Had a great shoot with Natasha J Bella at Map Studio. The studio is very well equipped with various lights, sets and a veritable multitude of interesting props. The owner Alex is extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Altogether a good experience which I would hope to repeat in future. Highly recommended!

I can't believe how big the space is with various different sets and props to hand!

Alex the owner is such a cool dude and is happy to help whenever needed!

MAP Studios is by far the most well-equipped studio I have ever visited! There are tonnes of different props, backgrounds, clothing, accessories and objects that could keep photographers and models busy for days! Alex is so friendly and accommodating and is always on-hand to assist in any way he can.

I have already booked my return to MAP Studios! Would 100% recommend!

I had my first studio day at Map Studios and it was brilliant. The studio is an absolute treasure chest of goodies, props, wardrobe and scenes everywhere, tons of options and great fun to be in. I loved it and felt well looked after and comfortable. Alex is absolutely lovely, just one of those easy going, friendly kind of people that I could talk to all day. Really enjoyed working at Map and I hope to plan another day there sometime.

Yet another great shoot at MAP Studio with Ladyartist and Phil 3, making full use of the studio's many outstanding facilities. The studio goes from strength to strength with its lighting equipment, sets and its wide variety of interesting accessories and props, including shoes and clothes. Alex, the Owner , specially organised an office set for our shoot at very short notice, It is this sort of personal service and accommodation which makes MAP studios the lading photographic studio in the East Midlands, Many thanks again Alex for another creative and enjoyable shoot. This is my second visit to maps studio one was a group night and the other was a model day. maps studio is a very lovely studio with lots of props to use and of lots sets Alex the owner is very welcoming i will definitely be going back there again. i would recommend the studio to all photographer and model you will love ever minute.

What can I say about this studio that hasnt been said already ? First of all Alex's pre commes are first class. The studio has everything a photographer and a model needs, endless props, lots of differnt backround options, clothis props, its nice and clean, and of course tea and coffee is always available :)

Alex is so helpful and I cant recommend Map studios enough !

I had another great shoot at Map, this time with Odette Flaur.

Alex always goes out of his way to help despite being a busy man.

The place is always being refreshed with additional props and outfits.

Next time I'll give the fetish props a whirl.

Alex is a kind and considerate host who has a great studio. I did a Fashion Nude Workshop there and not only did he look after us in the studio but stayed at his house and helped us any way he could. His wife Becky made us a fantastic lunch for the workshop as well. He looks after the models interests and model safety is paramount in his mind. I thoroughly enjoyed working at the studio. He has great equipment and props and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending models and photographers to go there. Brilliant.

Had a workshop and shoot with another model in one day at Map Studios and as per usual Alex was on hand, ever so helpful and friendly. He (well his wife tbh) even laid on food for the workshop. He even found a good, reliable model for me to shoot with after the workshop at short notice when the one I was going to use failed to communicate.

Highly recommended.

Had yet another lovely time at MAP Studios. A studio day and workshop. Alex is extremely accommodating. Him and his wife go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. It's a brilliant studio, ever changing and expanding. Alex is great, he is organised, professional and really looks after everybody that walks through the door. Trustworthy, chilled out and a great studio :D :D

Alex was a star yet again even braving my man flu to help me out with lighting and props. Can't recommend Map studios enough, I have closer studios but I choose to work at MAP for the sets, equipment and the help.

Bad Dolly

Today I had my first shoot at Map Studios and it was brilliant, Alex is so hospitable and made me feel right at home.

The studio is HUGE, I could shoot there for weeks and not be stuck for ideas. As well as being fully equipped with lighting backdrops etc it also has so many great props and costumes, really helped the day run smoothly and made sure everyone went home with unique shots.

Cannot recommend Alex and the studio highly enough, thanks for a great day and look forward to the next :)

I had my first shoot at Map Studios with Kasia the other day. It is very much work in progress and at first we were a bit worried about the range of areas but it quickly became apparent that there were more than enough areas to work in.

We filled four hours effortlessly and can recommend the studio to all photographers.

It can only get better and better as time goes on.

So I had two brilliant sell out days at MAP last week!! 17 hours of total madness (poor Alex) ;)

Alex and his wife let me stay with him for two nights, looked after me, looked after all the photographers at the studio and was great to work alongside.

We had a great laugh- during the studio days and outside of the studio too.

The studio is super as it is right now- but what Alex has planned for it will make it one of the best studio's about! I can't wait to return in the Spring to check out Alex's hard work!

I had a great first shoot at Map studios. Alex was great and and in particular really helped accommodate me when my train was very late. The studio has loads of space and some great sets and backgrounds, which look great in the pictures from my shoot. I am really looking forward to my next shoot at Map in a few weeks time. I had the beautiful pleasure of having a studio day at the fab Map Studios, Alex is a true gem to work with, presented with a good strong coffee and he's always happy to lend a hand whether it's sorting the lights, holding reflectors, or showing me some work on the pole (he's a natural gymnast!). It was another fun filled day, very relaxed and easy going, can't wait to be back soon!

I travelled across to map studios for not only my first visit there but my first visit ever to a commercial studio. previously I had literally not stepped foot in one let only taken a photograph.

The studio was very impressive, lots of shooting space and you would need to be a creative genius to want a prop the studio doesn't have ( ask about the big brother chairs).

On a personal level Alex is very amiable and always happy to help, either with advice, labour or simply letting you get on with it, what ever works better for you.

No doubt at all this will not be my last visit to map studios.

Had a wonderful time shooting an the fantastic Maps studio recently. The day was a great success and ran very smoothly.

The studio owner Alex was brilliant in every way by making sure he was always on hand to help and provided a wonderful space to shoot.

The studio was warm, comfy, had all the condiments you may need, great lighting equipment, props and a wonderful changing area.

Overall I had a blast and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Highly recommended!
