I worked at this studio with a photographer who chose this studio for us to work in, and oh my what a studio it is!

It's very easy to find and it's amazing!

You can do so much with this studio, from fashion to lingerie to erotica to art nude. You can do any level with this studio because anything can work!

I can see myself working here a lot more!

a cracking space for photography not much more I can say really its a studio that works the photographers skills with light and suits someone with a little bit of experience rather than the beginner will be back again with out doubt

i worked at the pit last month with the wonderful jpea and absolutely loved the place !!!

i had problems getting to it as my sat nav couldnt get me there but one of the girls there very kindly managed to direct me in eventually !!!

the space and the light at the pit is just wonderful !!! i was in my element ...i will definately be back to work there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to work there x

Back at The Pit again yesterday, ideal for the shoot theme, and still managing to be unique to the other shoots I have had there. Danny was there to meet me and the photographer at the start, and the staff were friendly as always downstairs in the bar. The place really speaks for itself, lending itself well to so many ideas and poses. Unfortunately looking around, I came up with new shoot concepts, so I will have to return!

I was back at The Pit this week. I am actually starting to think that half the magic is just in the light you get. Not to mention a mixture of two floors and different sized windows to work with.

I took the time to make use of some of the more interesting features. Including what I now refer to as the 'Rabbit Hole'.

On top of all that, booked via a charity month. What more could one ask for from a studio?

What can I say that hasn't already been said? The place has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Much bigger than it appears on the pics and a blank canvas for ideas. Today's shoot was just the afternoon, but I could easily have filled the day. Many thanks to Danny, great venue and thanks for your help.

What an amazing venue. So much to explore , so many different avenues in which you can take your photography that it really is one of the best I've worked in. Danny couldn't be more helpful and welcoming , both in advance of the shoot , and on the day itself.

I ran a little workshop with Jezebelle at the Pit last week, it was my first and definitely NOT my last visit.

Absolutely fantastic place, really its just perfect and I hope it never changes. Danny was really welcoming and all the comms with arranging the day were great, I absolutely loved working here and will be back next month!

Used this place for the first time yesterday and it really is amazing and endless variety of of interesting backdrops quite amazing natural light one thing it is not though is a place for the clean freaks :) wearing white is not recommended but if you looking for an interesting look for your phoots this place is recommended

Second shoot at The Pit yesterday. Can't recommend the place highly enough! Friendly staff downstairs, and quick to reply to messages. Enough areas and natural light to make the images completely different from the last time I shot there. Still room for more opportunities too! Thanks again for providing a great venue, at a great price. :)

What can I say about this place that hasn't already been said?

I LOVE working here. There is something inspirational about it, that always seems to bring out the best in me and the models I work with there. I never tire of working there, it always seems to bring out new ideas in me.

I've already booked another shoot there, and there will be more!

If you haven't worked there yet, you must... You really must!

Oh dear! I can't keep away from this place, despite the paint and wallpaper flaking off the walls and the general spookiness of it all.

Coming back next month. I wonder if the place will be freshly decorated, the old wooden floorboards polished and the big windows cleaned?

I hope not.

This is the best photographers' playground!

This place never fails to impress me and i'll keep coming back time and time again. There's always some little corner that I discover that is perfect for my work and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting an edgier feel to their photography.

THIS PLACE JUST ROCKS!!!!!

From huge wooden floors and windows with the most amazing light, to epic stairwells and brilliant props I could work here all day long :) And they couldn't be more welcoming!!!!!!!

I'll def be going back...again and again....

Super shoot at The Pit, it's an excellent place for somebody that wants something different, all you need to bring is your imagination. And as mentioned by many others the hosts are so friendly and welcoming.

Great place, nice people, good value, and oh so super light. As the advert says, JUST DO IT :)

Booking was straight forward and the amount of space and variety of backdrop and chairs available was great.
