Had another awesome shoot with Angel recently while she was on her London tour.As always excellent pre shoot comms and once again we mixed and matched our styling to create some great sets.

As usual she was a joy to work with,100% professional and is happy to pose with or without direction.We always create some great images when we work together and this time was no exception.Also managed to have a good catch up and discuss ideas for a future event in Sicily.

Always happy to work with Angel and I’m sure our paths will cross again soon.

Soooo after many years of thinking about asking to shoot her it came to a head when she actually turned up in London and saw opportunity.. Angel is fun bubbly and knows her angles and poses..so it was a super easy shoot for me.. I focused on my photography she did her thing and we had awesome banter along the way.. She's a lot of fun to shoot with and you can see the joy she has with modeling which gives the shoot a lot of energy. I had a lot of fun and now will be making a pilgrimage to Taunton for another round of goodness.

Angel was very high up on my 'creatives I'd like to work with' list so, when I saw her recent London tour venue was going to be only a 20 minute Uber ride away, I went ahead and booked.

There were great communications before the shoot, so that I knew what to expect of the space, outfit choice, etcetera. It was my first location shoot using strobes, so I was messing around with the settings and placement a lot more than my studio shoots, but Angel was very relaxed and easy going and made it a fun shoot. She knows exactly the poses to use to make the best use of the light and it was fun working together to create some great images.

I'd highly recommend Angel to photographers of all experience levels and I definitely hope to work with her again on future shoots.

Angel is in that category of models where you know, right from the very first message, that you're working with a hard-working professional. Comms are exceptional, even if she's busy and has to say that she'll reply properly in a couple of days.

This level of confidence is carried right through from taking a concept and a mood board, through ensuring that I've had a chance to select from her extensive wardrobe, to turning up, on time, looking fantastic, and with a smile.

She's also in that category of model who, when you pause to ask her to move something, is already in the process of moving it. She's in that category of model who, when you try something that doesn't quite work, brings her extensive experience into play and suggests either how it can be achieved or suggests something else. She's in that category of model who "feels" the scene, the set, the idea, and the lighting, and just knows how to help deliver what's in your mind, apparently flowing effortlessly to produce pose after pose.

She's in that category of model who gets a "must work with again" rating from me!

I had the great pleasure of a third shoot with Angel today, following much sooner after the second than it had followed the first. Clearly I'm hooked now (and should have been before!), which is probably all you need to know as far as recommendations go :-)

We had been trying for a few weeks to find a decent day in the last of the summer sun and finally lucked out today, which Angel was thankfully able to do at short notice. She arrived on time in Bristol all the way from Taunton and came armed with bags full of outfits - two bags full, in fact, though probably one would have sufficed! She was a trooper carrying them round our 6hr shoot, taking in over 10km of walking(!), with only the occasional help from me (I had gear of my own, though not as heavy as her bags!). The weather was warm and dry, and although we struggled a little with too much sun and wind at times, we made it work! In fact, most pictures we did today seemed to work, which also happened on our last shoot, and we reached the conclusion that we don't take bad pictures! This isn't always the case for me, needless to say, so it says something for Angel's talents that I just seem to get fabulous pictures with her all the time now :-)

With only a minimal number of pit-stops for refreshments and outfit changes (which are always difficult to do as many of as you would wish when shooting in busy public places in a city centre) she powered around about 13,500 steps for most of the day without once running out of either energy or ideas! Halfway through the shoot, of her own volition she persuaded a nearby skateboarder to lend her his skateboard for a few minutes for some extra cool shots :-) Nearing the end of our shoot she was immediately fully on-board with my half-joking idea of climbing the 100+ narrow, spiral staircase steps of a tower for some beautiful shots in a place I never really expected to shoot at all! Not all models are this inspired and accommodating, which goes a long way towards making a good shoot into an amazing shoot...

She's highly recommended by me, and I look forward to shooting with her again :-)

There are likely few words I could add to this remarkable lady resume of references. We have worked together a number of times before either at Team Black events or at a studio this was the first time we arranged something direct between ourselves.

Angel communications are always faultless and we liaised on the general mood board leading up to the date and this makes the day go so much smoother.

We shot at a former weekend country House that is now a public arts facility and also hosts weddings. It has many original features with a mahogany library, oak staircase, marble fireplaces & and Italian garden & these were our background / props for the day.

Angel you should know is really using modelling as a cover for acting as she immediately got into character and our rapport made the day glide by with four costume changes (with a little help from my wife) and some ideas bouncing around like a ball.

If you have never worked with this lady then what are you waiting for? she nails it every time, is reliable, sociable and great fun to work with.

Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful duo shoot today with Angel and Antonia, at Antonia's house. This is the second time I've worked with Angel, and she is absolutely fantastic in so many ways! Firstly, she is a really lovely person and so beautiful too! She is very creative and is exceptionally good at posing perfectly for an image. She is one of the best models I know for placing her hands artistically so that they look just right in every photo - she is like a very talented painter and this really shows in her modelling. Angel is great fun to be with and I enjoy her company. She also has a fantastic knowledge of photography and is very happy to share ideas; the results show immediately! I am so looking forward to arranging our next shoot, so thank you, Angel!😊📽

Had a great duo shoot with Angel where she hosted a remote shoot in my home.

Great pre comms and planning.

As Angel had already been to my home before she had a good idea about what areas would work well for sets and we made good use of natural light and artificial light that Angel had brought with her.

I recommend Angel to all photographers looking to shoot a fab model and to models looking to duo or to host your remote shoots x

I had my second remote shoot with Angel. This time a duo shoot with Antonia Jay at Antonia's home. Angel is a great organiser, arranging poses and camera setup with confidence and knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, from considering Antonia with her recent injury, with her poses, to arranging herself to fit round them. The images were forwarded to me in a very timely manner. I had a thoroughly enjoyable shoot with these two ladies who were very friendly and relaxed. I would heartily recommend both and hope to work with either or both again hopefully a personal rather than remote shoot.

First remote shoot with Angel. Good communication before and during the shooting. She is an excellent model. Not only posing wise, but she also has a great knowledge of the light and the mechanics behind the camera.

A shoot in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.

A second shoot with Angel, following on from 18 months previous, I couldn’t believe it had been so long. It says more about my lack of time rather than reflecting the excellent previous shoot. Organising this with the speedy responses to the messages was a joy.

The overall plan was to start with fashion and specifically Jeans advert style shots before moving on to lingerie and art nudes.

Everything went to plan with the addition of some very nice red boots…

It was a great way to spend an afternoon, socialising and collaborating with a wonderful model.

Thank you Angel for another brilliant shoot I look forward to doing it again soon.

I had admired the work of Angel Black and when a studio day came up near me, I did not hesitate to book the afternoon slot.

Whether it was being dragged into a cornfield, dodging summer rain showers, helping carry flash heads and lighting stands to an old barn, she approached everything with her natural humour and charm.

Through the afternoon, and lots of costume changes, she brought her stunning style and natural beauty to the fore and we had a fun and highly productive shoot.

With hundreds of references I hardly need to add how much I recommend her, but I’ll add my highly recommended and my thanks for a great and highly productive shoot.

I had been wanting to work with Angel for absolutely ages and jumped at the chance when she announced a nearby tour.

Pre shoots comms were excellent. No details were left to chance with all information well laid out. Angel advised looking through her outfit album to decide on clothing and payment was handled through the Team Black website. Couldn't have been easier.

The shoot itself was a continuation of this trend. Being a bit of a boudoir noob I just let Angel do her thing, and she smashed it. We tried a few different set ups and got some fantastic shots.

Angel is professional, friendly, poses wonderfully, and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

I would love to work together again if I ever get the chance. 100% recommend.

My first shoot with Angel. After making the initial booking, the pre-coms were great, even providing a photo board of all her outfits. I was the first photographer at her studio day but she was already there and ready to go AND with all the outfits I had suggested. Angel is friendly and chatty. Happy to pose as asked and to make suggestions when necessary. The time flew by. Happy to recommend & hope I get another chance to shoot with her in the future.

Angel got up stupidly early to arrive at my location when it was still cold and got on with like the professional that she is. We had a great shoot, especially when the eventually sun came out and I was very pleased throughout. Looking forward to working with her again.

Another wonderful day spent with this awesome lady.It started with a location shoot - a first for us two having had lots of studio days together. Angel was full of enthusiasm, energy and Ideas as we walked around the location that had a mixture of old ruins and a very large woodland area.Angel brought along a large number of outfits and of course some art nude just had to be done.

Angel was climbing on trees, crouchin in alcoves, getting wet in streams to name just a few things we got up to. Angel took it all in her stride and was in her element with wonderful poses as you can expect from this extremely talented and beautiful lady.This was followed by a nice carvery at a local pub and then onto the second half of the shoot. A flour shoot at PGD - Another first for both of us actually.

Angel absolutely smashed the flour shoot and you would never guess it was her first time doing a flour shoot. With a bit of guidance from Garry at PGD on how to throw the flour and sometimes assisting with extra flour when needed. But it didn't take Angel long to get the hang of it and flour was flying everywhere that It should be.with Angel providing some absolutely fantastic positioning and poses she was absolutely brilliant but of course she was.

Thank you Angel for being fantastic company throughout the day always smiling never complaining weather getting wet and cold or being covered from head to toe in flour she's a Star.

It's always a pleasure working with this awesome lady and I cannot wait for our next shoot which is already in the planning stages and the date already in the calendar.

I have followed Angel's work since she first joined PurplePort, so didn't hesitate to book the last 2 hours on her recent studio day with Hattie Grace at Studio300.

Angel is fantastic to work with, a wonderful friendly personality and great sense of humour, perfect styling and lots of outfits to choose from. Angel poses easily with very little, if any direction, and worked with Hattie so easily.

Unfortunately, our 2 hour session just flew by, although we did get plenty of fantastic images.

I can highly recommend working with Angel, 729+ references can't be wrong!
