Worked at this studio for the first time and WOW got amazing photos! Brain certainly knows his stuff and is always happy to help and makes you feel very welcome! The studio has everything you could possibly need for a shoot all in one space! You name it Brain has it. Would love to shoot there again. Highly recommended!

On Wednesday the 14th of December I was very lucky to host my first studio day from The Cottage Studios ! The place is one of the most versatile studios I've ever worked with and Brian is so helpful with everything from promoting the studio day to helping with the light , nothing's to much trounbe for Brian.

Brian is a pleasure to work with :)

I'd come to the cottage studio a few times shooting with other photographers so it was so nice to finally shoot with him! We shot for a few hours putting looks together so I could be put on the studio model register, which was really flattering :)

Brian is a true professional, he has a lot of experience, is lovely to chat to, comfortable to be around and really knowledgeable about lighting and photography.

I hope we get to work together again as I continue to use his awesome studio.

My first time visiting this studio, and doubt that it'll be my last!

A fantastic space to work, main studio space has it all, large infinity cove, with width, height and length. Plenty of light options and assortment of modifiers available. We didn't need to use the multitude of props and extensive wardrobe for this shoot, but good to know whats available.

Brian more than willing to help out with changing sets and lighting, also prepared to share his knowledge and experience should you need some help, but you'd not know he was there half the time.

He even advised us how to avoid / minimise the complications caused by Southern rail - even to the point of picking the model up for me while en-rout to the studio.

Recommended, and I certainly look forward to returning.

The first time I have used this studio, absolutely excellent. Brian was very helpful and could give advice both on lighting and photography but he didnt intrude and slipped away when we were "on a role".

There is a good set of lights far more than I needed and loads of props plus an infinity white wall and a big black background.

Will definitely use the facility again.

Yet another photo shoot at Brian's studio today and always a great place to work in! Brian is always very helpful and a great assistance whenever you want him to!

Lightings possibilities here are endless and a huge range of props can appear from nowhere!

Thoroughly recommend this studio to everyone.

Wow!

Brian has a fantastic set up here - a great shooting space whose possibilities literally abound! Brilliant infinity cove, props to die for and an extra wardrobe of items far outstretching anything any model might reasonably be able to bring with them!

His friendly nature and advice when you want it and leave you alone when you don't attitude where a delight. I'm already thinking about bringing more shoots here!

Very highly recommended.

I shot at The Cottage Studio (Photo39) again yesterday afternoon. As per previous occasions, Brian was quick to respond to confirm availability and my booking.

On arrival, Brian was ready and prepared for us and his usual welcoming self. He was quick to help with setting up and my first lighting requirement, and then has been said before, he has a great knack of disappearing but always on hand to return quickly as and when needed.

Whatever your level of experience, this is a great little clean and tidy studio to hire with a great selection of lighting and modifiers. Highly recommended.

I've been working at the cottage studio for 4 years now and it's honestly one of my favourites to go to! Brian is so lovely and helpful throughout the days I work there, always offers tea and coffee to everyone, bringing positivie energy and laughs to the day also. There is always music playing too which keeps the atmosphere relaxed.

The studio itself is so well equipped, great space, a high ceiling for those interesting low angles/dance, every bit of lighting and modifiers you need and a load of props too! The studio has a fantastic location to use outside as well.

Absolutely highly recommended by me, don't miss out!

Brian owns and runs a fantastic studio which I have used on a regular basis more or less since he opened it.

The studio itself is capacious, has just about everything you could possibly think of (I even once found a vintage Bullworker there....), and offers a wide variety of opportunities for shooting many different styles of work. In addition to this, it is surrounded by wooded areas with lakes, bridges, small paths etc. all of which can be used too.

Brian is very friendly and helpful, and has that incredibly rare and uncanny knack of disappearing when you don't need him and re-appearing when you do. He always extends a warm welcome to all and ensures that everyone is comfortable all the time - even Harvey had a carrot last time I visited (best to ask Brian about that..)!

All in all, a terrific studio that is really well run and comes highly recommended by me.

Recently I worked with Paul at the cottage studio. The studio is clean and tidy , fully equipped with several backgrounds and props. Me and Paul manage some great pictures and feels like I could be there for the whole weekend without running out of ideas. Its an excellent place if people are looking for diversity. Last week I did a shoot with Soria at the Cottage Studio. This included some aerial work with pole, hoop and rope, which were all new to me. Brian provided practical advice and brilliant lighting to ensure I got the shots I wanted. :)

For other aspects of the shoot we used Brian's extensive wardrobe and, almost immediately, found a couple of great dresses to suit the required mood.

This was my third shoot using Brian's amazing facilities. He is superb to work with so I hope I'll be able to return again soon.

I finally got to shoot at the Cottage studio today after hearing so many great things about it.

Brian is such a great guy and host, very helpful and nothings to much to ask.

The studio is well kitted out with a nice changing room for us models. Heating is supplied if needed and there is tones of fab props!

I look forward to arranging a studio day down there soon.

I had my first studio day at Cottage Studio and what a fantastic experience! Not only did Brian work hard to fill the slots (even with a last min change), but he accommodated both myself and every photographer to the highest of standard. The place is filled with props, costumes, wigs and clothing garments-I can not get enough! Not only did I have the opportunity to shoot indoors, but I was able to venture to the bluebells-which Brian located for us knowingly and gave advice of which area to head to as well as holding a reflector throughout. I am very excited about visiting again,

On Saturday the 16th I had my first shoot from Photo39 aka The Cottage Studios :) I immidiately felt like home, the studio as hih celings and endless possibilities, one of the most versastile studios I've ever worked from and Brian is always very helpful with everythin you need !

Highly recommeded and I hope to return back to the Cottage very soon

I can only repeat what other people have said about this studio. Its an Aladdins cave of lights, clothing and props. Brian is incredibly hospitable, providing refreshments, advice and helping out with the setting up of some of the more interesting bits of equipment in the studio.

Hope to visit again soon. highly recommended!

My fifth visit to this great studio. The studio itself is roomy with loads of props, rigging for hoops & silks, excellent lighting all cared for by the owner Brian who will set up good lighting options for you. In addition there is an excellent opportunity to shoot out on location, woods, fields and pond. Highly recommended, on here as Photo 39 and on the web as The Cottage Studio.

Ive just had the most amazing 4 DAYS at The Cottage Studio! Poor Brian!! ;)

We managed to book all the days up, no problems, I was so chuffed! Brian is fab, one of the nicest studio owners I know. Hes always on hand, doesnt mind helping with ideas, lighting, teas anything, hes your man!

This is my 3rd visit to the studio, never been able to shoot outside due to it being winter whenever i come, so this time finally got to shoot a bit outdoors, its a really cool lake on the farm with some funky shaped trees in the forest behind. Makes an ideal shooting place really.. In the 4 days, I think I had a go on most things actually, got to try the hoop and silks too! (yayy!)

Its just a great place, loads of space, friendly, clean, warm, kit kats available I just dont know what more a girl could want?

I cant wait to come back! Im looking at my diary now for dates already!

Thanks so much Brian for being so lovely and putting up with me running round your studio like a crazy woman for so many hours, I really enjoyed myself as always!

Cant wait for next time!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Brian while shooting with Kevin ( kbimaging ) Brian has a Aladdin's cave of clothing and prop's. Nothing was to much effort for Brian, his hospitality is great always checking if I wanted a drink was If I was to hot or cold. The studio is spacious clean and warm, ideal for everything from the everyday style of modeling to using amazing prop's like lengths of cloth and rope.

It was a fun afternoon I highly recommend Brian's studio to both models and photographers.
