I've shot with Angel a number of times now but this last shoot was definitely different. It was the first remote shoot I've done, I've been thinking about it for some time but when I suggested it to Angel it was very apparent that she was extremely experienced in these matters.

We used zoom to share the laptop screen, and although I have used zoom before I didn't know my way around it that well. However Angel was brilliant talking me though the various stages. I hadn't used capture one before so that was all new as well. It didn't take too long for me to grasp the essentials and soon we were off shooting. It was slower shooting but I'm sure the majority of images captured are good and in focus. I did get stuck a couple of times but with Angels experience it got resolved very efficiently and quickly.

I had a good idea what images I was looking for and we were able to produce them perfectly. We did three different sets and a number of outfit changes and I am really pleased with the images we produced. Thank you Angel for a great experience and being patient with me.

Had another lovely remote session with Angel last week.

We'd broken it down into two very broad segments: light and dark. Light was more typical "pretty" looks (which Angel clearly excels at!), while the dark was more moody/"edgy", but still well within her range--we'd explored that direction in earlier sessions.

She's always been cheerful, energetic, and creative, suggesting variations on the original concepts, based on what settings/environments were available at her home/studio, and we got a lovely collection of images.

She's great to work with, and I recommend her highly.

It almost seemed we were destine not to work together (no fault on Angel's part) but perseverance paid off and I was rewarded with a 6 hour shoot with Angel.

You only have to look at her portfolio to realize that with proper planning you are assured of a totally professional at the very top.

A mix of studio and outside made the day fly by and me wanting more, so until next time when you can finish the chocolate buttons........

What an amazing photo session with Angel. I cannot rate Angel highly enough. Excellent pre-shoot communications. Lovely welcome at Angel / Team Black's home studio. Angel poses effortlessly, is very patient and willing to share ideas for outfits, lighting and backgrounds. We even did an outdoor shoot as part of our session. Angel worked hard and put up with wet / muddy ground, brambles and the occasional heavy shower with no fuss, all in order to provide me with some great images. I am fairly new to studio work and working with models; Angel was an absolute joy to work with and I would totally recommend her to other photographers.

Neon Dreams Studio

Angel arranged a couple model days at Neon Dreams in May. She is always highly organised, professional and sells the slots with ease!

Angel is respectful of the space and always kind. I've seen some beautiful pictures tagged from the 2 days and I look forward to arranging another one!

A talented model and lovely person, highly recommended.

Another shoot with the lovely Angel Black. This time I booked onto her studio day at Neon Dreams. Pre-shoot comms were great and very informative.

Brought her usual case of plenty for outfits which as always provided a good selection to work through a variety of sets.

As always Angel's posing is excellent with no need for direction.

Shooting with Angel is always great fun and a genuine pleasure.

We also had her partner John on hand for lighting help/advice and as always he was excellent too!

Always recommended, and look forward to the next shoot :)

Working with Angel ‘in person’ at Neon Dreams Studio was worth waiting for! She took my pre-shoot ideas & ran with them - trying different lighting techniques & setups. She’d brought a range of outfits & was a real star throughout.

... probably should explain.

Sometimes in life you meet people that are amazing at everything,

.. at school they are the first person picked for a team and they are academically brilliant. I normally console myself by knowing that on a personal level they have work to do.

… not so Angel!

 She has stunning looks,

 knows her job thoroughly.

 is creatively brilliant.

 academically gifted.

Most of all, unlike the captain of the school team, Angel is a thoroughly great person to work with, no ego to get in the way.

This is my fifth( ? ) shoot with Angel, and they just keep getting better.

Working with her is a joy, and something I actively look forward to. As always she was made up beautifully, and worked hard throughout a really enjoyable shoot.

Her professionalism is second to none, and I have to recommend her to anybody who might want to work with her.

I look forward to the next shoot in September that is already reserved... :)

I spent a busy, but fun three hours with Angel, this was the first time I have worked with her (we think), but it was like working with an old friend. Angel was well prepared and happy to try new ideas as well as knowing how she looks best in images.

The venue she had chosen for her tour to West Yorkshire was easy to find and offered a nice selection of rooms and therefore plenty of options, it was also adequately supplied with natural light in the main rooms so all that was needed was a reflector for some shots.

Pre-shoot communications was good, with plenty of information on the location.

The images looked great on the back of the camera, and the ones I have edited so far all look good.

Angel is a highly professional, hard working young lady, who clearly enjoys her work and is easy to get along with, as well as looking amazing in the images too, if you’re looking for a beautiful model to work with look no further than Angel. She is highly recommended and I am looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Had the great fortune to have my first shoot, with the delightful Angel.

Such a great model, very, very easy to get along with.

Had a floordrobe of outfits to choose from, that would suit all requirements. Angel works extremely well without direction, and poses like a legend.

Very chatty, and the time flew by far tooo quickly, wish I had booked longer now!! What is not to love. Recommended by me. Thank you Angel

I feel I have been very fortunate to have worked with Angel today. Her choice of property for her tour in Yorkshire was superb. The property gave so many options with good natural lighting in almost all of the rooms available to us. I really regret not making our booking for much longer and I could quite easily have filled my day shooting Angel in this property.

Our 3 hours together flew by in no time, so quickly that we didn't even have the chance to shoot some of the images we had planned together before our meeting. She is wonderfully professional chatty and fun. Her knowledge on photography, cameras, equipment and lighting was such a help to me throughout the shoot. She poses effortlessly with no direction required. The requested outfits and lingerie were on hand and we covered some portraiture, lingerie finishing with a few art nude shots. Angel looked superb throughout as we naturally progressed through our shoot.

On camera I'm thrilled with the images we've managed to capture together but I suppose the proof of the pudding will be in my ability to edit them to a decent standard and do Angels work justice. It also nice to meet John her fiancé and being able to have a brief discussion with him was also an added unexpected bonus and very much appreciated. I wish them both all the very best for their approaching marriage.

I can't recommend Angel highly enough, a superb, highly professional and beautiful model with a great deal of technical knowledge should you like me need that little bit of help occasionally.

4th shoot with the amazing Miss Black and now feel like part of the family. Always welcomed and just so easy going that the shoot flies by so quickly.

Angel is a joy to work with and really just knows what works best to create the best images. We once again were able to get a mix of outfits in different rooms of the amazing location she'd booked.

Mr Black was on hand as always to keep the talent happy (in this case, keeping the location warm). Both of them are simply nice people to be around. The goat was a bit worrying though...

Where do I start? I have wanted to work with Angel for some time now. She had also been recommended to me by another tog. Today on the way back from another shoot I had the opportunity to fulfil my wish.

I am not sure there are sufficient superlatives to describe the experience. She is simply wonderful! A consummate professional, smart, funny and an absolute joy to work with. We had discussed what we were going to shoot and precomms were exceptional. I was made to feel very welcome and her house is a wonderful place to shoot.

Angel poses effortlessly and has a great creative ability to ensure that you get wonderful images. The two hours flew by and I don't think I have enjoyed a shoot as much. Angel is the most naturally beautiful model I have worked with and is a genuinely lovely person.

I am so pleased with the images I have and the requirement for editing is virtually non existent. I could wax lyrical for hours, but suffice to say Angel is the one model I think everyone should work with! This applies whether you are a new or experienced Tog! Working with her has been a highlight of my photography journey so far, and will no doubt remain a highlight.

I would / will definitely shoot with her again and have no hesitation in recommending Angel, she is absolutely a model of the highest calibre! If you have the chance to shoot with her I suggest you grab it with both hands!

Angel is a lovely young lady friendly easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with.

We shot in different areas of the studio and also outside.Angel poses with ease and I am pleased with the images we got.

Had my first shoot with Angel today at the wonderful Blasford Cottage and what a fantastic two hours it was. As it was also my first visit to this new terrific venue, a quick walk around with Angel and we confirmed what we had discussed in precomms with a couple of minor alternations based on the location.

Throughout the shoot, Angel we very communicative, knew exactly how to pose for each of the different lighting sets we used (primarily around natural light) and the rapport was perfect. I came away very content with a great set of images and look forward to working with Angel again one day. Highly recommended for photographer of all levels.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Angel came to Basford Hurst Cottage with her partner John (JBlackPhotographic) to run two SOLD OUT studio days on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd of April.

Pre communication with Angel was perfect. Angel is a true professional, keeping up to date with her admin at all times and communicating with the studio about photographers who had booked on and deposits that had been paid. I couldn't have asked for someone who was easier to work alongside!!

Angel turned up on time, with a massive suitcase brimming with outfits, ballgowns and props, ready to shoot!! She is a beautiful model and works incredibly hard. She always has a smile on her face and really loves what she does. Every photographer that shot with Angel took many incredible images and they all came back with glowing reports from their shoots together.

Angel and John stayed overnight here at Basford and where completely respectful of our property and probably left their bedroom tidier than when they arrived!!! We also went out for a meal with them on the Friday evening and they made great company and conversation flowed the whole time!

Angel (and John) are welcome back to Basford anytime and I hope we can get another date in the diary!! - I would highly recommend Angel as a model and really hope to see her again soon!! :D
