Today was the third time I have been to Brian's studio and I would thoroughly recommend it. There is great ceiling height, vast array of lighting equipment and a wide range of props.

More important though is that Brian is extremely helpful and will always set the lighting for you if you need it - which for me, as a person very new to studio lighting, is great as I can concentrate more on what images I wanted to create (but hopefully picking up some good tips on the way).

I am sure I will be back to use the studio again.

Just had another shoot at Brian's studio today. We actually shot on location though. The photographer was David and Brian came along bringing a fold up table with him to put things on! Very useful! The surrounding area around the studio is beautiful with so many different places to shoot from. There are some small lakes, fields with various props around (gates etc) and woodlands where the bluebells will be out soon! I look forward to my next visit.

I worked with Brian yesterday at the studio. Brian is a friendly person and very considerate by picking me up from the train station, offering drinks, checking I'm warm enough and little things like that which some people can forget about.

The studio is well kitted out. The ceilings are so high and there is plenty of space so you don't have trouble moving equipment around. He has lots of props as well which I'm quite excited about! I got to have a go at posing in the aerial hoop/ lyra which was great. I spotted more props which has given me ideas for next time!

Also a good changing room with a mirror, chair and space to put your things.

I'd organized a group photo shoot with Elle Black modeling for us, at the end of Feb. Brian, as usual was brilliant working to turn our scatty ideas into brilliant lighting. The day was a great success.

His studio is brilliantly equipped and large enough so that you're not falling over things all the time.

I definitely recommend this studio

This is an excellent studio with props & ever present Beekay is happy to set up lighting schemes to your choice, change back drops, man the wind machine (very powerful), make the coffee & help in any way he can. Ceiling has all the hooks for rope work and there are some useful props & clothes.

Very positive experience for me, I shall be going back.

Yesterday was the probably the 20th time I have worked at Cottage Studio, in spite of it being nearly a 2 hour drive from my home.

There is a number of good reasons for this -

Firstly, the lights, backdrops and other facilities are everything one needs in a studio - and they are in good order and work properly ! In summer there is the option of shooting in the adjacent wood or at a delightful little lake.

Secondly, Brian is unquestionably one of the most diligent and helpful studio owners in the business and I make this judgement after having worked in dozens of studios around the country. Nothing is ever an effort for him and he is always on hand to help.

Finally, and very importantly, the models love working there - the heating operates properly and Brian makes a special effort to equip their dressing room with everything they could conceivably require. Happy models make good images.

Cottage Studio, aka Photo39, is very reasonably priced and carries my enthusiastic endorsement.

Had a good time shooting the cottage studio. Really nice and big, nice owner and had loads of props to use just in case a photographer is looking for something different that a model might not have :)

Brian organised a studio day when I came to visit and I really enjoyed myself.

I have to admit it is one of the best studios I have ever been to, you will never get bored when you book The cottage.

Brian's studio is well equipped and he is on hand if you need help with anything or just need some advice.

He is very considerate and look's after the models & photographers, make's sure everyone is happy and comfortable.

I do hope I will get another chance to work at his studio.

Thankyou for a great day :-)

Highly recommend.

I had a great shoot today at The Cottage Studio. Brian was very considerate and helpful, ensuring that I was warm enough at all times, and offering to pick me up from the train station on future shoots I have booked there. The studio itself is an amazing place- great height and space, with the option of shooting from the mezzanine level also, and terrific facilities and props- I'm so looking forward to trying the silks and ropes for suspension work. :)

Highly Recommended. :)

I decided to pop to Brighton for the week as I had work in the area and Brian kindly organised two full studio days whilst I was there! I cannot thank Brian enough for his help, his professionalism, his lovely lighting skills and for being a complete gentleman to work with.

He is very considerate, extremely genuine, always on hand throughout the day to assist when needed and great company. Brians studio is extremely well equipped, with a lovely private changing room full of useful bits and pieces for the model. There is a separate toilet and even a new shower which may be used also. The studio itself is a great size, a very good height and width for rope work and silk work, along with a full wardrobe of different outfits and accessories which the model may use also.

Plus there is the great bonus of the land attached to the studio, where you can shoot near the lake or around the land in the Caravan Park. Most highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

Had my second shoot here on 3rd May with Elle Beth. We were able to get some great images out in the woods & by the lake, then in the studio. All the time supported by the owner, Brian. Really helpful as lookout, reflected holder, advisor, lighting expert, silk rigger and all round great bloke. The studio is well equipped with lights, hoop, performance silk, rope & swing, outfits, furniture, props, only the model, tog & camera needed. Really great place to shoot.

I had my first studio session today at Photo39 with Laura Parker. I particularly chose this studio because floor to ceiling poles, silks and hoops were all available on site.

Brian, the studio owner, was excellent in pre-shoot comms and let me visit the studio in advance of the booking to see and check out the facilities there. He was incredibly helpful in setting the equipment and assisting with the lighting (my weak point!). He then drifted into the background until needed again.

Can thoroughly recommend this studio and I already have a couple more bookings in the diary!

I worked at The Cottage Studio for the first time last week and my experience there was fantastic! Brian the studio owner is great! He is so warm and inviting and ever so helpful! The studio has so much scope and so much to do in there and plenty of props and equipment. Nice warm changing room and plenty of refreshments. It s an excellent studio and Brian is a great studio owner and photographer too! I hope to return to the studio very soon! Highly recommended!

I had an all day shoot at The Cottage Studio on Saturday. I have worked at the studio several times now and it is always an absolute pleasure. Brian is a top studio owner, he is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and happy to assist in trying out ideas - however mucky they may make the studio! The studio is one of the best equipped around, with excellent and versatile space. It is a wonderful place to shoot, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Can't wait to be back :)

Today was my second shoot at the Cottage Studio and it was great. Brian is very knowledgeable about lighting and jumped in to help whenever needed. He also supported some of my crazy ideas and helped me cover Bex White in tonnes of flour. All up a top day in a top studio with a top guy, what more could you ask for. Thanks Brian and I really do recommend the Cottage Studio, it's a great place to shoot

This was my first studio shoot and Brian gave excellent support with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. After initial set up he kept himself busy in the office but was only a shout away when needed.

First rate shoot happily recommended.
