I had an hours shoot at Blackbarn studio on Saturday, Nic was very helpful, setting up the lighting and even lent me a couple of lenses for the shoot. It's a great little location he's got with plenty of props to choose from

I spend the morning with Nic at his Blackbarn Studio.

An amazing space with lots of props etc and wonderful lighting. Nic's knowledge of photography, lighting and the industry in general is great and he is more than happy to pass the knowledge on. Will be booking again soon.

I've had a wonderful 3 days working at Nic's studio and with Nic himself. The communications before hand were extremely professional and efficient , I was made to feel very welcome and was fed and watered and supplied with copious amount of cups of tea & chocolate.

The photographers I worked with at the studio were wonderful and when myself and Nic got a chance to shoot together the results were astounding and I left from my trip feeling very inspired and my creativity recharged. Thank you Nic, I thoroughly recommend the studio & Nic and I look forward to when I can return.

Had a lovely 3 days at nic's awesome studio as part of my east Anglia tour. The studio had plenty of space, excellent sets, good lights as well as been pleasantly warm :). Nic's communications were excellent and he was always on hand to help with lights and set changes and of course with a cup of tea and a yum yum! Highly recommended. Looking forward to working here again.

I shot again with nic and he is just awesome, I love shooting with him. He has interesting ideas and knows exactly how to create that perfect image in no time at all. He is very friendly and I always feel at ease with him.

Nic always has the lighting perfect, so you never feel like your standing there waiting for him to finish messing around trying to get the right light for the shot which I loved.

I always receive a decent amount of pictures from him promptly, I have never been unhappy with any photos that I have received.

He organised an MUA for me this time who was great, his communication before the shoot was very good and prompt.

Highly recommend!!! :)

Third time at Nic's studio which is adaptable to many sets and scenario's, the welcome and hospitality was welcoming as always. The shoot was with Roswell Ivory and shared with Ian Robert M which worked out very well, and enabled some great creative material.

Nic has a great eye for lighting and his vast knowledge and experience always being available, helps with advice and set up, thus ensuring great lighting suggestion for the scenario being shot.

On this occasion we had the studio all day and Nic was on hand to assist and help whenever required.

Definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to get creative, and will be using again when studio space is required.

Had a shoot today at Nic's studio, with Roswell Ivory. My first time at Nic's place & its certainly impressive - a very large space to shoot it, lots of bits of furniture & plenty of lights (Elinchrom). There is a kitchen area to make hot drinks too. Nic was very helpful and was available throughout the day.

I would certainly consider using Nic's studio again, if I needed one in the area. Very happy to recommend. Thanks, Nic...!!

I worked for two days at Nics studio and am amazed I hadn't visited before! He's lovely, with an amazing workspace full of outfits, accessories and props.

I really look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks Nic, for all your help. :)

Spent the day at Nic's studio. Nic is amazing, he is very welcoming and creates a relaxed atmosphere and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has an amazing studio too. I had a great day and cannot wait to see the images and really hope to work with him again soon.

What can I say... Just finished working with Nic today! Friendly and welcoming when I first arrived:) What a great photographer!!! We got some fantastic images, which I cannot wait to see :) Very creative and full of ideas all the time which is fab!! A total Professional! Just Loved working with Nic throughout the whole day! Just got back from my 3rd shoot with Nic, what can I say? He's just awesome! He's a laugh, he knows what he wants out of a shoot and loves to hear everyone elses ideas. You can tell he has a map out in his head and what everyone needs to do to get that final amazing image. We did some beauty shots today which went really well and we had some fun at the end with milk ;) I look forward to seeing some amazing portfolio quality pictures from him as usual and hopefully working with him again! :) recommended 110% Jess xoxo

I had my 1st shoot with Nic and another photographer recently and had a really good shoot. Pre-shoot comms were good and Nic has a truly amazing studio to shoot in! I have already received some edited images and am very happy with them :)

Had a shoot with Nic yesterday. Fantastic photographer and really nice guy, winning combination in my book!! Only had a few hours to shoot but he worked effortlessly to give each outfit a totally different set within his studio. Knows exactly what he wants to shoot, gives great direction, listens to your ideas and lets you run with it. I would certainly recommend him again and hope to work with him again. delighted with the shot I have seen so far :-)

Oh and he makes a splendid cup of tea too :p

Had a wonderful shoot with Nic last month and got some amazing images. he has a bit of quirky studio that really offers some amazing potential for photoshoots. He took his time making sure each set was perfect as was the lighting, he had some wonderfully unique lighting styles and was a dream to work with. He was very kind and bubbly and really laid back so I felt very at ease working with him. He was even very understanding when I got an awful cramp and nearly flung my boot across his studio LOL.

All in all Nic is an absolute sweetie and great photographer, gets a 10/10 from me :-)

I have shot with nic twice now and have got decent images both times. He is very easy to get along with and very professional. His pre shoot communication is very good and you always know what you want to work towards on the shoot. He has his own studio which is great. It's so big you could fill your portfolio with a whole load of new images with one studio. I felt very comfortable working with him and certainly would like to shoot again. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Nic twice now and he really is a brilliant guy, so laid back and relaxed. Nic owns an INCREDIBLE studio with numerous setups/lights/backdrops etc. Nic is one of these fantastic photographers who lets you do your own thing but adds in direction when you need to perfect a pose as well as making you feel all fabulous at the same time :D He is very skilled with lighting techniques and I received images back very quickly on both occasions.

I will be coming back very soon I hope!
