I finally managed to get a shoot with Angel. I've not had a model shoot for a long while and Angel was the perfect model to get me 'back on the wagon'. Despite being a very busy lady communications before the shoot were excellent.

On arrival at the cottage, she had booked, ( somewhere in the middle of nowhere, but in reality not too far from civilization!) she, and husband John (a tad confusing at times as I am also a 'John') were very welcoming and quickly put me at my ease. She was also extremely patient as I was trying to use my medium format digital and film cameras which meant manual focusing, which was tricky in the lighting conditions we hah. However the 2 hours flew by and I have come home with some excellent shots.

As with all her photographers, I can highly recommend Angel if you are wondering whether to book her or not.

So this was my second shoot with Angel then she ventures "Up North", this time at a lovely little cottage in the wilds of North Yorkshire, as expected she was welcoming and happy to discuss ideas, the time flew by and we got some great shots. This was my first shoot after an eight month break and it was really relaxed which was a massive help. I must just add that Angel is a real pro, she only arrived at the cottage in the early hours of the morning after an horrendous journey from Taunton, but was bright, breezy and unstoppable. I would really recommend working with Angel if you haven't already, and I am now working out when I can work with her again.

Had my second, long overdue, shoot with Angel today, while she was doing her Yorkshire tour.

Pre comms were great, with plenty of info about the location and outfits available.

The shoot was great, Angel is so so easy to work with. Great at posing, has some fantastic ideas and we chatted the whole time while shooting, which makes the time fly by.

Live working with Angel and can't wait until the next time.

Would recommend Angel, without hesitation to everyone.

Angel is not just an amazing model, but also a beautiful person. As I'm new to this type of photography, I was looking to build my portfolio. I reached out to her on Instagram and fortunately, she replied. We managed to decide on a shoot date. On the day of the shoot, I met Angel and her husband. They were both friendly and welcoming, making me feel very comfortable. I didn't even feel like I was meeting them for the first time. Angel was very professional. I shared some ideas with her and she was open to any creative ideas, being very cooperative. We created some amazing art and I can't wait to share it on my profile. I would definitely recommend Angel; she is such a sweetheart, humble, and down to earth person. Her poses were perfect.

What a fabulous afternoon I had yesterday working with the amazing and artistic Angel! It was such a pleasure to see her walking towards me in my Exeter driveway and we clicked immediately! Angel is everything that I hoped for, and more! She is beautiful,amusing, interesting, extremely professional, and all in all a delight to work with! Angel takes a genuine interest in creating quality images and gives valuable insight throughout the session. I thoroughly enjoyed our first shoot together and look forward eagerly to our next! Shoot with Angel at Taunton today, just back home downloading the shots. 500+ frames of wonder. From start to finish Angel is just that.

Despite the drizzle we had 3 hours of creative photography themed around Sirens and Ophelia. Very rarely do you get to work with someone that gives so much of themselves to get a shot, Angel is 200% professional and happy to "drown in the tub" for art.

I will be organising a shoot with Angel again soon, such a gorgeous person and of course model.

I can't believe it's been nearly three years since I last shot with Angel, but I've finally got round to doing another shoot with her and can only regret that I haven't done more in the intervening time...

We shot sufficiently close to her home in Taunton that she kindly didn't even charge for petrol money, and yet you would never know that the location she had suggested was anywhere near any town at all. It was a beautiful nature reserve seemingly in the middle of nowhere with a fantastic variety of scenery for our pictures: Wild flowers, woodland, lakes, streams, bridges and even a small waterfall. And on a weekday in school term time it was practically deserted, and we struck lucky with the ideal weather too -- cloudy but bright, and warm but without blazing sunshine!

Angel is surely one of the best models on PurplePort, and also a charm to work with. She was a friendly and helpful guide to the area, carried a surprising number of cute summer outfits in one small bag, and was up for trying out anything I suggested as well as providing some great ideas herself. She came well prepared for the trials of location shooting, and I was impressed with her willingness to clamber over and onto things in order to get the best shots. Nothing dangerous, I must say, but slipping off a branch and falling into a stream would still be rather undignified, even if the fall would only have been a few feet and the stream no more than ankle-deep! In practice she kept her balance perfectly and maintained her dignity at all times, and I think she suffered nothing worse than a couple of stings from some pesky nettles hiding in the undergrowth!

I absolutely recommend Angel 100%. I hope to do more shoots with her myself, and definitely much sooner than three years from now this time! :-)

Angel was doing a live chat on her Instagram and I commented we should shoot.. so we arranged a photoshoot at my home, considering Angel has never been to my place or shot with me before she did really well and the images are stunning..

Angel was so lovely to work along with, such a beautiful lady and posed so naturally, we worked together so well.. she had good ideas and knew exactly what worked 🥰 I’m looking forward to working along with Angel on another shoot soon..

She was a joy to work with and I could of shot with her all day..

I reached out to Angel for a remote shoot. We quickly decided on the date, the outfits and set to be shot.

Communication with Angel was quick, easy and to the point. Everything went wonderfully during the shoot. Angel was well prepared and the make-up she put on was on point of what I asked for.

Angel also has a precise and good idea of what looks good in a picture and how she should present herself.

The communication during the shoot was flawless and quite amusing. Thanks again for the shoot and John's help. At a first glance at the pictures, I can say they turned out fab. I cannot wait to work with Angel in person one day.

I said on another reference that the yes/no for would you recommend needs a "Hell Yeah" option, and Angel's one of the models who'd get that from me. I seem to be having a run of great shoots at the moment, and three have been with her (getting into my diary 3 times in 6 months might be a clue that I rate her pretty highly). Our latest one was in Shepton Mallet prison; and since the location was big and offered lots of opportunities but needed a fair amount of reacting to what we found, I knew Angel was good at improvising with me, so thought of her for this one, and it proved to be a good choice. Pre-shoot she's always been organized and was again here, and she arrived particularly well prepared, with things to allow us to shoot a bunch of different looks and hop quickly from one thing to the next. Having skimmed through the pictures I'm more than pleased, (I shot tons, sorting through them is going to be a job) but on top of that I had such a great time shooting them - Angel is brilliant to work with, just the kind of person you be happy doing any kind of job with.

So a 100% 'Hell yeah' recommendation

I had the pleasure of my first shoot with Angel at Basford Hurst Cottage. As soon as I walked through the door I was made welcome, and Angel was keen to see what idea's I had jotted down for a shoot plan.

As soon as I had the camera out and a light set up Angel was ready and keen to get started. She is quick at changing outfits and ready for the next set.

Angel is very friendly and chatty and very professional at her work. She can pose effortlessly and willing to take direction. She was helpful when moving the set around.

She had a selection of outfits which I had picked out beforehand.

Angel is keen to see how images are turning out on the back of the camera.

I can highly recommend Angel to any photographer or studio.

Another lovely shoot with Angel this time at Basford Hurst Cottage.

I was lucky enough to have been able to book Angel for 6 hours over 2 days so we had an afternoon and a morning to zoom around Basford and make some really amazing pictures.

We got stuck in straight away with some natural light pictures and used the amazing windows at Basford to create some really dreamy shots , even managing to make it out into the outbuilding for some fun with a smoke machine, we also did some shots in the bathroom again with the smoke machine , and even tried out the old Stairway.

Angel is great to work with, comms are always spot on with lots of thought and care going to ensuring that the shoot goes as well as it possibily can.

I highly recommend wotking with Angel

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Angel and I arranged another studio day weekend here at Basford Hurst Cottage which sold out within days as before!! Angel also came here the day before the studio day weekend to shoot alongside Nicole Rayner on a shoot with Gary Stuart.

I will say it again and again, Angel is a complete professional. When it comes to organising, promoting and selling studio days she has to be one of the best at it!! Her enthusiasm and hard working ethic shine through every time and I am never surprised why this lady is always so booked up and sold out. Angel arrived on time on each day, fully prepared and ready for each shoot. She worked well with every photographer who booked on and maintained her professionalism as a model throughout. Angel was happy to ask if she ever needed anything and gave 100% to every shoot from start to finish.

Angel is polite, kind and great fun to talk to. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we are already discussing the next event here at Basford.

I would of course highly reccomend a shoot with Angel, her long list of glowing references speak for themselves and I am pleased to be able to add another one!! Thanks ever so much Angel, we look forward to seeing you again soon!!!

My first time shooting with Angel and also my first visit to this studio too. It was also a duo shoot with Nicole Rayner.

Pre shoot comms with Angel were spot on and we set this shoot up easily. I did have a vague idea of some of what I wanted to acheive, but I also let Angel "do her thing" and I was certainly not disapointed. I now have a card full of keepers from this shoot and I am spoiled for choice as to what to use.

I would highly reccomend Angel to any photographer that wants a bubbly and profesional model that can produce great results for you.

What a pleasurable and creative afternoon spent with the amazing Angel and Nicole at the Kiln Studios in Fenton Stoke on Trent, there comes a time on nearly every shoot, when beauty rises up ... literally .... occupies my lens ... inhabits it for a while. It’s a profound experience for me. And here’s the thing: after confirming just how delightful, warm and generous Angel is as a woman simply by the way in which she greeted me on arrival at the shoot location, and I wasn’t surprised by this based on the sense of connection she exudes in all her communications, her beauty, in all its glory, in all its unfettered, This recurrence of beauty making herself present in the shot is not something that happens. That is until Angel walks onto my set and if you don’t get what I mean, or have any doubts before booking her, please look at her portfolio. She's always been a joy to work with, taking--and making--suggestions, and fully capable of shifting if/when things aren't working according to the initial plan.

Just had another great shoot with Angel, this time at Sowton Studio near Exeter.

Angel is a fantastic model who is very professional and very well organised. She provided me with a wide choice of outfits before the shoot, ensuring she brought exactly the items I wanted.

Very friendly and easy to work with, Angel is also very creative, providing plenty of ideas for the shoot. The focus of the shoot was outdoor portrait and fashion with Angel working hard throughout the 3 hours to make sure I got the shots I was looking for.

Definitely very highly recommended and the next shoot is already in the calendar.
