Excellent make up skills, superb modelling, able to emote perfectly to every request. Outfits were fabulous. Fun and chatty. Not a lot more I can say really. The perfect shoot with the perfect model. Highly recommended.

f/8 Studio

Ivy joined us at f/8 for a halloween styled group shoot. Pre shoot comms were great, Ivy arrived with over twice the amount of costumes we had agreed to. Very well prepared. She was a pleasure to work with, chatty fun and engaging with the group. Nothing was too much trouble, she styled this to perfection. A very happy group of photographers. I would highly recommend Ivy to any studio or photographer.

Ivy is always an absolute pleasure to work with. We have done several shoots together now and will do plenty more. Ivy puts her heart & soul into modelling, creating amazing cosplay characters with plenty of accessories. She communicated well beforehand, sharing ideas and checking on the details. She always turns up early and with a variety of outfits and combinations and is always willing to try something different.

I would highly recommend Ivy to work with and plan doing plenty more shoots with her.

Cellar Door Images

Another shoot with Ivy over the weekend and as always she was an absolute joy to work with. This time she dressed as a ghostly pirate and we went to the coast to scare some dog walkers.

Her outfit and makeup were superb and she posed brilliantly and with enthusiasm throughout, She really does excel at this genre and I would heartily recommend her to anyone.

Ivy was our subject for a halloween/cosplay shoot at Alastair Currill studios last night. Ivy was above and beyond what I expecting. Bringing a number of looks for us photograph. Excellent attention to detail to her outfits and did all her own makeup! Incredible. Ivy gets into character of the creations and poses freely, takes direction when asked and comes up with her own creative ideas on the spot. A really enjoyable evening and wouldn't hesitate working with her again in a group shoot scenario or 1-2-1.

As always Ivy brought her A game to a fun event at the studio. She worked with Emsyloo24 and as a pair they were even better.

Ivy is so much fun to have around and to shoot. I can say she’s a studio favourite and I’m looking forward to working with her in the coming months and years.

I did a Halloween workshop with Ivy. Great to work with with. Really nice personality, and friendly. She comes up with some great creatives poses.

First shoot with Ivy today, very lucky she could fit me in. Extremely professional from start to finish.

Brought enough costumes to open a hire shop, her quick changes made the shoot flow soothly.

I've been following Ivy's work for a little while and when she posted about shooting at one of Studio88's water tank weekends it was an opportunity to good to miss.

Communications to organise the shoot were first class, to be honest I'd love it if more were as simple as that. Shoot details and rough plan were done in just a couple of messages and then it was just a couple to check in and finesse things like fresh outfit ideas.

What drew me to shooting with Ivy was her energy and character portrayal, and she showed this throughout the shoot. She was friendly, approachable plus enthusiastic to work with me on creating the looks I had in mind whilst being professional in her approach being quick to change outfits and not distracted by her phone.

She worked well with posing, flowing between poses and working with my input plus direction on the vibe. All I needed to do was add bits here and there to finesse the look I was going for, no need to micromanage which makes my work easier.

We shot across a variety of styles, some in a Peter Coulson type fashion vibe downstairs on the cove and then upstairs in the water tank with some of her excellent cosplay outfits plus a lingerie set for a bit of difference.

I liked how she adapted to very different styles and added some real character acting and emotion to add an extra dimension to the cosplay sets.

I enjoyed shooting with Ivy, she's the type of creative I like to work with not that it really feels like work. We were able to have a very creative yet relaxed and enjoyable shoot.

It's a yes from me, very much a rising star imo :)

What a shoot we had today!

Ivy arrived on time and with so many costumes we could of shot for a week :)

Working with Ivy is always a lot of fun and always very creative.

We have lots of laughs and chat loads throughout the shoot. Ivy is laid back but works so hard to get the amost amazing shots and 100% professional.

I love working with Ivy and can not wait for our next shoot, and we have ideas in the pipeline already :)

1000% recommended.

In addition to being a Marvellous/DCvellous model, Ivy is personable & fun.

You get passionately invested personality with each character Ivy inhabits.

Ivy’s costumes and make up are top notch.

Three quarters of this shoot was an organic progression from our first.

I brought some reference material which Ivy interpreted with aplomb.

Ivy went with my bizarre suggestions and enhanced them with her own additions.

In addition Ivy suggested a cool subset.

Back of camera looked great.

I have already booked Ivy for shoot 3 for the magnificent madness to continue.

Second shoot with Ivy and this time part of a Rawpics Studio Day. I've been waiting 3 months since it was booked so the pressure was high!

As before precomms with Ivy was good, we ran through a few ideas and came up with 3 sets. On the day she had some extra props and even added a fourth look when we had extra time at the end.

Ivy comes alive in front of the camera and I think has more fun than the photographer. Really getting into the character and giving it her all. Plenty of chat and feedback during the shoot which I always like.

As before, I was blown away with the results and so many images to work on.

100% highly recommended.

Rawpics Studio

Ivy recently had a studio day here,

The pre shoot comms were spot on and even phone conversations , to discuss how the event should be run. I really value phone conversation as It gives me a better understanding of the model and their character.

Within seconds of talking to Ivy, I knew immediately I was going to be working with a like minded creative.

Ivy had a total of 16 costume changes throughout the day, and worked to the highest standard from start to finish, which was a TEN Hour day.

She gave 100% at all times giving all the photographers amazing images.

Ivy has a very special personality, that becomes infectious and everyone just bonds with her immediately , which is a very special talent in its self.

It is without hesitation that I can highly recommend Ivy 100%

I am really looking forward to our next event, which has almost sold out

Only my second shoot with Ivy, but I had a fabulous time.

She was ready in one of the costumes which I had asked her to bring and was very happy to adopt poses which I asked for, and to introduce her ideas as well.

We worked well together and produced lats of images which I really like.

She has always gone out of her way to ensure that I get good shots.

Ivy is someone I will be very happy to work with time and time again, so if you want someone who is different from other models then book Ivy. She is good.

Definitely recommended.

Just had another great shoot with Ivy, this time at her studio day at Rawpics in Somerset.

Ivy was brilliant as always. She is incredibly versatile, transforming from retro fashion, with hair styled accordingly, to a Cosplay Pennywise with amazing face paint make up. She has a massive range of outfits, pays great attention to detail with exactly the right accessories, and works really hard to deliver the right image.

The number of changes in a short 2 hour shoot was amazing, with each time Ivy emerging chameleon like from the changing room as a totally different character.

Absolutely brilliant, definitely very highly recommended and I certainly hope to work with her again soon.

Second shoot with Ms Huxley. Wow!!!

It beggars belief that Ms Huxley has been modelling for less than a year. She has a natural aptitude for it - she seems to instinctively know what will work for the camera - and she has a shed-load of imagination and all-round creativity, boundless energy and enthusiasm, and has a wardrobe that is the stuff of legend (see her pictures and her other references!) And all this after less than a year of modelling. Remarkable!

On top of all that her communications are excellent, she's reliable and 100% professional in every respect, and she has a sparkling personality and a great sense of humour.

Yep - in case it's not obvious I reckon she's absolutely bl**dy tremendous! Indeed, our next shoot is already in the diary.

Into Darkness

"Woman, demon, countess, or whatever the hell you are..." accurately sums up the creation that stepped out of the changing rooms at Neon Dreams.

Ivy doesn't do things by half. There's an attention to detail on every single outfit/cosplay/whatever that I've only ever seen with the most ardent fans of that single and specific character - not a whole gamut.

One minute you'll have a towering fallen angel looming over you, and then a tiny wood elf/pixie/thing.

And yes, towering is an accurate description with those heels.

I'm glad that this was one of my last organised shoots for a little while. End on a high and all that :)
