Joe signed up for the studio day I've been modeling for in London.

It's been a very good experience. He's sent me the inspiration board on Pinterest, so I've had a good idea of what we will be searching for during the session.

When he arrived to the studio we've chosen the clothes and went through a few stylizations in the very relaxed atmosphere.

I definitely recommend to work with Joe. He knew, what he wanted to achieve during the session but also listened to my suggestions.

And he's interesting to chat with. Great!

Wish you have a lot of successful shootings in the future, Joe. Perhaps see you again in London!

I would highly recommend Joe as photographer. He came along to our paid studio day to work with @FineArtModel. Joe arrived with a very challenging moodboard, and he achieved to complete it with absolutely stunning results in record time. A very talented photographer, that worked with the model as a team at all time and treated our space and our material as his own. I hope to see you back soon in our studios despite the distance.

Joe came in the work with the lovely Jodele using the studio's virtual background system and, once we had gone through how to set the system up and get the exposure settings right, I felt more than happy to let Joe loose on the studio's extensive background image library.

One of the really nice things about working with someone like Joe on this sort of project is that with the background system, even for me after four months using it, every idea forms part of my learning curve too.

I do hope Joe is happy with the results. At first sight on the back of the camera, they looked fine, and I eagerly await his careful preparation of the display images.

Once again highly recommended and here's (once again) till the next time. Thank you.

Wow, Joe is an amazing photographer and produced my favourite images to date! We had a great day at Shutterworks Studio Southampton and Joe made great use of the lighting, props and backdrops on offer to create some beautiful sets. I've never met a photographer with such an appreciation for the authentic Old Hollywood style of photography and Joe has fantastic knowledge on the stars, studios and techniques of that era. As a person, Joe is professional, easy to work with and encourages a collaborative approach to get the best out of the shoot. I can't wait to work with Joe again!

Had a fantastic shoot with Joe at the weekend, what a lovely guy! Super easy to get on with, knows exactly what a wants to achieve, good with directions, friendly and professional.

It was a real pleasure watching Joe adjust the lights until they were just right, he is a bit of a perfectionist and I learned a few things about lighting by watching him.

Friendly, respectful, easy to talk to and so very talented at recreating gorgeous Old Hollywood lighting. Joe takes a collaborative approach and is open to ideas and influence, we ended up with a fantastic variety of images. Happy to let me see the back of the camera, and happy to let me be my obsessive perfectionist self. Joe has a brilliant eye for lovely framing and angles – I'm so excited to see the results. He made me look like a movie star!

Joe gets MASSIVE brownie points for working in very challenging conditions without a single complaint - the studio we were booked in had a complete power failure, which couldn't be helped, but meant that the plan for the shoot had to be slightly tossed aside and improvisation was the name of the game. I was impressed by the images Joe ended up with despite the availability of a normal lighting set up, which is a testament to his ability and style. He was very easy to work with, polite, respectful and I'd be more than happy to do so again! :)

Joe absolutely loves working on Hollywood styles and I adore the style.

Me and joe agreed to shoot at the awesome shutterworks studio and joe came prepared with ideas and understanding about the lights.

This was the most relaxed shoot I’ve had and the 2 hours flew by!

Had my first shoot with Joe and I absolutely loved it! Joe is a real gent with a lovely relaxed and caring manner. He knew what he wanted and has a wonderful eye for detail especially the lighting which is obviously his forte for the Hollywood style images he produces. We used a variety of outfits all with that vintage, film noir feel. With each set Jo would show me images on the back of the camera for my thoughts. Looking at these I was transported to the silver screen and felt like I could have been on set for a timeless classic! What Joe produces is just wonderful and such a talent. I even discovered I look very similar to screen siren Veronica Lake. Would so love to work with Joe again, his photography is unique and utterly timeless! Big thanks to Far Forrest studios and the very accommodating Mark who is a charming host. I would urge any model to work with Joe for something so different and so classy. Thank you so much Joe.⭐️

Joe was back at the studio, on this occasion for two evenings with Helen-Rose. I just love his work, and the really nice thing is that I can trust him to be really respectful to both model and the studio premises. I came in the following morning to find everything ... well ... just perfect.
