I enjoy many types of photography, both in the studio and on location.
I particularly enjoy artistic photography and capturing portraits that tell us something about person or the idea they are wishing to convey - romantic, dreamy, rock, Bo Ho, dramatic etc.
I will experiment with different lighting set ups but I really prefer working with simple natural light or a single light. I do have 4 Elinchrom studio lights (including a large Octa which gives the most amazing, soft portrait light) and various backgrounds when needed.
I started out working with film, so I work slowly and methodically and I don't rush things when setting up the mood I'm looking for.
I am happiest producing interesting images which make the viewer want to know more about the picture they are seeing.
