Had my second shoot here on 3rd May with Elle Beth. We were able to get some great images out in the woods & by the lake, then in the studio. All the time supported by the owner, Brian. Really helpful as lookout, reflected holder, advisor, lighting expert, silk rigger and all round great bloke. The studio is well equipped with lights, hoop, performance silk, rope & swing, outfits, furniture, props, only the model, tog & camera needed. Really great place to shoot.

I had my first studio session today at Photo39 with Laura Parker. I particularly chose this studio because floor to ceiling poles, silks and hoops were all available on site.

Brian, the studio owner, was excellent in pre-shoot comms and let me visit the studio in advance of the booking to see and check out the facilities there. He was incredibly helpful in setting the equipment and assisting with the lighting (my weak point!). He then drifted into the background until needed again.

Can thoroughly recommend this studio and I already have a couple more bookings in the diary!

I worked at The Cottage Studio for the first time last week and my experience there was fantastic! Brian the studio owner is great! He is so warm and inviting and ever so helpful! The studio has so much scope and so much to do in there and plenty of props and equipment. Nice warm changing room and plenty of refreshments. It s an excellent studio and Brian is a great studio owner and photographer too! I hope to return to the studio very soon! Highly recommended!

I had an all day shoot at The Cottage Studio on Saturday. I have worked at the studio several times now and it is always an absolute pleasure. Brian is a top studio owner, he is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and happy to assist in trying out ideas - however mucky they may make the studio! The studio is one of the best equipped around, with excellent and versatile space. It is a wonderful place to shoot, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Can't wait to be back :)

Today was my second shoot at the Cottage Studio and it was great. Brian is very knowledgeable about lighting and jumped in to help whenever needed. He also supported some of my crazy ideas and helped me cover Bex White in tonnes of flour. All up a top day in a top studio with a top guy, what more could you ask for. Thanks Brian and I really do recommend the Cottage Studio, it's a great place to shoot

This was my first studio shoot and Brian gave excellent support with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. After initial set up he kept himself busy in the office but was only a shout away when needed.

First rate shoot happily recommended.

Had my first shoot at The Cottage earlier this week. A warm welcome from Brian who was then very helpful whenever I wanted support. He was there to set up the 'silks' & hoop for the shoot, accompanied us on location near the studio. A great selection of props. A highly recommended studio.

Shot over four times in the cottage studio now. Brian has always been incredibly helpful to the photographers working within the studio with a wide range of lights, props and outfits.

This is my 5th time working at the the Cottage Studio. I haven't been here for some time but since my last visit the studio has continued to gain amazing props and equipment. It is completely unique and versatile, the space can be used many different ways and It is one of the most well equipped studios I have had the pleasure of working in. This is truly a fun, exciting studio to use and I always look forward to working here. I really enjoyed updating my profile for the model register with Brian.

Had a super shoot at The Cottage Studio. The facilities are 100% and there is an aladins cave full of treasure to use as props.

The reception was friendly and relaxed and I really enjoyed shooting there. Looking for the first opportunity to go back.

My first vist to the studio on Saturday to attend a modelling day with _Elise_. I actually could not believe the amount of lighting Brain has here. All neatly tucked away but ready at a moment notice. He was able to assist when asked and advise when I got stuck. The safety of his models is paramount especially when doing areial work, and it was excellent to see that everything was double checked but he also had the equipment to safely adjust things singled handed. Great studio. Great studio owner, a very pleasant, decent chap and his coffee aint bad either. Highly recommed this unique studio.

I have just done another 2 day Studio Days at The Cottage Studio in West Sussex last weekend after my previous one in April went so well.

Brian is very accomodating and has everything you need and more in his studio. Infinity Curve/Black backdrop for art-nude, fashion shots. A bed for glamour/lingerie shots, silks, hoop and trapezes for performers or those daring to have a go...they make excellent pictures. He has a balustrade and pillar which look brilliant for fashion or art nude images. The natural light window upstairs is beautiful for some soft lingerie/headshots.

He has a clean toilet and the dressing room is amazing, lovely mirror area with lights so you can see what you are doing, a sink and wash area if needed, a variety of toiletries, hair spray and make-up if needed plus props and a huge wardrobe of clothes and accessories. There is nothing more you could want at a Studio than at The Cottage. I love working there and looking forward to another in the future :)

The studio here is the most exciting I've been to so far. It's very spacious with good lighting and lots of good props and outfits!

Very reasonable rates for the hire and has a good location surrounding it for the best of both worlds.

My 3rd shoot at The Cottage Studio, this time I shot with Brian as well :) lovely as always and we've got some great pics! it was my first attempt using the silks and I will definitely do it again! (at least i've learned that its not as easy as it looks :))

I used The Cottage Studio a number of times with the 16th March being the latest visit to do a shoot with Elle Black as a Model and Sylvi du Sauzay as the Make Up Artist.

The shoot was initially intended as a 1 to 1, but ended up being a Group Shoot, which worked out very well.

Brian helped me immensely in taking the bookings on my behalf for the group shoot and also made sure that Elle Black was able to get to the studio with great ease.

The studio has a wide number of facilities available, and every time I go there, I am amazed as to what can be achieved with the equipment available.

I would highly recommend the studio to anyone who asks.

Have used The Cottage studio about 12 times now, over the last 3 years. There's a great wood attached to the site, so definitely try it out when the bluebells are in bloom. The studio has great height, with a mezzanine level for shooting down onto the model/set. Brian is very friendly and helpful with setting things up.

Just like the previous reference, I had the pleasure of using Brian's studio to photograph the beautiful Cheeky Chloe for a couple of hours. Great studio and lots of friendly helpful advise from Brian. Thank you, I will be back soon.
