I had a lovely shoot with Jon last week. We planned out shoot out mi tha in advance before I arrived for my uk tour. He was in great contact, had sent locations and ideas in mind.

Upon arrival of our shoot Jon was very laid back with my arrival time which was great since I was traveling by bus 31/2 hours away. When we first met up he was very welcoming. Talkative, kind and all around happy person. We walked around the south bank and got some amazing shots thru out the day. We stopped for a snack which he covered. We chatted the whole time, felt like we worked together before. I was very pleased with the images I saw that we were creating. Can't wait to see them. I would definitely recommend Jon to anyone. Thanks for a lovely day Jon!

This is my third shoot with Jon downs, and the third time shooting at my home with him!

A joy to be around, seriously. So much fun to be had when shooting with Jon, lots of laughs, chats and random moments which luckily get caught on camera. This man knows how to truly collect emotion in his images as well delve for the emotion he is seeking. A truly talented photographer who will not let you down!

After years (we checked it really was years!) of trying to plan a shoot with Jon, I'm afraid i don't have the right words in my vocabulary to describe how good our shoot today was!

Was lucky enough to arrange today's shoot last minute but was worth every second, I can't remember all the times we had moments on the shoot that you describe as 'Wow' Moments, We thought we'd got the shot of the day, shot some more and it just kept getting better!

Jon is amazing to work with, His enthusiasm for shooting can't be matched and genuinely gets excited about ideas on shoots, really encouraging while shooting and we seemed to be on the same wave length on what shots we wanted to get which was great!

Also really friendly and funny; and he has photographic evidence of one of my laughing fits-whoops!

Thankyou so much for the shoot, really hope we can shoot together again soon!!

well well well jon ..................I should just leave it that , ....but I wont SO......

Jon eats chocolates all day, plays around with fidgety , smudgy stuff in front of the lens, likes to take selfie shots, really pushes my levels (ha ha ha ha) and gets far too carried away ! he he he

BUT ......he is frickin awesome in a fricken awesome kinda way and in my head we are frickin awesome when we work together!!!!

we have such a laugh and most of the time fall about sniggering.. we always seem to run out of time as we get far too carried away and a lot of the time we are making a lot of OOOOOOOHHHHHING noises at the camera .....

LOVE LOVE LOVE this man .....

again highly recommended by me and I would work with him everyday if I could .....cant wait to see the images , I know we have some special stuff !

Erm...Yep, I probably can ;)

Although Jon and I have our private little jokes that some may only get, 'model wife' & 'photography husband', we really do get on so well and that's why our images work every time we shoot.

Jon in my opinion is one of the best photographers on PP, I love all of his work, even the images that are not of me. Lol!

All jokes aside now, Jon shot with Steph Easter and I on Monday and what an absolute giggle it was. Jon was his normal extremely loud self. Hahaha!

The images are once again out of this world!

You bloody legend!

Arrow Photography

Had the most wonderful 1:1 day with Jon today.

We covered some bonkers shootyness with the wondrous Theresa Louise before heading off to Starbucks (other coffee shops are available) for Jon to take me through his editing process.

I needed this day as I am a huge admirer of Jons work and I was worried I was stagnating creatively - this was just the boost I needed.

If you want to up your game with either photography or editing then chat to Jon about booking a session.

Plus should add he's a wonderful fella, very generous and funny - had a great time all in all and would heartily recommend!

Yes, my photography husband is a legend!

Absolutely adore this guy, not only is he an incredible photographer hes also a really close friend with a big heart and a complete gentleman.

Always there with advice and shoulder if i need it.

Our pure banter just makes my day......

References between us could just go on and on as we work together so much :)

Out of the blue I phoned Jon up "Jon I'm boreeeed!!!" I shouted... This is now a running joke followed by "god help me"

Jon is so easy to work with, it's almost effortless to create epic imagery. I sometimes wonder whether he really could make me look fabulous in a binbag or with no makeup on!

I am certain to be working with Jon again, it's just how long he manages to luckily escape the boredom of moi!

Thank you for a fantastic and spontaneous shoot :-)

Well I have been wanting to work with this guy for a very very long time, and after talking about it more than once we finally managed to get together on my recent tour of his area! I'm so glad we did :D

The whole shoot from start to finish was an absolute blast! Jon is super creative and the enthusiasm he has for his work is infectious! The shots I saw on the back of his camera are some of the best work I have seen of myself, I'm really chuffed with how well we worked together and the results that achieved! Not only that but he is SO much fun to be around, I had been told how funny he was but I had not banked on just how much I would be laughing - I can't actually believe people manage to keep a straight face around him long enough for a photo haha!

Just a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and I would without a doubt recommend him :D

Hope to work with him again in the future!

I resently booked a few hours with Jon in order to learn some of the basics in photo editing. Having shot with John previously I knew he would be easy to get on with and down to earth. Jon showed me some of the basics within photo editing to improve on some of my own photos. I found his method very helpful and he made it very easy to understand and follow.

I am looking forward to booking a photography tutorial with him next.

Swears like a f**kin' sailor, disorganised, bonkers, attention span of a- oh look, ice-cream! And yet, even after more than 12 hours of shooting with this incredible human being, I'd go back and do it all again in an instant.

I'd admired Jon's work for ages, so I was over the moon when we booked a shoot. We were pushed with time and the natural light was fading fast, but we achieved so many sets and so many amazing images; I'm in awe of Jon and his boundless creativity and energy. He made me feel great about the results as we were shooting (let's call him lovingly insulting), gave direction when needed, was considerate and respectful, bought me dinner and drove me from pillar to post while on tour.

Absolutely, boundlessly, 100% recommended. Can't wait for next time.

Wow this man really outstretched the boundaries with this shoot ! It was amazing I had a great laugh with Jon and I love his sense of humour, and i was ever so comfortable with him. he's such a lovely man with also bring discreet and very professional ;) I must admit we got some incredible images and I'm very proud of them. He has an amazing unique edge to his photos and each one tells a story.

These photos we have created are timeless for me and I love them :)

I so want to work with him again but I was very lucky to work with him as he's very busy and booked ! So girls be quick!

Mmmmmmm, now what can I say about my photography husband....

"totally and utterly just fricking awesome"

This guy has helped me become far more confident in my modelling abilities and is always there for me when I need to rant or just need a coffee. Honestly he hasn't got a bad bone in his body and is always willing to help anyone out.

It's clear to anyone he is a talented photographer who is willing to take on any challenge to get amazing images.

This was my first shoot with Jon and I was very keen to shoot with him. His work is amazing! Jon was a absolute pleasure to work with professional and relaxed. Also likes to crack a joke or two hehe. Pre comms were spot on. Unfortunately 3g was against us at the meeting location but he found me okay. He had chosen exactly the type of locations I had hoped to shoot with. From what i have seen so far the images are spot on. Would recommend to other models and would shoot with Jon again :-)

I had the opportunity to shoot with Jon and he is an absolute weirdo! Really he is! But he is one of the loveliest weirdos you will ever meet haha.

We got along really well and he laughed lots! Which I guess is a good thing...or maybe he was just being nice you can't tell :p

Honestly I really really enjoyed our shoot, it was fun and there was lots of laughs and craziness...We even say the same things and finish each other's sentences!

He is definitely a friend now and I would love to shoot with him again!
