If you need studio in London look no further, the Hacienda has all you need. Several different rooms sets, great natural light but if you want backdrops and lights Sean can accommodate that as well.

I had a shoot there with Layla Lee and it was the most enjoyable two hours. So many different parts to shoot in, great furniture, wall textures, I really should have booked longer.

Should you need assistance Sean is on hand.

Best studio I've worked in, I'll be back.

Had a shoot with Freya at The Hacienda. It is an incredible space. There is a great amount of places to take really interesting shots.

There is studio equipment to make use of but it was a lovely brighr day so opted for using natural light. Which worked out really well.

Sean is polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and a great host.

I enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend, I'm eager too get back and shoot more.

Sean's studio is a Photographers heaven, every corner, every wall, is the perfect backdrop, amazing natural light, together with all the lighting gear you would ever need.

Great communication before my shoot with Arabella, 2 hours is just an initiation to the possibilities.

Great help assisting moving a few pieces of furniture to allow me to use locations with the studio, then after making sure I was happy with the lighting gave us room to proceed with the shoot.

Sean is creating a club feel with the studio and the clients, I hope to be a regular.

I am a little late leaving this reference but what a fantastic studio, the place has everything! big space, natural light. Sean is a proper diamond. I cant recommended this guy enough, he was perfect on the day at handling everything for me :) So a big thank you to Sean!!!!

Had the good chance to shoot the delightful Ayla at Sean's marvellous studio.

The studio has plenty of furniture and props and as they are all free standing, Sean is more than willing to move stuff around as you wish to set up the shot.

There are various rooms at The Hacienda and all enjoy glorious fresh light from the large windows that abound the place.

This is a wonderful and Sean is a great host.

Looking forward to shooting here again as soon as I can.

This is a excellent studio, with an open plan layout. but what makes this studio an excellent choice is the Natural Light....

it fills each room within the studio, give u an creative edge.

the Host Sean is outstanding, he gives you the freedom to use the whole studio. very helpful, with tips and assistance. leaves you alone to shoot.

As soon as I made it to the top of the stairs, I was made to feel really welcome!

The area was exceptional to work in and Sean provided help with the lighting when needed.

To work in the Haçienda was an absolute dream, I learnt new techniques and we came up with some exceptional ideas. The natural light available was made the venue awesome, with the help of Sean and Nicole Rayner, we made art!

I can see more trips to the Haçienda happening. 10/10.

My first experience of the Hacienda - three hours working with Nicole Rayner.

Sean is an excellent host and has put together a facility with many and varied shooting opportunities. He gave a thorough introduction to the studio, laid on more quality equipment than I could possibly use, offered assistance if required but otherwise left us alone to shoot.

The time whizzed by. I left wanting more - and will be back. Highly recommended.

I don't know where to start..... I had the absolute pleasure of hosting 3 studio days at The Hacienda (complete with a half days duo with Ayla Rose)

Let start with Sean (the studio owner) - he is wonderful! SO HELPFUL! Happy to provide whatever help or assistance he can! He was always there if needed and to make sure I was happy and safe at all times. He made sure I was always warm etc. He was kind enough to host me and I was made to feel very safe, very much at home and very relaxed! I enjoyed Sean's company SO MUCH and it was very easy to become friends with him! He is a very inspiring person. He was also keen to make sure that the photogrophers were happy and was keen to make sure they enjoyed their experience at The Hacienda (which I can be certain they all did).

The studio itself - WOW! WOW and MORE WOW! I adore it!

Amazing windows in every room which let in lots of natural light - we did get some grey spells over my time there however it actually made for some beautiful diffused soft even light!! there is a huge selection of lights there if needed also!

The space is wonderful - complete with some stunning pieces of furniture - so unique, which really make beautiful images. All the furniture can be moved about also

! My favourite thing about the studio is the amount of different textures available!! There are SO MANY possible backdrops! The brick wall that is painted green. The wooden floors. The wooden stressed doors. The fire door comlete with metal cover, the bathroom covered in bright blue tiles. Thats not even all of them!

You have the ability to shoot ANY style at The Hacienda! The space invites you to be creative and the shots I've seen from there really inspire me!

The idea, the movement that the Hacienda stands for is more inspiring still - and people should be aware and WATCH THIS SPACE!

This is by far one of my FAVOURITE STUDIO to work in! Though it is an exclusive place - so if you get a chance to work there - JUMP!

All of this amazingness is blown out of the park when you discover that The Hacienda is a none profit studio, and in fact donates £16 to a charity called Shelter from the Storm for EVERY DAY the studio is in use. So for my 3 days spent there, The Hacienda donated £48 to the charity. This warms my heart and I feLt very proud to be a part of this! Huge thanks to Sean and the studio!

This was my second shoot at The Hacienda - I really love shooting there! Sean is a such a nice chap, he's very welcoming and has created a studio that is a pleasure to work in.

It's such a unique studio and there are so many ways to use that space. The large windows offer some superb natural light, the real wooden floors are beautiful and there is plenty of lighting and modifiers available if required.

Thank you again to Sean and his magnificent studio/house. In the heart of vibrant Shoreditch. This place is magical. I attended last week with Nicole Rayner for the studio day. I was curious to see this beautiful place and I wasn't disappointed. Sean is the perfect host.

The place offer millions of spots, corners, angles you could lost in. I would go back there for sure.

What a superb venue. Perfect location just off the lively Brick Lane. Excellent natural light but also a comprehensive set of top quality lighting equipment available. The spaces are photogenic, ranging from bedroom to huge living/open plan kitchen area, blue tiled bathroom and atmospheric bar area, with great furniture as well. It was also a delight to meet Sean, the owner, who couldn't have made this photographer more welcome. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow wow and just WOW! The Hacienda is something else entirely, a stunning location flooded of natural light and beautiful furniture that accentuates the rustic but stylish charm of this place. Sean the owner is one of the most accommodating people I have ever met and this studio is certainly my go to place. Some stunning images have already been created here and I get the feeling it's only just scratched the surface on what this amazing place will achieve.

The Hacienda and Sean both get my highest recommendations and I cannot wait to come back!

I had my first shoot at the Hacienda this morning, with Freya. It is stunning studio space with several terrific rooms and the most beautiful wall I have ever seen!

My only regret is that I only had 1 hour there, I will definitely go back for more of their studio days.

What can I say about this studio. Well for one thing it is owned by a truly wonderful and amazing guy named Sean. Sean is very hospitable and was so so nice to me on my first studio day at his lovely new studio. He carried my massive suitcase over a million flights of stairs and made sure I was fed and watered through out the day.

This studio has to be seen to be believed. It is just filled with funky and unique furniture and props and those windows WOWZA! I am a big lover of natural light so this studio was a big thumbs up for me when I saw how big the windows were and that they were south facing of course :)

The studio also has a selection of great lighting and Sean is very happy to help photographers out with lighting when needed and is perfectly happy leaving you to it.

I had a super awesome day doing my studio day there and I have already another one planned very very soon so I will be seeing you soon Sean.

Great studio that gets away from just paper background. Fully recommend it for something different or getting a different perspective from a model.

Wow, what a place. You'll not be lost for variation at this location. Most important is the south facing large window that brings in lovely natural light through the day. Moving stuff around is not a problem, Sean (a very personable character) is just a shout away willing to help you get that top shot.

I had the opportunity to shoot at the stunning Hacienda at the weekend. It is a fantastic high end photography studio with so many location options to shoot. Really well located in East London with good travel access. It's like a toy shop for photographers!

As my work is purely based on natural light, I found myself using the window areas in the main room and the main bedroom where there is lots of nautral light coming through.

Sean is a great host and very accommodating which really adds to the experience.

I look forward to shooting at the Hacienda again.
