Fareham Studio is an absolute gem for any photographer looking for a well-equipped and versatile space. This was my first time shooting here, and I was thoroughly impressed with the setup and the range of areas available. Rin clearly takes great pride in the studio, keeping each space immaculate and ready for use.

We shot in three of the upstairs areas: the bedroom, a cosy summer-themed corner, and the harem area. Each space had its own distinct vibe, which made it easy to create a variety of looks in a single session. The natural light streaming through the studio was fantastic, and we managed to capture most of our shots using just the available light. For those moments where a bit of extra light was needed, we used a constant fill light, but the studio also has a range of lighting equipment available for more complex setups, ensuring photographers are ready for any situation.

Fareham Studio is truly a well-thought-out, comfortable space with every detail meticulously cared for. Whether you’re looking for a natural light session or something requiring full lighting gear, this studio is a brilliant choice. Highly recommended!

Haven't shot here since 2017 when the studio was quite different, but what a difference a few years makes! Studio space is great. Love the upstairs setups with lots of natural light to use, and lots of different scene options. Downstairs has lots of space for creative lighting, with backdrops of all colours to choose from.

Rin is on hand for anything you might need, plus of course cups of tea :)

I'll be back again, and probably not 7 years this time.

I had the pleasure of hosting a model day at Fareham Studio yesterday, and I cannot praise the experience enough. Rin is the most wonderful host! It was my first visit in four years, and the studio has undergone incredible changes, with lots of new backdrops and some very cool sets upstairs. Rin ensured everything ran smoothly, keeping me comfortable throughout the day with teas and coffees and offering valuable assistance with lighting and set dressing. She was incredibly friendly and helpful with each shoot. Thank you, Rin, for making the day such a success and for being a truly fantastic host! Highly recommended!

Was so great to be back at Fareham Studio again recently for my studio day, Rin was super helpful via comms and we had the help of Andy (Gothic Image) on the day to help run things, as Rin was still in Italy at the time. The studio is great, plenty to use and loads of space too as well as plenty of props to use too.

Very highly recommend this studio, and I’m sure I will be back again at some point. Thanks again! :D

I visited Fareham Studio for the first time and actually did two shoots in two days with different models.

The studio was fine for what I wanted and Emma was extremely helpful if you required any help or left us well alone if not.

Liked the industrial type staircase as got some great shots there, although that wasn't a specific set 😁

Simple and varied sets and you could manufacture you own within those too.

So all in all definitely recommend. Easy to find and park.

I worked two hours at Fareham studio on a studio day - my first time visiting Fareham. The studio already has over 700 positive references, so maybe there's nothing new for me to say except to confirm it was really as good as everyone else already said!

I thought the studio's standout feature was its versatility: it is spacious and well-equipped, with an abundance of diverse shootable areas. In just two hours, this variety allowed me to produce plenty of images with different styles and concepts.

I was surprised to find a completely different set in every corner of the two floors. A carefully curated collection of props throughout the studio says a lot about Rin's excellent taste and eye for aesthetics. I'm sure she has thoughtfully selected each item to enhance the sets' visual appeal and storytelling potential.

There's high-quality lighting gear, including a variety of modifiers. However, the quality of natural light in the studio is absolutely fantastic: the space harnesses daylight to create beautiful, soft illumination – a dream for any photographer who, like myself, appreciates working with natural light. I was really lucky on the day and didn't use any of the studio lights.

So, thank you Rin for managing the studio so flawlessly and organising the studio day. I had a really good creative time at your studio. Another well-deserved 100% recommendation!

Had an amazing group photo shoot last night at Fareham studio, with this being only my second studio photo shoot, I was a bit apprehensive, I was made to feel at ease from the moment I stepped in the studio. we were photographing the amazing model CaitlynJ, she is a fantastic model and I cannot wait to photograph her again some time.

I will defiantly be returning to Fareham Studio again very soon, I would highly recommend anyone no matter what experience level you are to shoot at Fareham Studio at least once, you will go back.

This was my fourth shoot at Fareham Studio and Rin has made a lot of changes to the backgrounds and sets available to shoot particularly in the natural light area upstairs.

This shoot was three hours with Ell Mae.

Rin was on hand to help with the setting up of the lights and props so that I could get the most out of the session.

Rin is always very helpful and supplied coffee on arrival and during a break.

I used both the main studio and the natural light area and got a wide range of images for my portfolio.

I highly recommend the studio to all photographers.

I had my first visit to Fareham Studio for a 1:1 shoot with Ell Mae on a Rin organised Studio Day.

The studio is a fabulous place to shoot with beautiful natural light, amazing sets and more flash heads, modifiers, backdrops and props than you would ever need to use.

Rin was on hand from the outset, providing a welcome to the studio coffee and a run through on the studio and its facilities. Rin was also available to help with lighting set up, make suggestions on modifier types, and also generally available throughout my 4hr shoot.

Rin has put a lot of effort into creating a variety of beautiful sets, well decorated and loads of variety.

As I said, this was my first time to shoot at Fareham but I very much look forward to the opportunity to shoot there again in the future, and would 100% recommend the studio and Rin.

Fareham Studio is, as usual, a great studio to work in. It's kept at a comfortable temperature and Rin will go above and beyond to adjust it if its too warm/cold. The studio is so well equipped and has an abundance of backgrounds and various lighting with modifiers as well. The studio is well located and easy to reach with ample parking.

Rin is super easy to organise with and kept me up to date with the studio day slots. Arriving at the studio I was greeted with a cup of tea as was the photographer. Rin keeps the atmosphere relaxed and chilled throughout, offering a portable speaker with your own music if you wish. She does a fantastic job of running the studio and is always on hand to help as and when necessary.

I love working at Fareham and will happily return time and time again.

I had my second shoot at Fareham Studio today, the first being an evening group shoot - which I highly recommend as a great introduction to the sets available - and this one, a solo shoot. Came away very pleased with the shots I got on both occasions. Rin has a knack for picking the best of models and the sets she’s made are exceptional. I highly recommend a visit.

I’m looking forward to my next shoot at the studio - when Rin will also be modelling.

It had been a while since I had last worked at Fareham and it was a pleasure to see Rin again and to work with her as she assited me get the very best from my first studio shoot with Poppy Haskell. I love Rin's lighting and the speed and professionalism with which she can create just the look I am after. Bish-bosh-bash and its done - no drama and you have a perfect setup with no more than a couple of test shots.

If you want a professional large studio with great lighting plus 5 or 6 natural light sets upstairs then you should give Fareham a go. You won't regret it.

I had a successful studio day at Fareham Studio. Well equipped. Many varieties of set ups to experiment with. Rin is absolutely a friendly and lovely host, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire day. Thank you for the many coffees I requested :) Thank you for helping all the photographers set up and contributing ideas. No issues with communication at all. Rin is very organised and prompt in responding to messages. Nothing to fault. Would definitely love to return to the studio again.

I made my first visit to the studio this week to attend a Boho group shoot, organised by Rin. It was a great evening, very relaxed and informal, and I came away with plenty of excellent images.

The sets on the first floor, some of which make good use of natural light, are beautifully artistic and provide for an excellent variety of shots.

Rin provides great support; her extensive and successful experience as both a model and photographer enables her to offer sound guidance when required. She is also a great host and takes care to ensure models and photographers are comfortable - she also makes a great cup of tea :)
