Rococo Farm

Welcome to Rococo Farm a wonderful home studio for model photography. This five bedroom 13th century farmhouse boasts plenty of beautiful features, textures and gorgeous natural light. This location studio is run by me, @jennijj , I have done countless shoots at my home and am delighted to open it up for you all to enjoy!

Quick Notes:

• Natural light home studio (no lights provided, but you are welcome to bring your own)
• 3 large rooms: bedroom, living room and bathroom
• £25 per hour (50% non-refundable deposit required - Min 2 hours booking, discount for 6 hours or more)
• Nearest train station BASINGSTOKE (10 mins drive) or 10 minutes from junction 5 or 6 of the M3
• Lots of parking on private driveway
• No OPEN LEG or above images/video in the house please
• Model safety is a priority - fun and happy shoots only please

The Bedroom:

This room is one of the triumphs of the house. This is a large light airy room with beautiful old original oak floor boards (the wide kind), a stone fireplace, large mirror and white paneling. The main feature of the room is the bed. Rococo Farm gets its name from my Rococo purple and gold super king bed. Referred to as 'Delilah' she is my pride and joy and there is no other like her in the country. (Similar beds are found at the Crazy Bear Hotel charging £250 a night). There is now the edition of 'Sammy' a beautiful champagne and gold chaise longue.

You can easily spend 4 hours in the one room alone. The curtains are thick so you can easily control the natural light.

The Study:

A brilliantly flexible room where the shooting options are endless. This room boasts a large window, red leather chesterfield and an original red brick fireplace. You also have 2 large bookcases with old fashioned books for the 'library look'. Large natural carpet or lovely red rugs the styling is entirely up to you. You can shoot lifestyle shots in here or interesting art nude in the fireplace, window or on the floors. I have done entire four hour shoots in this room alone.

The Bathroom

We are pleased to announce that you can now use the bathroom to shoot in. We have a large shower and large Jacuzzi bath. The shower is large enough that you can open the door and shower so you can shoot without a screen in the way. There is a window over the bath which gives lovely natural light and amazing images. There is also a beautiful textured old door that gives another interesting area for shooting. 

There is a £5 charge to use the bath or shower and we ask that you bring your own towels and clean up after. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WISH TO USE THE BATHROOM

Equipment

The selling point of the house is its natural light. There are lots of sockets if you would like to bring your own flashes.

Levels, Cost, Timing and Parking

LEVELS: This is a family home so we ask that no open leg to be shot here.

PARKING: We have a large drive with room to park lots of cars (if you want to run a tuition course from here everyone would be able to park)

COST: £25 per hour (min of 2 hour booking) - 6 hours is discounted to £140 / 8 hours £180

This price is for a photographer and a model, for any other dynamic please contact me

********TIMINGS*********

This is a private house and we have commitments outside of shooting. I am happy for you to arrive 10 mins before your shoot begins, but I ask you to leave promptly at the finish, if you need time to tidy up, review the images with your model, pack away and sort admin then please make sure you finish shooting early enough. I will give you a 15 minute warning - that means that you have 15 mins before I expect you to be leaving the house not finishing shooting. If you still need to time to chat then you are welcome to stay in the drive or I can point you in the direction of a coffee shop 5 mins drive away.

Model Safety

This is a friendly studio run by me.... JenniJJ. I have worked with countless gentlemen photographers and adore the world of freelance modelling. I want younger models to feel totally safe and happy to join this world as I have done. Anyone who is nervous is welcome to ask for my support. I will not tolerate level pushing. This is a happy studio and we want our shoots to feel that way too. If both parties agree I am happy to act as a chaperone.

1. 1. Please only move the furniture that I specify you can move
   2. Please keep the doors closed (rooms are heated individually)
   3. Please don't use any oil or heavy body lotions
   4. I'm afraid we don't provide drinks but you are welcome to bring your own refreshments, but please use the coasters
   5. Please! No open leg 
   6. Please only shoot in the 3 rooms specified
   7. Please leave the rooms as you found them
   8. There is a £5 charge to use the bathroom (if you are shooting wet) - PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE
   9. Please bring your own towels if you are shooting wet in the bathroom.
   10. Please arrive and leave within the time-frame booked.
