What a successful shoot! I had loads of characters to get through and we shot eight in two hours. Helen is great at taking direction, but then letting loose in character to deliver the unexpected. Now I just have a few hours of post-production to wok on... Thanks for giving me a good problem to have, Helen! :)

We worked at her home studio - very well-equipped and a great environment ro work in. All round, thoroughly recommended.

Err… well… it’s not often that I’m completely lost for words… but let’s start with wow, wow, wow!

What an enormous pleasure it was to welcome Helen to the studio and the 4 hours we worked together simply flew by in a whirlwind of chatting, laughing and general craziness. Then there were the photos… oh my the photos!!! Effortless, serene, captivating, breathtaking - Helen worked her way from pose to pose in the blink of an eye, and one stunning image after another popped onto the monitor as I was tethering away trying to keep up 🤪

If you haven’t worked with Helen yet then what the heck are you waiting for??? Do it! Book her today!! You owe it to yourself…

This was my third shoot with Helen, ably supported by her husband who was wonderful in helping me with setting everything up for each scene in their studio. Helen is, as always, great fun to be with and to work with, with her bubbly personality and liveliness. She is also a great model, and very keen to ensure we get the best pictures possible and full of imaginative poses. I recommend her - you will have an enjoyable session and get some great pictures.

Since the lockdowns of Covid I have struggled to get my photography back on track. This shoot with Helen certanly rebooted my mojo! We went back to simple lighting setups and concentrated on nude figure work with a bit of 'Betty Page' in the boudoir thrown in for fun. This was a fabulous shoot which was just what I needed. Oh! and thankfully, Helen is still crazy as a box of frogs!!!

Highly recommended.

There is nothing I can say that has not been said before, Helen is absolutely wonderful model and a true joy to work with, her enthusiasm is infectious and she always exceeds my expectations. If you are looking for a really professional model who is beautiful and fun to work with look no further.

A while back Helen messaged me wondering whether I’d like to shoot with her during her London tour Nov/Dec. I’ve always wanted to shoot Helen as I believe her to be the ‘Queen of vintage’ and Hollywood Glamour, so I seized the opportunity. The more I looked for a styled Vintage Hotel to shoot in, I rapidly became aware that London was not the place for this theme. Looking closer to Helens home town, I stumbled across a beautifully decorated Very old hotel which would do her images and style justice. I booked a room for a couple of nights and set about collecting items that would compliment her look. Throughout this time Helen was organised, great with communication, and enthusiastic with my ideas. She did not disappoint. We shot a range of looks throughout the evening and following morning in more natural light. Helen was just lovely. Quirky, fun to shoot with and when she struck the pose she hit the nail on the head repeatedly. Through my lens, I was transported back years to a bygone era of Glamour, opulence and tantalising looks. I really enjoyed my limited time with Helen and would love to shoot with her in the near future. Thanks again Helen, you were Amazing! KJ

I had the wonderful pleasure of working again with the legend that is Helen, I swear if this lady could be plugged into the national grid the energy crisis would be solved!

What Helen brings to a shoot is boundless energy, an amazing sense of fun & a very keen knowledge of getting just the right look for each frame.

Fours hours once again just flew by & I look forward to when we next meet!

I cannot recommend Helen highly enough a consummate professional & just great to be around, once again the 300 mile round trip was certainly worth it!

Had my second shoot with Helen yesterday – this time on location – and another fantastic experience. Helen is just such fun to shoot with, and be around – and she certainly puts the effort in! She had been on a shoot at the location the previous day, and warned me it was chilly. However, I hadn’t appreciated quite how cold. Driving south from the Midlands, my car ice warning suddenly kicked in and by the time I parked up in Wales, the car was telling me it was 0 degrees outside. I did say to Helen that I was happy to shoot more autumn/winter fashion and less art nude than planned. However, there was no stopping her, as she proceeded to pose around the ruined chapel that was our opening location, just taking regular breaks to warm up. She is an absolute star!

(There was also the slightly surreally appropriate moment when, having ascertained my favourite band was Rush, Helen let youtube chose something at random and I found myself shooting away in the chapel to the sound of The Temples of Syrinx).

With the chapel done, we moved on to an old railway station nearby and on to more of a straight fashion shoot. With some stunning autumn colour to be captured, it proved an excellent choice – thanks Helen! All in all, I came away with some cracking images and had a really enjoyable few hours. Definitely recommend, and I look forward to the next time!

A superb shoot today with Helen, she is one tough cookie, art nude in the middle of Nov !! Posed gracefully, elegantly and smoothly.

We shot at her fav location nr Chepstow then moved to the Old Station which she'd not shot at before.

Excellent pre shoot comms, highly chatty during the shoot, superb company and overall a smashing lass.

I have worked with Helen many times previously but this was the first time post COVID. We shot at her well-equipped Heavenly Bodies Studio and it was a delight to be shooting with Helen again; this time I wanted to experiment with some new creative filters. She was very patient with my experimentation and application of fabrics and could respond to the back of camera images to create some amazing images. Helen is super-experienced and can reflect strong emotions in her expressions and she understands how different body shapes and poses work with various props and outfits. She has the rare talent of being able to throw and manipulate fabrics in a way that creates beautiful, moody, portraits giving unique and creative images. The whole shoot was great fun and the time flashed by leaving plenty of new things to try in future shoots. I can recommend Helen most highly to all photographers.

Indeed she is all of these and much more. Arrived on time afetr excellent preshoot comms, putting up with my requests and changes without complaint. Thoroughly professional model and a truly remarakable person. Been years since our prevous shoot, wont let the time to next one be far away.

We covered a range of styles from art nude to portrait with some interesting quirky/fun shots for good measure.

Mad as abox of frogs yet retains her professional attitude. a delight to know and work with, of course, highly recommended.

Helen has become a really great friend over the many shoots we have done together, I'm not sure many it is now, but it's always such a laugh working with her, I love it!! :)

Helen had a couple of locations in mind, a old ruin and an urbex shoot. Despite the cold November weather, Helen managed to do some lovely art nude poses, and I was really happy with what we captured. We tried a variety of looks, and I think they worked with the location.

I can highly recommend Helen, well I must feel Helen is a fabulous model if I keep having shoots with her, as I'm quite picky who I work with.

This was my second shoot with Helen.....after a gap of over eight years!

Pre-shoot communications were good and Helen arrived on time with a huge suitcase of outfits including some items I had requested. A few adjustments to the makeup and we were soon up and running.

We shot a wide variety of backgrounds, lighting and outfits to produce a good selection of images, reviewing them, in batches, on the studio’s large screen TV as we went along to make sure they were what we were after.

While a little shy, Helen is very professional with a good sense of humour and glides seamlessly from one pose to the next, interrupted only by laughter or falling over, making life easy for me. The results from the shoot are a good variety of images that we are both happy with.

Helen is so easy to get along with and in no time I was shooting her and having a relaxing time.

I had another excellent shoot with Helen yesterday at her home studio.

As always Helen is very welcoming, and the shoot started with the mandatory cup of coffee or tea, and a catch-up chat.

Helen is a very easy person to work with, and puts a lot of effort into her choice of outfits. She struck a huge number of interesting poses during the shoot, including some in the garden, braving the cold.

I have no hesitation in recommending Helen to other photographers - you will certainly not be disappointed.

A great shoot with a model I have tried to shoot with several times before. Until now we have always clashed with something else. Helen is a great model who arrived on time with everything we had arranged for the shoot. She posed brilliantly and as it was the first time for me for a hotel shoot we produced some great images with a lot of laughter and enjoyment. The time flew by and everything I had planned seemed to work. I would highly recommend her and hope to work with her again.

A great shoot with Helen today at her studio. Pre-shoot comms were great, and we both had a good idea of the shoot plan before starting.

Helen is a great host, and more importantly a fantastic model. We covered a wide variety of genres, from Old Hollywood to 1950s, art nude and even some natural light work in the garden. Throughout Helen was great company and very chatty.

Looking forward to our next shoot together!

I worked with Helen on a recent outdoor shoot in Wales: it was my first ever PurplePort shoot so I was a bit nervous! However Helen was really excellent to work with, from my initial contact with her to the day itself - she was highly professional, extremely organised, helpful, and creative throughout: she suggested an outdoor location which was perfect for what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was also great company and she supplied good music too!
