.....aaaand reference #200. Feeling priviliged to even be able to write this one.

I've had 3 years of total blissful creative heaven at the Hacienda so far; my second home, my place to think, chill, work, laugh til my sides hurt, eat great food, party, collaborate ideas, raise charity funds, decorate, create, invent, build.. I have never felt so grateful to have a space where I can 100% feel like ME - pretty sure most people don't get that lucky. Without a doubt, it's been the most exciting (and happy-emotional!) 3 years of my entire creative life, especially with hosting my absolutely huge-scale Bohemian Garden photographic event. I am truly honoured to be a part of something SO special and I cannot WAIT to continue working with you on new ventures.. my brain is whizzing about like mad as I'm writing this.

I feel like I've grown so much as an artist in general and it's practically all thanks to Sean & The Hacienda.

Sean, you are one of, if not the most patient, giving, generous, kind, hard-working, innovative people I've ever met - you've enabled me to bring to life large-scale creative dreams I never thought I'd be able to execute, and I am incredibly proud of what you (and we!) have achieved - you continue to thrive and I can't wait to see what's next after this little pause in the world which no-one can control right now.

This feels like an Oscar speech haha(!) but totally justified!

Simone & I are so thankful for everything! *wipes tear*

It was my first shoot at the hacienda, and it was great. Sean made us so welcome, and was so flexible. The space to shoot in is great, loads of equipment was readily available and I was really comfortable there. Highly recommended! Thank you, Sean.

Had my first shoot at the hacienda on Saturday and loved it. Such an incredible and unique location. There are so many interesting and fabulous areas to shoot from, you literally could shoot there for days and still find something interesting :)

Highly recommended and hopefully I am lucky enough to shoot there again

I was curious to shoot somewhere different and what I found at the Hacienda was something magical compared to the standard white-walled studios. Thank you for creating this special place.

Back at the Hacienda again, it's becoming my photography home!

As ever Sean was warm & welcoming, available when needed, but unobtrusive the rest of the time.

I'm lucky that he always arranges for fantastic daylight whenever I visit, & is tolerant of me rearranging his furniture.

I hope I'll get back there again soon, but until then if you've not been there before (or even if you have) try to visit the Hacienda.

Yet another great shoot at the Hacienda. This time a model day with a Boho theme. I hardly recognised the location, it was changed so much. As always Sean was the perfect host. I love this place and wish i could use it more. Highly recommended.

The Hacienda was once again transformed but this time into a Bohemian Garden for it's final themed event of 2019 and jaws dropped once both models and photographers saw what happens when you let creative people in the shape of the model creative directors during this year create their visions. I think The Hacienda (and Sean the owner) really put a great idea together for 2019 and the model's that ran the events, stepped up and produced some truly once in a lifetime themes that will never be repeated or sets seen like that again.

I also want to thank Sean for asking me to cover the event behind the scenes of the events during this year for the studio. It was an honour. Lots of time and effort, but wouldn't change it at all. Here's looking forward to 2020.

Another shoot at my favourite London studio, this time, again with UKmodelGA.

Sean is always the gracious host no matter how busy he is. The natural light was in abundance helping to deliver beautiful images.

The shoot was truly memorable and I look forward to the next opportunity.

My 5th shoot at the Hacienda as part of Rachelle Summers' Stepford Wives event. Sean is a wonderful host and always good to chat to.

For this shoot he was a brave man handing the studio over to Rachelle who transformed it into some great super colourful sets.

Once again The Hacienda morphed into a different era as another event took place at the studio. As ever, The Hacienda lived up to letting the themed events change it to something unique that helped both models and photographers get creative with the theme of this most recent event (Stepford Wives). Always a pleasure to chat with Sean and get the chance to experience this unique studio that continues to impress me without fail every time I get the chance to shoot there.

Once again the Hacienda played host to a themed event with this one being Sinopa Rin's one. Again, the Hacienda changed to fit the theme of the event and from the results I've seen coming out from the photographer's that attended the event, The Hacienda is one again helping both models and photographers hit their creative peaks be it with ideas for events, sets, presentation and hospitality. As ever, Sean is on hand if needed, and continues to make the Hacienda a place I really should be paying rent for the amount of times I've been there, but always an experience I look forward to shooting there. If you ever get the chance to shoot there be it on one of the events or with the resident models, jump at the chance. You'll kick yourself if you don't.

I really don't like studios. There, I've said it. But if you look down this list you'll find I keep coming back to the Hacienda. Why? Because it's bloody awesome!

This time it was the Ballgowns & Burlesque event, so my beloved Hacienda was transformed to backstage at the Moulin Rouge, the stage of the Drury Lane, & the poshest cup cake eating table I've ever seen.

Sean & the whole team made the event an absolute dream, & although my repeated praise may seem like I'm on commission, I just can't rate the place highly enough.

Go there!

Having worked at the Hacienda a few times before, I was honoured to be offered the space for my Ballgowns and Burlesque event last weekend. Sean's pre-comms were exceptional - he answered my every query quickly and kindly, no matter how small, and did everything he could to make the planning process easier for me.

I arrived on Thursday to set up and found Sean and the set designer dripping in sweat from lugging an entire houseful of furniture and props up 5 flights of stairs on the hottest day of the year (39 degrees!). His enthusiasm didn't wane throughout the four-day event and absolutely nothing was too much trouble - he put a delicious omelette under my nose every morning and kept the teas, coffees and cold water flowing throughout the day. Every meal was a culinary delight, including homemade strawberry cheesecakes, hand-stretched pizzas, fresh-baked madeleines and colourful salads, with both the vegan and gluten-free diners cared for without complaint. He even went out to buy cupcakes and flowers for us to use as props. Events like this can be really stressful, but Sean's attention to detail and calm nature kept it all running smoothly.

The words 'peace, love and understanding' appear in the Hacienda's profile notes and this is truly the motto of Sean and his beautiful hacienda. He welcomed every photographer through the door as though they were an old friend - it's easy to see why so many people return there again and again. His boundless nurturing and encouragement made this event not only possible but one of the best weekends of my 11-year career, and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did.

If you've never shot here, you're missing out! One of the best locations and best people in the industry. Get bookin'!

The Hacienda is really a secret time machine since the last time I was there it had been changed into a 70s themed event. Sean and The Hacienda have really outdone themselves this year with the themed events. Artemis had changed the Hacienda into a 70s studio and even though I seen pictures the day they were putting the sets up, it still amazed me how The Hacienda continues to help both models and photographers hit creative peaks be is shooting at the studio or via the themed events. Always a pleasure to shoot there and Sean is a top guy making sure both models and photographers have the best experience at the studio.

Where to start!? I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to entirely transform the Hacienda, taking it back almost 50 years to the 70's...

Back in January of this year I noticed a post Sean had made on FB about hosting a themed event at the studio. Being the biggest ever fan of themed events, lol, and seeing as it was something I have become quite well known for...I just HAD to be part of it!!! LET ME THROUGH! ;)

Within a few minutes I had bagsied June and I got right to work...I wanted the last event before my 30th to be EPIC.

Before I had taken a single penny for the event I had managed to blow over a grand in 70's props- what can I say, I absolutely LOVE themed events!! The months passed, more props purchased, more clothes, more ideas, set designs made, Sean had countless emails from me...It just had to be perfect and Sean put up with all my questions!! (Thank you)

Fast forward to the event itself (before I write an essay) Sean was a gem. He was SO helpful. He gave me space to set up the studio but was also there at all times to help with the fiddly bits (like the Gazebo) Sean helped with sets, food, drinks, prepping lunches, music...he was so flexible and understanding of everything. Nothing was too much trouble, he made my life really easy on what could have been a stressful event.

We all worked so well as a team, Sean mentioned a lot about how chilled it was, how calm, well organised and relaxed we all were- I guess having done many events I know how important it is to plan... so last minute stress doesn't happen!

All in all it really couldn't have gone any better, even dropping off the HUGE lorry full of things went smoothly due to the random road closure, and on leaving a parking space appeared right outside. I honestly felt like someone was looking down on us and making sure it all went amazingly!! Whoever it was must have bloody loved the 70's ;)

...

The event took six months to bring to life, and the four days flew by way too fast. I loved it.

We have all raised a lot of money for Battersea Cats and Dogs home and also created many wonderful memories- some of which I hope will stay with me until the 2070's- If I'm lucky-!!! ;)

Thank you Sean. Thank you for having me, for hosting us, inspiring so many and being aweeesssommmmeee duuuuudeee!!

Until next time...

It was the first time I had been to the Hacienda and it was for Artemis Fauna's "Back To The 70's" shoot. Four amazing sets had been created so there were loads of amazing photo opportunities There is also some amazing natural light in the main bedroom area again great place to shoot.

Sean was a great host, and we found we had mutual love of music.

I would highly recommend the Hacienda

The Hacienda was transported back half a century and turned into a 70s theme set for Artemis Fauna’s “Back to the 70s” event.

This was my first visit to the Hacienda and I hope it isn’t my last. An amazingly versatile space which benefits from wonderful natural light is owned by Sean who met me at the door and showed me round on my arrival. Snacks and drinks were available throughout as was assistance with lighting etc. Sean was an excellent host. I hope to return!

Big open spaces , big windows giving excellent lighting! So beautifully decorated😀 I was truly blown away by it , now the Hacienda wouldn't be so amazing without its owner and host Sean! He keeps the studio to the highest spec and looks after everyone ! He's the best! 😀 It was an amazing weekend and my best studio I've worked in! 😄 Loved every minute and I'm hoping to be back there soon😀

Thanks Sean 😘
