Hello and welcome to my Port of Purple...
Restarted my love of photography a little while ago and loving it. After being use to using film and a dark room the possibilities now are endless, forever inventive.
I am a keen, enthusiastic amateur photographer. Mature, respectful, fun, interested in a wide range of genre's in delivering the image story.
I like to work to some form of story line, a concept (mood boards), at least as a start. Also very much appreciate those involved, the model, to bring their own creative experiences, ideas, and own unique input, into play. As this I see as 'positive creativity' at the same time enjoying the creative spark, either on location, studio, or home.
Whether it be fashion to portraiture to lingerie or artistic nude. The aim is to create images that please the aesthetic senses, the emotional connections between viewer and the image. To capture the viewers curiosity, imagination, provoking them to consider, think and enjoy.
I have my own lighting equipment so I am happy to work on projects, build portfolios, consider anything you would like to throw at me. Collaborations are after all, a way to open doors of possibilities and supportive publicity.
I live in Dorset where there is a huge array of wonderful locations to use, beaches, sand dunes to rustic architecture, forests, plus can use my own home or local photographic studios..
