Fairly spacious apartment available as accommodation and shoot venue in the foothills of the Pyrenees at Axat (11140, Aude),
bookable through AirBNB, about 35 miles / 55 km from the historic city of Carcassonne in south west France and just on an hour from the mediterranean beaches around Perpignan. 

I also provide photographic facilities, training and event management services in central France near the town of
St-Yrieix-la-Perche (87500, Haute-Vienne) 25 miles / 40 km south of Limoges.

If your journey by road to Axat requires an overnight stop on route, I offer a partial refund of the cost of that overnight stay,
(up to 30% of the value of the daily charge at Axat), each way to those booking the apartment
for a minimum of one week.

TRAVEL to Axat, 11140 Aude

• Quickest road journey from the English Channel: Newhaven / Dieppe - via Rouen, Rambouillet, Orléans, Vierzon, A20 to Limoges and Montauban, A62 to Toulouse, A61 to Carcassonne.  Buy your Crit'Air emissions zone pass at least six weeks before leaving the UK.  Vehicle snowshoes or chains required to be carried November to March within some departments including Aude, where the apartment is located.
• Air services to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Perpignan (some seasonal) from Bristol, East Midlands, Leeds-Bradford, London Gatwick, London Stansted, Manchester and Southampton.  Direct rail (seasonal) and bus (year-round) services from Perpignan to Axat.
