Had a shoot booked in with Neil at Fareham studios this Saturday and honestly I starting to love working there more and more!

Andy is super helpful and kind, he is happy to help with everything he can help with and is very easy to talk to.

The sets are all so stunning and easy to work in, there are many props to work with as well as extra clothes, hats, shoes ect to use!

I would 100% recommend Fareham studios to anyone and everyone :)

I have shot at Fareham Studio three times now on an introductory studio course, model day and a private booking. The studio is really well equipped and has multiple different themed sets alongside plenty of space to be creative. Both Rin and Andy are super helpful and were happy to assist with lighting setups and guidance. For anyone like me who was looking to try shooting in a studio I would definitely recommend a visit.

Ended up back sooner than expected as a space came available on the Androgynous group shoot with Cocaine James and as I'd done little to nothing with male models I thought I'd give it a go.

As with the week before it was well organised and a chilled vibe even though all the other photographers were different to the ones I'd met the previous week.

A nice variety of sets to work with the theme and styling plus I was able to try my own ideas to bring my own touch to the shoot. Another successful group shoot, back soon for another one (or two)

Ghost Light Photography

A superb venue. There is the usual range of backdrops that you would expect, but so many colour options that you could probably shoot there for a week and never knowingly shoot the same thing twice. But what sets this studio apart is the collection of bespoke sets that give some fabulous opportunities. There is even a working shower if you want something a little different.

The studio owners are exceptional, offering help and advice if required. And with so many possibilities, help like this is very useful.

Fareham studio may not be the closest to me, but with such amazing facilities I will certainly be back.

I had the pleasure of hosting a model day with Fareham studio on my recent tour.

I had never been here before and didn't know what to expect...

Well my goodness! For a model it is perfect! Attentive hosts, and more dresses and accessories than you can shake a stick at A super cosy (and very large) changing room, heaters everywhere and a kick ass sound system!

Then there were the sets, attention to detail is what immediately stands out in the different areas which prove you dont need a lot of room to create something special - particular standouts are the Moroccan fabric and cushioned area next to the window and the lush pastel and lace chaise longue, oh and the awesome shower! I honestly couldnt fault it at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my day there - Im looking forward to returning! Thanks guys!

Had a Halloween shoot yesterday evening at the studio as a small groups with Andy being one of the photographers.

The studio once again super accommodating and with lots and lots of equipment mean we were able to get a variety of shots and styles.

Andy is a great photographer and captured the shots just how I had imagined in my head and I carnt wait to see them.

Andy was also able to help with my fake blood application as he’s a man of many skills.

I’d highly recommend both the studio and also Andy as a photographer. I’ll definitely be back again

Very impressive studio with a range of areas, backdrops and props etc. This was my first time shooting in a studio as a photographer so having Andy there to help me out with lighting was awesome. He's a really nice/decent guy and I also learn't a fair bit from him during my short time there.

Attended my first group shoot at Fareham studio with the brilliant Kate Lilleyman modelling for the simplicity theme.

I decided to book this as I fancied a bit of a shoot after not doing one for a few weeks to get a little practice ahead of a planned shoot that weekend.

Now I have to say that some group shoots in the past have put me off them but this was the exact opposite and a very refreshing experience. Rin was great at organising the shoot and it was a very relaxed vibe with a good mixture of photographers many if not all were regulars on the events.

The light setups were simple yet very effective and the styling worked well with them, good to remind myself that things don't have to involve multiple lights all the time.

Achieved all my goals for the evening and then some, Kate was a very impressive model so I came away with loads of great images plus my brain wasn't as rusty as I thought or maybe it was chatting to Rin that inspired me, either way I came away rather happy I made the trip.

Perfect shoot in a Perfect studio yesterday. Fareham studio has everything, plus coffee on the go is a bonus.

Rin was the Perfect host as always assisting with lighting and ideas.

Fareham studio is a great little place. Very well equipped with a wide array of lights, modifiers, props and backdrops, and the layout is very flexible. It is run by lovely people too! Can't really say much which hasn't already been said. Highly recommended!

I've lost count of the times I've shot at Fareham Studio - I almost live there! As ever, there's everything I need including endless tea, coffee and biscuits. :-)

A special shout-out this time to Andy for giving me help with some quick impromptu set building for a James Bond set with Owun. It worked really well to bring the backdrop into the foreground and looks convincing in the final images.

I'm shooting there again tomorrow and on Friday, so if that doesn't say enough about the studio I don't know what else would. Definitely recommended!

This was my second shoot at Fareham Studio and the place has only got better! This is easily my favourite studio to shoot at (and being local to me is just a bonus!).

Andy is really welcoming and having him on hand during the shoot to offer help/guidance, but without interfering is a huge benefit as there were a couple of times I wanted bring something into the shot and he had just right light for what was needed.

Will I be booking future shoots are Fareham Studio? Absolutely!

What a fantastic space! This studio has been kitted out to within an inch of its life, pretty much anything goes from fantastic lights and gels, smoke machine, bubble machine, carefully thought out sets and props galore. The perfect place to unleash your inner creativity. I shot here for the first time today and I have to say the help on hand was excellent, and actually enabled us to really enhance an image, so massively appreciated the expert input. Would absolutely recommend this place and would happily come back again and again.

Hosted a Studio Day at Fareham Studio over the weekend!

Communications were great prior to the Studio day were fantastic and and both Andy and Rin were really good at sorting everything out for the day and organizing everything.

Andy was at the Studio During my Studio Day. He was really welcoming and a fantastic host and was really easy to work with and talk to. He was really great at setting up the lighting and backdrops for all of the photographers who worked with me during the Studio Day. He was so helpful and professional and had such a great talent and creativity to him.

As for the Studio it’s just amazing it has so many different set ups and scenes to shoot from it’s got everything you need and all of the sets were so beautiful and hand crafted. They looked just incredible on camera!

Recently attended a group shoot at Fareham Studio. All comms were excellent. The group was run brilliantly with a wide range of options. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at Fareham studio for a group event with the incredible Irida_s.

I was a little nervous as this was a new environment, new people, plus with a new camera I had still to get to grips with. Worried I would make a complete hash of it all.

Rin was the host, extremely helpful, ran the whole event with ease, explaining the set up. Plus the technical lighting aspects which I found most informative, useful and important to understand.

Also without Rin's technical expertise, help, my visit could have come undone. As my new camera decided to change it's focus settings! With some embarrassment I needed help.

Rin sorted it out in a couple of minutes, or was it less, phew! Got me to get to grips with my cameras settings, plus saved my evening.

For someone fairly new to this, I can, as many others here have said in their comments below, highly recommend Fareham studios. New to photography? Don't worry just go along.

The studio has everything you need, so I am booked (luckily) on another group session.

Outcome, well that is in the creativity of the results. First time using gels in earnest (not the last) and in fact for most on this event. With the amazing poise, forms from Irida_s made for some great images and in focus!
