What can I say? I was looking for someone to bring something to my images that I could not do myself in my limited knowledge in Photo editing. I found Shane here on PP and I asked if he could help with bringing something to my images, Wow I'm so impressed with the results They now jump off the page.

I will of course be using Shane and his skill to bring more of my images to life again in the future. Amazing turn round time the images were delivered on time. can't fault the service at all Fantastic work.

I recently sent some images to Shane for retouching, and was very impressed by both the quality of his work and his professional, friendly and helpful attitude.

The work is to a very high standard and was completed promptly, with good communication throughout. Having just switched from film to digital, I’d go so far as to say that working with Shane reminds me of when I worked with some of the best wet printers in the UK many years ago. It feels (just as it did then) a completely natural part of your workflow, removing uncertainty and inspiring confidence that you are working with someone who understands what you are trying to achieve, and has the expertise and skilfulness to help you do it.

I highly recommend working with Shane, and will be sending more work to him in the near future.

Having used Shane a few times now, I asked him to create a bespoke retouching tuition package for me, based on one of my images.

I'm reasonably handy with photoshop already but working through the package has been invaluable. I've learnt a heap of new techniques - mainly better and faster ways of doing things I was already doing. The included actions and toning lookup tables are also very useful.

Now I just need to get practising!

Additionally have recently taken up his re-touching training and applied that to some of my more recent image uploads.

It says a lot about how Shane approaches his work and training when a complete novice on PS starts getting a a ton of compliments on those images I have carried out post processing work on.

Just wanted to add a second reference for Shane and his work. We've been working reasonably frequently together and indeed Shane is now handling most of my Patreon content.

However this reference is particular for a set of images Shane has just finished for me at a ridiculously good price (priced fairly based on the bulk of another order).

High level edit correcting all the annoyances (hair, spots/blemishes and uneven skin tone) that I simply don't have the time or skills to be bothered with.

Such an excellent service with great comms along the way and he always hits his deadline.

Needless to say this is very much the gateway to more work for Shane from me.

I've used Shane's services a couple of times now and have been happy with the results. He's managed to closely match the feel of my own retouching (so that his versions don't look radically different to mine). He does though manage an elevation of the execution of the retouch to another level.

I personally don't like the part of the process that requires labourious retouching so finding a reliable outsourcing partner is always a relief!

I've no doubt I'll continue to make use of Shane as time goes on.

I’d made a note of Shane’s profile ages ago in case I ever needed a retoucher. Then when I did need someone to do some work to a higher standard than I can manage the choice was obvious. First noticed Shane's work, when a couple of weeks ago, he shouted it was his birthday and he was offering a free re-touch of an image. As someone with zero re-touching knowledge I jumped at the chance, and within 2 days he'd completed his work and I was VERY impressed.

He also then explained a full and concise list of services offered and let me decide if I wanted to engage him for any work......

Needless to say, I did and he's just finished re-touching some more of my images within the deadline he himself set and the quality of work is excellent.

Most definitely recommend and will most definitely use him again.....

Shane was offering some free promotion and he kindly agreed to do some composite work for me on a project I did with another photographer. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. He was much quicker than I expected him to be. The results were wild and creative. Me and Shane are already making plans about future collaborations.
