Had an utterly fabulous shoot with Joe today, and cannot recommend him highly enough - pre comms were excellent, shoot environment was super chilled but focused and well planned, and the images are out of this world! Joe is a real master of his lighting and era, and it was a really insightful shoot seeing how he set up and worked with equipment! Was blown away by his images and super friendly, respectful attitude - 100% recommended, and I very much hope we will shoot again soon 😊

First shoot with Joe B today and he came all the way down to my neck of the woods (Aller) I would 100% recommend Joe as he’s laid back , makes you feel comfortable and is really easy to talk to. We worked on something a little different to Joe’s usual style today and it was great to see the determination on getting the images just right!! Can’t wait to see the final edits and looking forward to shooting again soon

I shot with joe at Paul’s studio and absolutely loved our session shooting together! Joe has such an eye for lighting and getting the exact look that he wants, I found him fun to work with, interesting and would 100% recommend him. Joe has a heart or gold, is so considerate and kind, I live the Hollywood style photography he shoots in and hope to shoot with you again soon! :)

Wow!! What an incredible shoot! and end to an amazing sell out tour at Inspire Studios on my Retro Rob Tour comeback.

This time the theme my tribute to Fred Astaire Hollywood and the one and only Sammy Davis Jr Mr Bojangles!

How delighted I was when I heard that Joe wanted to shoot Hollywood with me.

One look at his portfolio shows that he is an absolute genius of all that is Hollywood and that era.

Joe was so warm down to earth and attention to detail second to none.

I was absolutely blown away on how he produced images that even on the back of the camera looked like I was looking at a Hollywood still.

The time flew by way to quick so much so we were both saying of we got to do this again!

If you want to add that Hollywood Style Joe is the guy to go to!

Massive thank you to you Joe can't wait to work with you again soon and create what was and always will be to to me the dream of Hollywood!

Had a great first shoot with Joe the other day at The Cottage Studio, he sent me over a few ideas beforehand as a basis to go from and the pre shoot comms were great as I knew exactly what to bring with me. The time just flew by and we had a good laugh throughout the shoot, which is always a bonus.

I would highly recommend working with Joe, and I look forward to working together again some time soon!

Joe was my last 2 slots at my studio day yesterday at the Art Asylum reloaded and what a lovely way to end my studio day!

He sent me a mood board prior to the shoot what was a great help to get onto the same wave straight away. The hours flew by and we had such a great laugh. I have to admit that being booked mainly as a nude model, anything with portraits or my face as the main feature usually scares me! but wow he really knew how to capture them and i actually really enjoyed it!

His work is spot on and i had the best time!

I very highly recommend Joe!

Joe contacted me a while ago to book a remote shoot with myself and we arranged it for April and I couldn't wait to work with him. I really love his ideas and how he shoots.

Pre comms before, during and after have been fantastic. Throughout the shoot he was great to chat to.Joe had a mood board to shoot from which was great but we also went with the flow and we got some really lovely images.

During the shoot he was really respectful and turned away whenever I was topless. A true gentleman, kind, friendly and just a joy to work with. I hope we get to work together again either remotely or face to face. 100% recommended from me. Thanks Joe!

I shot with Joe just yesterday for two hours on a remote session- our second time shooting. I was so glad Joe pinged me and we managed to fit it in!!

Joe had a mood board for us to work on but was also up for letting the shoot flow naturally- we got some beautiful images and a great variety in such a short time too.

Really love the results and can't wait to see more edits :D

As has been said all along, remote shoots are not a replacement for 'in person shoots' but, as has been proved now over and over- they are a fabulous and creative alternative while we are unable to shoot face to face.

Thank you Joe! Looking forward to doing it again :D

Well.... Joe is an absolute delight to work with!

We were supposed to be shooting in person at the end of this month at Fareham Studio but alas, due to Covid, events had to be cancelled and I couldn’t fly back over from Cyprus either! Well Joe immediately contacted me about changing our shoot to a remote one! Pre shoots comms were excellent!

We shot in my new home for three hours which is a big box of light And we managed so many different looks. It was great to experiment with all the books and crannies of my new home with Joe. He’s a great person to work with, lovely to chat to and the only shame is that we couldn’t do it in person!

Very seriously recommended! Loved it and can’t wait to do it again!

I've worked with Joe a few times over the years now and this was our first remote soot together. Joe has a very relaxed, thoughtful, slow pace of working which lends itself really well to remote shoot.

Joe sent me a mood board and we discussed ideas. Some of the photos he sent gave me an idea that I hadn't tried on a remote shoot before. But I thought I'd try something different. Joe was very patient with me testing the set ups and moving things around in the frame. It was well worth taking some time to experiment with ideas on the shoot though as we got some great results unique to our shoot and Joe's ideas.

I look forward to seeing the results pop up. Always happy to work with Joe and always recommended.

I've enjoyed 2 marvellous remote shoots with Joe and he really took well to this method, swiftly getting the hang of it, whilst being patient and accepting of the differences in this way of working.

Joe's enthusiasm is always wonderful, as well as his professional, friendly and respectful nature. He also sent a fab, clear moodboard and plan for our session for our latest shoot. Great to have a natter as we shot and experimented with both the natural light and daylight lamps I have. We found ways to shoot classic, vintage and more modern looks, switching between lenses, angles and outfits.

I really adore the results from both our remote shoots!! And can't wait to work in person again soon. Always a pleasure, HUGELY recommended!!! :-D

Long awaited second shoot with Joe today which was great fun and he took some wonderful photos. Joe is a truly talented photographer who takes beautiful pictures effortlessly whether in a studio or using the natural light and surroundings available. One of my favourite photographers for sure, highly recommended.

He is a really lovely guy who was so appreciative of the models ability to pose in the style that he loves.

He was also very appreciative of any help that we gave him with regards to lighting and I always enjoy seeing what he produces in that wonderful vintage style.

I had a lovely shoot with Joe last month on my studio day at Inspire.

I was excited to shoot some vintage style shots as I love that kind of styling! It took us a little while to get into the shoot as we were making sure the lighting was spot on but as soon as we got it right it was a YASSSS moment for sure.

We got some lovely images, 10 of each set and worked quickly but efficiently.

I was super pleased with the results and it was fun on the last look to go a bit mad with some snakeskin trousers and funky glasses!!

Joe knew I had a drive back in the pouring rain and a long drive up to Scotland the next day so VERY KINDLY suggested we finished a little bit early- this was so so kind!

Thank you Joe- hope we can shoot again in the new year :)
