What can I say that hasn't already been said by countless others and by me only last year? ;)

Leanne is the most gracious host, I never want for anything and she is SO helpful without being imposing. Her husband Simon is so welcoming and I always love staying there the night before a shoot, because I feel at home!

The shooting spaces are endless and there were even more possibilities since I last visited?! I was very inspired the whole day and it all ran so smoothly. Leanne and Basford are a treat and I look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you so much for everything you star! ♥

My absolute favourite location to shoot, its truly stunning & no wonder its so popular

there are so many different areas & space to shoot you will be spoilt for choice, all of which are really clean tidy & immaculately presented

I would defo book 4 hours minimum if you plan to go here to give you a good chance to get around the different areas both inside & outside in there private grounds

Leanne & her husband are great hosts & great to chat to & really make you feel welcome & nothing is to much trouble for them

I booked this fabulous location for a predominantly commercial shoot yesterday.

From initial enquiry through to leaving Leanne was professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I fear I only scraped the surface of the possibilities of the venue, with the strict parameters I'd self-enforced upon myself.

I defintiely think repeat visits are warranted with the right model(s) for some real creative exploration.

Rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of venue on offer, so if you've been thinking about it but holding off, don't you won't be disappointed.

Happily recommend as a venue of possibilities.

Basford cottage is AMAZING!

Tuesday was my first time shooting as Basford and it wont be my last!

It is such a well kept beautiful place with so many different locations to shoot in each with a completely different style.

They even have a beautiful garden which is incredible for location shots

Leanne is wonderful and an incredible host!

I cant wait to come back!

This was my first shoot at basford Hurst cottage. On arrival we got a tour of the beautiful cottage by the owner Leanne, Leanne made me feel very welcome from the start. The place is absolutely beautiful and you can get amazing images here.

Id definitely return to this beautiful place.

A full shooting day at Basford Hurst Cottage and it Was my first time there.

On the arrival we met Leanne , who welcomed us and took us for a tour to show us around. She is such a lovely - beautiful person. The place is amazing to for any photoshoot. You can shoot indoors and outdoors. We were 4 models, a MUA, a hairstylist, and a photographer.

This place is fantastic, has lots of potentials for the future. Very highly recommended by me.

Definitely I am going back for a full day shoot again.

Took a full team into the site MUA hairstylist and four models. A real Credit to Leanne and Simon that the entire shoot went perfectly, We utilized every location including outside shots. The entire shoot was efficient and hosted to perfection by Leanne, exactly how I would expect a professional setup should be run. Everyone felt welcome and the staff were on hand every minute of the shoot to deal with any requests we had. Everyone on the shoot was so impressed by this stunning location, from modern edgy fashion,classic Cinematic portraits to modern concept fashion, the location can host it all. Highly, highly recommended.

This was my first shoot at Basford Hurst cottage. when we arrived we where given the grand tour, always much appreciated on a first visit to any location. Leanne made me feel very welcome from the very start.

The location is excellent and just what I've been looking for and more, really pleased with the images I got from the shoot but definitely feel like there is much more to explore!

Must say! I was really pleased with the lighting equipment provided, most of us photographers shoot with Godox but so few studio have Godox lights, so always a massive plus that you feel comfortable with everything provided, no need for a fully learning curve!

i will definitely be returning!

My first visit to Basford Hurst Cottage, What a fantastic place for a shoot.

Leanne and Simon the proprietors instantly make you welcome with tea and coffee readily available.

You initially get a tour of the property and grounds and shown where the lighting equipment is located.

All in all, it is a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I highly recommended you try it.

I have wanted to visit Basford since my modelling journey began, I have heard so many wonderful things about this fabulous location but also about Leanne. I really was blown away with the whole experience, Leanne is such a beautiful soul inside and out and went the extra mile to be the perfect host. Being welcomed into her stunning home was an absolute pleasure, also a privilege too in my view. I can not recommend Basford highly enough, I look forward to returning in the future. I had the absolute pleasure of returning to the amazing Basford Hurst Cottage studio, this time to work with the lovely Fanny on her debut visit to the UK.

The studio is always so very well organised and coordinated with perfect pre event comms and lots of helpful advice and assistance throughout your visit to maximise your experience.

From the minute you walk in the door your made to feel welcomed with a cheerful friendly smile from Leanne and Simon followed by a welcome brew. The venue itself is amazing and such a creative space with such beautifully styled rooms where you can take full advantage of the wonderful natural light that is in abundance.

It was a very relaxed, creative and enjoyable afternoon, and you couldn’t wish for better hosts or a better venue. It was fantastic to see how the studio has transformed since my last visit, and it was exciting to hear of the next planned enhancements.

If you are lucky enough to get the chance to work in this fantastic studio, then you’re in for an amazing shoot. Totally recommended to all.

I worked at Basford for the first time last, after hearing many good reports and I was not disappointed. It is an amazing shoot space, which we barely even touched the surface with. Clean, warm and welcoming, a models heaven really. Being ran by a model, she knows exactly what was needed and made sure I was comfortable as well as a nice cuppa halfway through!

This is my new favourite place to shoot and I hope to be back again soon, I will certainly recommend this stunning location.

I had a wonderful shoot with Miss_c at her studio, Basford Hurst Photography location. We spent most of out time in the private wood at the back of the property as it was a lovely hot day, just wright for shooting nudes.

I produced some stunning images and would recommend this studio to all photographers,

It was my great pleasure to be able to have my first photoshoot at Basford Hurst Cottage earlier this week. It is a fantastic location, with manny exquisitly designed rooms, and outside area,s including a formal garden, woodlands and derilect out buildings etc.

Leanne is very welcoming, and on hand to provide manny cup of tea and coffee, and assistance when needed.

It was a wonderfull re introduction to location shooting, my first in over ten months. Highly reccomended to any photographers and models, and I very much look look forward to my next visit.

My 4th time shooting at Basford and I still haven't used every room!

Such a beautiful location both inside the cottage and outside in the grounds, offering so many possibilities.

There is always so much choice with more ideas coming to mind throughout the shoot, so no surprises I have already started to plan another shoot there!

With a wonderful host, lots of great rooms, and so much potential, Basford is an absolute must for any model or photographer!

A couple of days ago I was lucky enough to have the chance to host a group event day alongside Ivory Flame at the brilliant Basford Hurst Cottage.

This has to be up there with one of my favourite studio locations I have ever been to in over 10 years of modelling. This is due to a number of reasons including:

-The friendliness of the owners and how welcoming they made me feel

-The cleanliness of the inside space

-The variety of different spaces to shoot in - both indoor and outdoor

-Thoughtful touches in both decoration and little extras provided to us models and photographers.

I would come back again in a heartbeat, truly hope to have more time working in this wonderful space in the future as I've barely scratched the surface of all the possibilities you have shooting here.
