindly offering shoot tips and advice as well as moving props around and helping set up lights etc, nothing was too much trouble. I had a great time and managed to get some great shots. I will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend to any model or photographer looking for a great versatile shoot space, Aura pretty much has everything you need. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you Max and Emily for making my first visit so welcoming.

This was my second visit to Aura (someone book me so I can come back!!!) and it was a smooth experience. Emily was there when I arrived and she was welcoming and offered for me to place my items in the model room whilst the previous people finished their booking. It's a great space, characterised by the giant windows, and white globe prop & infinity cove in one corner. She supported the photographer in setting up lights and equipment and had great communication with us both whenever she left or returned to the studio.

It's a beautiful space and I look forward to returning one day!

Emily is the sweetest, caring studio owner you could want to meet. Doesn't get in the way, makes a few litres of tea and coffee per shoot (always appreciated) and can talk the hind off a horse when you're stood around twiddling your thumbs.

Emily (amongst a few close model colleagues) has become a close friend of late, pushing me to come out from the shadows and start shooting again.

It's all her fault. You should blame her, not me, for the shenanigans I'm about to create.

I'm a firm believer of supporting friends' businesses and everybody on here should be the same. You should use Aura as often as you can, because it's huge, has more space than is useable in 8 hours and has Emily who can design pretty much ANY set you want at short notice.

10/10 as per usual :) xx.

I had my third bodypaint workshop of 2024 at Aura last week. Organised by Emily with Wolf Reicherter (Wolf's Bodymagic) providing the bodypainting artistry and Beth Kate & Clara Sinclair modelling.

Wolf’s artwork never ceases to amaze and as with the previous workshops, this was an excellent event, providing plenty of opportunity to get some stunning images. A massive thank you to all involved.

I've worked at Aura a few times now and this was my 2nd bodypaint event, the theme was alien/human hybrid vs. Galactic warrior. Laura is absolutely lovely and welcoming, always making sure everybody comfortable and fueled with tea and snacks :) can't wait to work there again and keen to see what can be created in the future! Highly recommended.

My first visit to this studio two days ago was all that I hoped for; big spaces, floods of natural light, an endless choice of props and accessories, great facilities (and coffee) and a most helpful and patient owner. Emily has worked hard to produce and maintain a studio which any photographer would be grateful to spend time in.

The studio is easy to find, even after my two hour journey, and has plenty of free parking, there are also some interesting shoot opportunities right outside and in the approach to the studio itself on the first floor.

I can easily and highly recommend this studio; a truly great place to shoot.

I have worked at AURA countless times now and we had another sold out studio weekend! WOO!

Emily as always is a gracious host and makes sure that the models are photographers are comfortable and have everything they need.

The space is a wonderland and there is so much that can be created there :D

I will hopefully be back next year for more sold out events. I would highly recommend Emily and AURA :)

Had the pleasure of shooting at Aura Photographic 4 or 5 times and each time has been a pleasure. There always welcoming, friendly, well equipped, helpful, great communication and a nice cuppa.

The building it self is in a great setting, one of conplex of old canal warehouses. Good changing facilities for the models, infinity curve with well equipped lighting and a good selection of light diffusers. There always on hand to help set and alter the lighting. 2 winchs for aerial work, 1 at each end of the studio.

The studio is in a large open area with lots of natural light with large traditional windows. Lots of props and a new area on a mezzanine floor area.

Back at Aura for the second bodypaint workshop of 2024, organised by Emily with Wolf Reicherter (Wolf's Bodymagic) providing the bodypainting artistry and Gem modelling.

As with the first earlier in the year, this was an excellent event with all parties highly recommended. Gem was a great choice of model and Wolf's artwork is stunning. Full credit to Emily though, not just for the organisational side but her creativity around the set-ups.

Working with/for AURA Photographic for another studio day, providing bodypainting and blacklight bodyart experiments. As always, it was a pleasure to work at AURA, for a shoot organized by Emily. The studio allows for so many different shooting opportunities we wont run out of ideas any time soon. I will definitely be back to work with AURA again. I can only recommend this space.

Second shoot at this excellent studio. Multiple options for creating mini scenes. Space for dynamic & motion. Used the infinity room to full scale this time. Lighting both natural and studio gives plenty of possibilities.

Emily is always super helpful.

Each shoot has been over 4 hours and there are still lots of possibilities for the next one, we will be back again. :)
