Attended a Wicked Wednesday shoot at Mick Payton's studios, plenty of natural light shooting opportunity, studio well equipped with several lights, on hand help setting up lighting is available, many different locations including an awesome corridor and bar area to shoot as well as a bedroom.

Very friendly atmosphere, with plenty refreshments available, an opportunity to socialise with like minded individuals and an opportunity to take great pictures.

Mick always gets great models in, who are timely and friendly.

Can't wait for the model mayhem event.

I modelled for Ilearnphotography Sunday and I was made to feel very comfortable.

All the photographers that attended was very respectful, kind and polite. They were all a pleasure to work with. I hope they all enjoyed it as much as I did :)

mick and his wife prepared lunch and had tea/coffee provided no1 could ask for anymore. It was a great laugh and a perfect day. I loved every minute!!

Thanks to all I hope to see you all again at some point.

Mick and I have worked together more times than I can honestly remember to give you a figure! He is incredibly epic at what he does, not only as a knowledgeable tutor but when he works 1 on 1 with models too - immediately forming a productive alliance with them for a rapport that you value so greatly as a subject wanting to give the best you can. You will quite certainly struggle to meet anyone more quirkily positive and delightfully encouraging than Mick - his methods and etiquette is just a built in quality providing the means to get the very best quality of work from the models he books with very little effort at all. Professional in every angle, bearing a beautiful stamp of awe to his images and genius lighting techniques... His art nude work always portrays a look of wow, but his broad skill covers a wide range of styles and we have shot all manner of ideas bringing inspiration on every occasion. :)

His workshops are run stupendously effectively ...ten out of ten as host as well as a tutor and the smiles on everyone's faces as they enjoy a fun, yield-packed day/half day just says it all. The studio in which he routinely runs said workshops is clean, warm and comfortable... not to mention well equipped; locations are sourced too for added diversity so students really can learn in different environments - or just take some lovely photographs in a chilled out, helpful environment offering fantastic atmosphere and creativity.

Comfortable accommodation has always been offered to me on the many times I have popped down to work with Mick. Him and his partner Sue look after models so well, it really is like a homey atmosphere away from home! He respects models outstandingly, whether one to one or on one of the workshops, he keeps our best interests at heart from start to finish.

Happy to recommend Mick to the stars and further! I have modelled many workshops/events/group days and even one to one tuition too... Mick's are certainly up there with the most enjoyable. Get yourself booked on, it's just a no fuss, no pressure blast to get fantastic shots and gel with us creative little creatures in an awesome environment! :)

I will be modelling for iLearn photography's upcoming pinup workshop and I recently had the pleasure of working with them on a promotional shoot. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mick and his team.

Communication throughout the whole process has been excellent and they go out of their way to answer any specific queries you may have.

Mick is on hand at shoots and has a wealth of knowledge to share due to his years of experience... and a funny anecdote or two ;)

All in all, shooting with iLearn is a comfortable, enjoyable and educational experience for all parties involved and I highly recommend them to beginners and professionals alike.
