It had been a couple of years since I last worked with Joe so when he messaged me to say he would like to arrange another shoot I was very excited! Joe is such a pleasure to be around. He is so respectful, professional, friendly, has a great sense of humour and makes sure that his shoots are relaxed and fun. Pre-comms were spot on and Joe even sent me a link to some Pinterest boards for ideas which was very useful. It was a very hot and bright day with the sun beaming down on us. These conditions would be challenging to most photographers, but not for Joe! He directed me so well, especially when it came to the dappled light under the trees and ensured that the light was catching me at flattering angles. The images from our shoot are amazing, I am blown away by them all! A very talented photographer and a very lovely person to spend time with during a shoot. Thank you again :)

Joe is a fabulously engaging, interesting and funny chap who manages to get wondrous images from a very relaxed and chilled out shoot.

Comms were brilliant and direction was that excellent blend of working together to get 'the shot'.

I worked with Joe recently at Fine and Dandee on a recent studio day and had an absolute blast! It was our first time working together so I am always a little nervous!

I had an amazing shoot with Joe at the Shutterworks Studio.

Joe is a very friendly guy and puts you at ease straight away. It was a vintage style shoot and Joe had some clear ideas of the appropriate lighting for the era he was capturing. He was keen for me to come up with my own ideas during the session and frequently showed me what he had shot on the camera, which was nice.

When I found some burlesque feathers in the studio, he was happy to include this impromptu excitement in the shoot. I had so much fun and he got some great images.

If you get the chance to work with Joe, then take it!!

Had a fantastic shoot today with Joe.

He is kind, considerate, and laid back.

We shot in a range of locations and got some amazing shots! I can't wait to see the final results. Seeing them on the back of the camera, I know I'll love the final ones.

Bicester Studio Hire

Joe booked the studio for a shoot with Ella Rose, can honestly say it was great to have Joe in the studio, he arrived early for the shoot which gave time for a cuppa and a chat, her was full of ideas, knew what he wanted to achieve, and all round a nice person to chat to. He worked very well with Ella, producing some great images, and at all times had the highest respect for Ella.

Happy to recommend Joe to both models and studios alike without hesitation.

This was my second shoot with Joe but this time on my studio day at Fareham Studio when he very kindly stepped in when I had a cancellation.I am so glad that he did as Joe is just so lovely to work with. He has great ideas, isn't scared to experiment and the images on the back of the camera looked just fantastic! On top of that he is such a lovely person, friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Definitely recommended! :D

Just back from my second hotly anticipated shoot with Joe and wow, I didn't think he could be any better than last time but today has been unbelievable! Joe has such a perfect classic Old Hollywood style of shooting...its timeless and unique and I've told Joe he must never ever change or there'll be trouble! Joe is a pleasure to be around and makes shoots really easy for his models. Bonus points for having a great appreciation for the effort that goes into hair, makeup and wardrobe styling for authentic vintage shoots! Can't wait for next time!

Joe is one the sweetest and most respectful people I've ever worked with; a true gentleman and 1000% recommended and trusted.

This shoot was my favourite yet as we were totally nailing the shots with some great lighting and yet having some fun ones too, new heights of awesome were reached!

Joe is very quality orientated and really works to nail the shot rather than just rushing through lots of looks.

Joe is already a very accomplished photographer but like me likes to stretch his brain and creative side and learn new things, so he came to one of my 1 to 1 workshops, just to learn some new lighting skills and expand his already excellent post work skills. All I can say is what a charming person, excellent photographer and I was honoured he asked me, as to recommending him to any model, it goes without saying a perfect gentleman and you will get some excellent images.

I am so glad I finally got to shoot with Joe last week. We had previously arranged a shoot which we had to postpone and Joe was an absolute gentlemen about it! We shot this time at a beauty tutorial shoot with Spartacus and my experience was nothing but positive - joe was friendly, chatty, respectful and eager to learn and develop his photography skills.
