Oh my what a crazy few days at The Hacienda!

I have to start off with how much this studio lives up to it’s name. It truly does become your second home, which all credit must go to Sean on this one as he really does welcome you to just be yourself and relax as it’s not meant to be a ‘work environment’ as such but a safe place where you can chill or create art :)

I contacted Sean last minute to ask if I could stay over at The Hacienda ahead of time so I had some where to crash before I left for the airport and again when I got back a couple of days before my studio day and without hesitation he said yes, no questions other than when he would meet me at the station, I was warmly welcomed with coffee and asked about dinner, and had a bed ready for me, if that doesn’t say what kind of an amazing person Sean is then I don’t know what will. He is the most selfless and kind person you could meet :)

With The Hacienda being purely charity based, I always feel good about my studio days there, not only will you spend a great day working with people wanting to create beautiful images you also know that Sheltered From the Storm will benefit at the end of the day, you can indulge in your favourite hobby whilst giving something back to a total stranger somewhere, which is such a wonderful feeling.

Sean works so tirelessly during these days, nothing is too much trouble, and you are always looked after in your time there. I know that all my photographers got an incredible amount of brilliant shots and I can’t wait to see the final edits come through.

If you want the perfect service of a relaxed environment, a beautiful space, and a great menu of models then it’s time you book The Hacienda :D

Second Glance

Finally managed to arrange a shoot at this wonderful location deep in central London

I had high expectations but they were well and truly exceeded :)

Each of the rooms has something very different and very special to offer the photographer and importantly there is nothing ersatz about this place

Best of all, Sean is the second nicest man in the world (after me, of course) - a real gent, very obliging and extremely helpful

Can't wait to be allowed back here again :)

I LOVE this place. Everytime I go to The Hacienda I come away either learning something new from the workshops they run or meeting new and current resident models that I've wanted to work with or have already. The studio, along with Sean, is just a hub of creativity that I really can't put into words. You really have to go there either for one of the workshops or if you get a chance to photograph one of the resident models. Sean is a awesome person as well willing to help with setups, lighting etc.

A wonderful studio with loads of natural light. Makes a delightful change to just enjoy the loads of soft light and not fuss with studio lights! Great spaces, fantastic props, can’t wait to get back for my next shoot.

I had the pleasure of attending the Lighting Outside the Box workshop with Ciara and Simone at the Hacienda. It was a great workshop that I would recommend to all.

It was my second time at the Hacienda and it won't be my last. It's such an amazing space and Sean was on hand to make sure everything was perfect, even being a VAL for some of the sets. Go shoot there if you get the chance.

Attended another workshop and The Hacienda. As ever, Sean is a fantastic host and the location continues to amaze me as well as still finding new ways to shoot it via the workshops as well as the times I've shot with resident models on their shoot days.

I shot at The Hacienda today for the first time. Absolutely blown away with this studio, so many areas to shoot in and natural light to die for. Would thoroughly recommend this studio to everyone. Hope to shoot there again soon.

I had the great pleasure of working at the Hacienda and meeting Sean last week whilst on a visit to London to photograph a Singer for my charity project.

Sean is one of the nicest and kindest people you could ever meet ,and the fact that every penny he earns from renting out the Hacienda goes straight to an amazing charity is just fantastic.

The studio is beautiful and is situated in a fantastic part of London. Inside the studio it is full of amazing original features and the decor and furniture is just wow!!

I loved it and had an amazing day, and really hope to catch up with Sean and the Hacienda again soon.

I've wanted to work at the Hacienda since it opened, and finally got the chance. Its excellent, the possibilities for shoots are endless. Sean is the best of hosts and could not be more helpful, we are lucky to be able to use such an amazing venue in London.

I've heard so much about The Hacienda that I was absolutely delighted to get the opportunity to shoot there yesterday, and it did not disappoint! Sean was warm, welcoming and kind without being intrusive at all and the space itself is just magical! Amazing light, amazing props, fantastic textures and details... I could shoot there for a week and not be bored. On top of this, Sean has a refreshingly down-to-Earth approach and really values his models, their comfort and safety - something that is not as common as I'd like among studio owners. I'd heard nothing but good things about The Hacienda and now I can see why - I hope to return in the future and cannot recommend it more highly.

Thank you Sean for facilitating my second shoot at this fabulous location.

This time it was a one to one shoot with the fabulous Sinopa Rin (her first visit also).

Again, I can't imagine a warmer welcome. Sean showed us around, made us aware of all the facilities available, & kindly offered any assistance we needed. And he still makes a mean coffee!

Four hours here fly by, & still there are parts I've not made full use of. Not only that, but Sean's generosity means I've done my bit for charity as well.

Keep up the great work Sean, & I wish you every success, although I know that will come anyway, as I've yet to hear a bad word about you or the Hacienda.

Highly recommended.

The full package,a studio an experience a photographers dream location,enouth natural light even on an overcast day and if the light dose give out flash units withe modifiers are included in the studio time.and if that wasn't enouth the host is on hand with refreshments and refreshing conversation you star sir.

Another excellent shoot at the Hacienda, which never fails to please. This time a duo shoot with Artemis and Ayla. It really is all there - great location with a variety of shooting opportunities, quality kit, great models and an excellent host in Sean who is happy to assist or stay in the background as you wish. And all contributing to a really good cause.

Another creative shoot at The Hacienda this time shooting with Georgia. Sean is always a great host, has The Hacienda always looking spectacular even when there are models and photographers around and is always on hand, but only when needed. Always enjoy going to this creative space as I always come away with from shoots, workshops etc having learned something new.

I did attend couple of shoots at 'The Hacienda'. I feel 'The Hacienda' is not just a studio, it is an experience and that too a wonderful one :) I suggest that one should definitely have this experience.

On top of that Sean is an excellent. A very highly recommended studio in central London.

I don't know quite how to describe the Hacienda.

I might sound incredibly cheesy saying this but, it isn't seen as a place but a society of incredibly talented and awesome community of people within the residency of the Hacienda.

I've never been prouder to represent it as well as work within the walls of this incredible location.

There, Sean, the host will look after you to your heart's content, incredibly respectful and friendly, professional atmosphere.

I believe I've achieved my best work there, working and connecting with the most talented creatives yet.

For models, creatives alike looking to for that bit something more as an experience, bringing your work level that bit higher and networking opportunities, look no further than Hacienda's doors.

You're not just taking in something, but giving something back to London and it's community of homeless people and yet further encouraged to use your time at the Hacienda as a donation doing YOUR bit for society.

Can't recommend enough if you didn't get the hint already and suggest you better get in the queue as you won't be the only one wanting to working there.

I don't even know where to begin when writing this reference- which is why it has taken so long! I struggle to find the words and am rarely speechless.

You know when you meet someone and they just blow your mind? Well Sean at The Hacienda is definitely one of those people.

I've modelled over 15 years (both part time and full time) and have come across very few people like Sean. To run, manage and organise a studio and give 100% of your profits to charity takes a very special person indeed- and Sean is that person.

Its been an absolute honour and pleasure to be involved. I had heard about Seans selfless work through various models and photographers and thought I would take the plunge and get in touch to ask if it was possible to be involved- and am SO glad I did!

I had my first couple of days at the studio recently as a guest model- and the two days SOLD OUT within less than 48 hours! That is how much in demand this studio and cause is! I was amazed and really looking forward to meeting Sean and getting to know more about his project, which is his chosen charity: Shelter from the storm- and where 100% of the studios profits go to!

When I first arrived I was a little nervous but needn't have been- Sean is a complete gentleman, very professional, extremely respectful and made me feel extremely welcome.

The space is SUBLIME- SO much shooting potential and a truly stunning London property. I left both days thinking of new ideas to explore for my next visit. The natural light in particular is fantastic!

Throughout my first two days at the studio I managed to raise £350 towards this amazing charity and it was a real honour to be a part of this cause! It gives me immense job satisfaction that I really value. I am really honoured now to be a part of The Hacienda movement and hope I am always a part of it.

The Hacienda, especially Sean gets the highest recommendation a person and studio can possibly get. For me- Sean is golddust and for the homeless in London he is a true shining light helping to guide them out of the darkness.

A true hero and no doubt his family are very proud of him.

I look forward to many more successful events and am so honoured and blessed to be one of the Residential Models for this AMAZING cause.
