As I didn’t have the available time to meet up with Keira when she was in the south a few weeks ago, it was great to take the opportunity of undertaking another remote shoot with her.

As always, the whole thing ran like clockwork. She knows my preferred styles and, as a consequence, was fully prepared when the meeting opened. Both being cat lovers, I was amazed (and very pleased) that Tigger was already in shot and Keira was made up with cat-like features and even done her hair so it resembled ears! We managed to get some wonderful shots of the two of them together until, in typical cat manner, he got bored and wandered off!

After a short gap when Keira then moved over to the other studio area, we carried on for another 2.5 hours.

If you haven’t already done so, do arrange a face to face or remote shoot with her - you won’t regret it.

I love shooting with Keira. Anything can happen and she leaps onto the slightest idea and things happen.

We have so many totally different results and I am having a great time playing with them.

This was my first shoot with Keira since our photographic voyage on Paros. Keira was passing through my area so we arranged a shoot in the Mendip hills. Again Keira proved her fearless approach to getting amazing shots in the entrance of caves and on rock. She is truly exceptional at working with the environment to get the best angles and looks with her body. Her knowledge of “light” enables the shots to be set up to the best advantage, and where necessary the use of a reflector. We took in a number of locations, working with some caves, steps and a spring. Keira produces brilliant body shapes and brings a creative mind to the shoot, paying attention to the smallest detail. Working with Keira was great fun and the time went by so quickly. I fully recommend Keira to any photographer looking for the epic shot and I look forward to the next shoot.

Keira and I have worked together a lot and this time she was the instigator. It didn’t take too long to say yes when I was invited to the party which is each and every one of Keira’s tours.

This young lady is a superb model, collaborative, inventive, conceptual. She’s great fun to work with, a joy in fact. She creates beautiful images and she is.... well, an ace.

It was like waiting at your local station to see the Flying Scotsman pass through as Keira arrived on a flying visit on her way from here to there.

The excitement was there for me to meet Keira again as she is such a lovely person and a totally fantastic model, professional in every way.

Keira poses with ease and works round the sets like no model I have ever seen before, legs here, feet there, I cant imagine Keira sitting still in a restaurant long enough to eat anything! Maybe that's how she keeps her super fit figure toned and creating shadows as she goes through her bodyscape posing.

She is the best in the business and this studio owner who has shot with Keira previously can confidently recommend her to any photographer old and new.

I managed to grab a couple of hours with Keira at the Art Asylum Studio on her recent tour of Dorset.

It's great when you hit it off with a model and that certainly happened with Keira, she was full of enthusiasm and energy and we bounced ideas off each other to create some great images. I think it says a lot that we managed to achieve so much despite me sitting around chatting and drinking coffee for much of the time :)

Highly recommended and definitely hope to work with her again.

Just had a great shoot with Keira during her visit to Art Asylum Reloaded studio in Weymouth.

Keira really is an amazing model. Very professional and very experienced and also very friendly and easy to work with. She arrived with a massive selection of outfits, lingerie and accessories and expertly produced the exact styles I was looking to shoot.

She is incredibly talented and creative and some of her poses were unbelievable. She is also very knowledgeable providing plenty of recommendations for shots and also advising on how to make the best use of the available natural light. The results were amazing and the 4 hours flew by.

Absolutely brilliant, definitely very highly recommended and I certainly hope to work with her again soon.

We were delighted to have Keira join us in the studio. Even though we had previously worked together on location, this was our first time collaborating in the studio.

The shoot was incredible as we seamlessly transitioned from one set to another, and creativity was at an all-time high. Keira is a consummate professional who also knows how to have fun, posing effortlessly and offering brilliant ideas. She was always willing to help, and we couldn't have asked for a better shoot. The images we captured that day exceeded our expectations. Her skills are priceless, and her positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.

I had another wonderful remote shoot with Keira. It’s amazing how well a remote shoot can go and especially with Keira. We collaborated and got the results I was looking for. This is my third shoot with Keira and this time we shot in her studio space. While small, we managed to pack in quite a variety of looks making full use of the sets that she builds. Given that she has some lighting already set up and she's used the set before, the shoot was far more productive than my usual shoots. In the first hour together we'd taken quite a selection of great shots, while there have been times when I'd have only just got going by that point. She continues to be fun to work with, with a striking physique and is also very expressive which brings an added dimension to the images. Looking forward to shoot number 4 at some point now.

Keira and I had a half day shoot before the pandemic. It was clear to me that Keira was an exceptional model and so we got together this July for a two day shoot in the wilds of Leitrim. I put several weeks into the preparation of the themes, costume, props and locations, confident that we would be creating something beyond the ordinary. As an actress, Keira is brilliant, and she was incredibly expressive in a range of work including tough emotional scenes, grace and elegance and some really zany scenes. I really appreciate genuine collaboration and Keira contributed many strong creative ideas. This woman knows a thing or two about photography too and came up with some creative solutions to some difficult lighting in unfavourable weather conditions. She was very focused on finding the most expressive approach to every shot. As if all that wasn’t enough, Keira is a very interesting woman with a great sense of fun. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I look forward to working with her again.

I had another shoot today with the wonderful Keira while she was on her Irish tour. She is an absolute joy to work with, full of energy and ideas. We had great pre communication, that flowed through on the morning of the shoot, discussing themes and makeup. We discussed the plans for the session, and got to work without delay.

Keira is a fantastic model and knows exactly which poses that work, and she effortlessly transitions between them in a gracious, never ending flow. She took great interest in the looks I was hoping to achieve and nailed each theme as well as showing her depth of technical and lighting knowledge, and made many welcome suggestions for improvement.

I like to do a variety of themes during a shoot, and Keira loves nothing better than a challenge! She had a suitcase that was nearly as big as herself that was packed full of outfits and combined with my outfits and props we had enough ideas for a week of shooting but sadly only had 1/2 a day available to work together!

Finally, her flawless skin and matching hair and makeup skills are every bit as impressive as her qualities as a model; it makes me wonder if there is anything she can't do brilliantly!

Keira has a positive and open mind, and she is friendly and easygoing person, which makes working with her an amazing experience that you won't regret if you have the chance to work with her!

Another amazing shoot with the whirlwind of creativity that is Keira Lavelle. As a creative photographer she is a dream to work with hence why I booked her for this shoot. Working in the Manakin graveyard with Keira a marriage made in heaven. We had three hours with 2 photographers myself and Derwood. The time flow by and with so many potential setups we managed to get some great images and a lot of this down to Keira her makeup skills and outfits prepared from our pre shoot comms were perfect for the day not to mention her climbing skills :) . A huge thank you from me for making this shoot as good as I imagined in my head and cant recommend Keira more highly and such a wonderful person to spend the afternoon with. Dont miss a chance to work with her wow.

Would I recommend Keira - absolutely 200%!!

She is a remarkable, gifted, versatile and intuitive model and I was left wondering why I had waited so long to shoot with her :-)

Colin Dixon and I met with Keira at the Mannakin Graveyard in Grantham a couple of days ago. This place is unique and poses real challenges in order to get the best out of its extraordinary spaces but Keira hit the ground running and both Colin and I shot many different sets.

Keira's understanding of our ambitions for the shoot and her ability to work with hugely varying light, both inside and outside made a massive difference to the images I shot.

I certainly won't wait so long to shoot with Keira again - maybe only a few weeks!

I had this idea last year of putting Keira and Nicole Rayner together as part of a duo shoot which would have been at the X-Factory but on the day Nicole wasn't very well but today it happened and I'm so glad I had the idea and also waited as I decided on working at Basford Hurst Cottage Studio instead and what an amazing shoot it was.

Keira is one of the best there is in this business and she worked really well with Nicole for the duo part of the shoot, and also as part of the trio shoot with Miss_C who is the owner of Basford and a amazing model herself.

It was fab day the weather and the light spot on for some fantastic images, can't wait to work with Keira again soon, highly recommend.

Keira came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Neil, Nicole and Miss C.

Keira is a breath of fresh air!!! She arrived on time with everything she needed for the day, plus plenty more besides!!! Keira is an incredible model and her experience shines through all the time. She poses effortlessly and works well alongside other models.

Let me begin with this. Keira is a whirlwind Astonishment.

I’ve just mad my way back to UK and Keira Lavelle is the most profound reason why.

Hands Down she is the Muse that goes for the shots that you thought you wanted and makes them Gallery Level Compositions. She isn’t afraid to push the creative envelope (I’m not referring to pushing her levels) I’m referring to Artistic Chances and Esthetics.

So this Tour setting out, Keira worked very much as my Right Arm.

I had Internet and GPS issues and she tended to Business Communications while in transit Touring UK.

Where problems would arise on Tour her extensive knowledge actually saved the Tour with Locations, Itinerary Adjustments in a fluid situation. Bottom line, she stepped up.

She brought her Arts Voyage Business Sense into this Gig and Art some points took the wheel in waters that she was familiar providing alternative options and locations. This alone was PRICELESS.

I’m speaking from the Past, Present, and Future… I highly recommend Keira Lavelle.

She is Impassioned in the act of creativity, she will not rest as she advocates for best to be had Shoot for Shoot. Rain, Cold Water, Intense Trails, Climbs, Heat… I have zero hesitation in recommending her.

I’d love to shoot with her any place, anytime, any continent.

TLDR: ArtsVoyage = Fantastic, Keira = Awesome.

Longer Version:

Not only is Keira an awesome model but she also, now single headedly, runs overseas ArtsVoyage photography trips.

Just over a week ago I returned from an ArtsVoyage one-to-one trip to Fuerteventura with Keira. Yes it's taken me this long to recover!!

Is there no limit as to what this lady does solo-hosting these trips? Keira fulfilled the following roles - driver, route-planner, chef, designer, stylist, guide, entertainer (in the form of karaoke singer on the longer trips, and yes the playlist still includes The Snowman), location scout, set designer, creative director, fitness coach (optional) - the list goes on.

When not doing all the above - she finds energy to jump in front of the camera too!

It was only three days, but felt much longer as we achieved a lot in that time. Finishing late at night on a couple of days meant that we deferred on the early morning starts :)

The majority of the locations we visited were natures natural creation: beaches, rockpools, lava caves, natural arches - all offering great, and varied, opportunities. However, much of the Fuerteventuran landscape is just too big to work out good compositions whilst trying to include such a dynamic posing machine. So we biased our shoots to the smaller / tighter vistas. It would have been a shame to visit this landscape and shoot against just man made components - although we did visit a couple of derelict / abandoned sites.

This was my second ArtVoyage trip - this being my first one-to-one. I can find no faults, well apart from 'The Snowman' being in the playlist when it's blue skies, blazing sun and almost 30 degrees :P

Communications prior to the trip very comprehensive, if you've ever received an email from Keira you know what I mean, letting the attendee know what they've signed up to. Note: at this point it's too late to back out. Also sent is a detailed 'catalogue' containing details of shoot location options grouped by category along with the outfits and styling that will be available.

The accommodation superb, clean, spacious and comfortable. A well chosen villa location meant that no shoot location required excessive travel time.

This lady is awesome to work with.

One of the most creative creatives I think I've worked with. Styling, modelling and makeup all managed with prowess. Posing is out of this world. The self proclaimed human Duracell bunny - and with good reason - she does not stop. Even when giving the photographer opportunity for siesta, or a much needed break, she's off on a four mile walk! Where does she get her energy - it cannot be just from the tea, or can it?. First thing in the morning a high intensity workout is performed - not for me however, I'm still on my first coffee. I was invited to join, but politely, and sensibly in my opinion, declined. Mind, it can be quite disconcerting when entering the kitchen and frog squats / jumps are being performed 8D

I've since come to the conclusion that the only time Keira sits still is when driving or during meals.

The utmost confidence in her abilities when on location. Here the dedication to fitness comes into its own. I confess, she scares me half to death sometimes. No matter how many times I said 'please no', after careful consideration and planning she still went for it.

Mind, it does frighten me to suggest a shoot idea as Keira will do all she can to reach the desired location / posing spot, so more often than not it's best to stay quiet, be safe, and save the nerves. But, it's unnerving how Keira has this sixth sense ability to propose an idea - just moments after I'd mentally dismissed it as not being wholly practical. My philosophy has always been I'll not ask a model to go where I'd not be prepared to go. With due consideration and every confidence she's clambering over rocks. I do firmly believe that she's part mountain goat / part cat / part fish.

Keira knows what locations will work too, I once found myself crawling to the back of a cave 'because the light will be awesome'. And true to her vision - it was.

This lady does not want to work with the landscape or location, she wants to beat it into submission - then make some awesome shapes. Incredibly patient too, in waiting for this unfit gasping wreck to catch up to the bouncing Keira as we crossed soft sandy beaches and rocky outcrops. To outside observers we must have looked like Arwen (graceful elf) and Gimli (labouring dwarf), I'll let you decided who's who.

I sincerely hope that the images I've captured do justice to the work put in by Keira.

Having wanted to work with Keira for a while now, I had he absolute pleasure of working with her today.

What an absolute LEGEND.

Keira took me to several nearby locations (waterfall and abandoned farmhouse), before doing some very creative, on Keira's part, studio work.

What an amazing day, Keira braved the cold of a waterfall, climbed slimy rocks and wobbly walls, to get some spectacular images, (does nothing phase her?) (like I said LEGEND).

Very and chatty, with a great sense of humour. Cannot wait to work with her again.
