We have plenty to talk about, she always gets used to my selection of props

and different dresses.

We usually get a good selection of images amid the course of 3 hours.

I will definitely call on Helen again, a great model and always fun to be with.

I always enjoy my time with Helen.

Following a successful studio shoot with Helen, I happily accepted her invitation to shoot outdoors at a hidden (and very private) ruined church/chapel near Chepstow, which would have merited the two and a half hour drive from home on its own...but there was more. An old railway station, just up the road.

The chapel is a stunning location and provided a wealth of backdrops. We were spoiled for choice. Of course, the lady herself comes with a wealth of experience and the poses flow effortlessly. I was able to capture (all with lovely soft, natural light) an amazing amount of wonderful images.

I had a great day. We laughed a great deal. I came away with everything I had been hoping for from the shoot and I can say that I worked with a lovely lady. Thank you Helen.

This was my first shoot with Helen. Amazingly organised, directions and detail about the location, The Ruins, were absolutely perfect. After a lot of pre shoot coms, when we met, the whole afternoon went so smoothly. Helen had come prepared with a variety of clothes as discussed beforehand and her ability to make the most of the location and free flowing poses was an absolute delight. Her modelling is flawless and she has the ability to act and create all types of characterisations with ease. Helen is a highly talented model, intelligent lady whose conversation is exciting, fun and instructional. She is a really lovely person to be in the company of who wants to achieve the best, yet is able to have fun and make the shoot a really enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend Helen highly enough for all levels of photographers and I hope we will be able to have another shoot before too long. Thank you Helen for an amazing shoot and for creating amazing images. :-)

What a joy to work with Helen again!!

It is hard to imagine that it took us 4 years to have our 2nd opportunity to create some artistic photos/art together.

I had fantastic time and I hope that we will have another creative opportunity soon.

Had a fun shoot with Helen at her home the other day. We shot in her garden and elsewhere in her home in natural light as well as her very well equipped studio. We had a very successful and productive shoot featuring her own heavenly body! Thoroughly recommended!!

It's been a good number of years since I last worked with Helen, so it was great to catch up. We discussed a couple of general ideas using natural light, then Helen ran through a series of static and animated poses. We then experimented with shapes and shadows using studio lights. Helen is great to work with and needs very little direction, and frequently comes up with ideas whilst maintaining her usual chirpiness throughout the shoot. She is a joy to work with. Once again, I have experienced an absorbing and enjoyable shoot with Helen: on this occasion Helen extended her modelling rôle by negotiating and organising a half day session at Belmont House - a dream location for photographers created and ably hosted by Paul and Sharon. This was a new type of venture for me, which involved working alongside/in tandem with Sian Philips Photography, judiciously arranged by Helen. I enjoyed this arrangement immensely and benefitted from it.

From my viewpoint, Helen's comms were unsurpassed wrt flow and detail, particularly as I was out of the country for part of the time and there was more discussion on outfits and ideas than I usually require. She also stimulated fruitful discussions with my partner photographer in advance of the shoot.

Helen's professionalism and consummate modelling skills shone through on our half day, laced with her aimiable and infectious personality. Photographing her is always a pleasure. I am still working through the images we made (plus film to develop) but look forward to posting soon.

Thank you Helen for every aspect of your involvement in the Belmont shoot.

I've shot with Helen a few times now, and this latest occasion was at Belmont House near Salisbury. Helen wasn't feeling 100% but she's a complete professional, you would never have been able to tell from her modelling.

We shot a series of sets in different parts of the house, using the natural light and while I'm still going through the images, I already know e got some beautiful results.

It's always a joy shooting with Helen - she's just such a great personality - and this was no different. Thoroughly recommended.

What a wonderful location Helen had organised at Belmont House and what a fab time I had. This is the first time I've worked with Helen and certainly won't be the last! This was the first shoot after taking time off for maternity leave and also something different for me working on location. Helen made me feel so welcome and at ease.

Helen is very creative, super experienced and so professional, I wasn't disappointed. Pre comms was excellent and we too and froed ideas and moodboards so Helen knew what I was after. Helen came prepared and had loads of costumes/ props. Each set, Helen hardly needed any direction and posed freely capturing each look I was after. I have loads of excellent images to work from.

Helen is such a friendly person and can't wait to work with her again. Thank you for an amazing afternoon!

I have admired Helen's work over the years, and particular hers and my love of Film Noir/Hollywood and latex styles, and eventually our diaries and locations coincided with her day at Aura Studio.

Our pre-comms were excellent, timely and covered the styles above, so I was really looking forward to meeting her for the first time, and on doing so, I was greeted by a wonderful bubbly, full-on and fun personality.

Helen had brought along just the right wardrobe (plus my own black Beret) for the femme fatale film noir work, then changed up to a Betty Boo Leopard style long dress, finishing with an amazing full-length Red latex jumpsuit!

Sadly, the time just flew by so quickly, so we didn't have time for art nude work, but that'll save for a later date I hope.

I absolutely loved working with Helen. She is a consummate professional and her years of experience reflect that in her posing and styles.

100% recommended, and thank you Helen for a blast of a time! : )

After having communicated with Helen various times over the past few years on subjects of mutual interest, finally got to shoot together today at the awesome Aura Studios in Weedon Bec.

Pre-shoot comms were concise and informative, Helen was punctual and arrived ready to crack on with the shoot.

We shot a variety of sets whilst having the most interesting of chats on various subjects! Helen was the consummate professional, both when posing freely or taking direction equally well, and the 4 hours flew by in a blur.

A very enjoyable shoot, a very interesting, intelligent and conversational model, great fun, and a superb way to spend the time. Comes with my highest possible recommendation, and I look forward to shooting with Helen again!

I had a lovely shoot with Helen at her ruined chapel location - the weather was kind and the scenery was perfect.

It has been quite a while since our last shoot, but she was as full of energy and ideas as ever, and absolutely prefessional. She is a delight to be with, and I got some great images which will be perfect for what I need.

Absolutely recommended, I hope to shoot with her again before too long - as always, I came away from the shoot with more ideas for the next one.

I have long been familiar with Helen as among the most distinguished of all the models in the south west and a professional in a sense that few can match. Nor was I surprised that this was exactly what I found. She is easy to get on with and in the course of three hours conversation we covered a very wide range of topics, from how to dismiss the various kinds of people one might prefer not to have knocking on one's door, to models we have both known and finally to what makes me tick, a subject upon which I was not particularly forthcoming partly because I am not sure that I know the answer. She reminded me fairly strongly of a model I worked with years ago with whom shoots were an experience in far more than just a photographic sense, although delivery in that sense was always guaranteed (at least by her). Thus, she had an excellent range of clothing laid out for my examination on arrival and looked good in everything we tried, greatly assisted by her fine figure, strikingly beautiful face and extensive experience in the craft of modelling. The garment which she wore back to front and which caused me to abandon my normal full figure work for a portrait arguably produced the image of the day. I don't need to say much more. She can obviously be strongly recommended. When you have tried the rest, try the best.
