References for Mr Dave

I have just spent a super four days with Mr Dave on another one of the luxury All- Inclusive trips we run, this time to Fuerteventura.

I took on board a lot of feedback from all the other trips we have done and it's always good to get the gang around the table to talk through future trips and where/ when we may do them!

Mr Dave is great at giving feedback and I appreciate it. Nothing can ever be 100% perfect but we aim to get as close as we can. :D

Like all the other trips Mr Dave was great to work with- chatty with the others and took a LOAD of incredible images... once again!

Can't wait to see more images go up and to do it all over again in 2018! Thank you :)

Wow can’t believe this is the first time I got to work with the lovely Mr. Dave whilst working on my duo trip arranged and ran by Artemis Fauna on her Luxury All Inclusive Photographic Fuerteventura trip abroad assisted by IainT.

I instantly warmed to this wonderful the second I met him, a very caring, wise gentleman that had only the models best interests at heart, if I say nothing else I must say that he looks after his models and cares for them above anything else. It was so nice at the end of a shoot day to be given the camera or ipad to look at all the gorgeous images we had created and being given the choice to pick favourites, and let me just say it was bloody difficult as we had taken so many cracking shots!

Mr. Dave has such a big personality as well, you genuinely can’t ever be bored with this man as he gives great banter and has so much to talk about, I learnt so much I’m surprised my head didn’t explode. Once at a location he knew exactly what he wanted and he did whatever he needed to get those great shots, pure dedication at all times, but he always made sure that the models were comfortable and safe. He’s also a man filled with wicked ideas, as well as taking on other photographers ideas when working in pairs or groups, and a very gracious man who was more than happy to hear other opinions and help others out when needed, it’s always so good to see proper team work.

I thoroughly enjoyed every minute spent with the glorious Mr. Dave, and I can’t wait to get another shoot organised with him soon! Very easily and highly recommended to any model new or experienced.

Not only with some lovely images, but Dave also taught me some new modelling tips that have really helped me. This man is very experienced and a pleasure to work with who is always smiling!! xx

An Eye for Beauty

My first time shooting at Mr Dave's, with Somersetman, and two models Amie Boulton and Tatiana T. It was a great day. A drive of less that 90 minutes, and a terrific welcome. I enjoyed watching the big screen with images of the models he has shot - knew most of them! It was lovely to have a new venue and the weather was kind so we managed to shoot inside and outside. Dave was attentive to all our needs, and I very much look forward to going back again in the not too distant future. Thanks, Dave.

Mr Dave.... what a gem he is!

I had the pleasure of shooting at is beautiful home for the 3rd time. Why do i keep going back?? Because it is the perfect place to model with the best of hosts. :-) So many gorgeous places to shoot from and assistance on hand at all times. I have had the chance to work with Dave before so not only do i recommend his studio and his assistance but also himself as a photographer too a total all rounder. Had my first shoot with Mr Dave today and hopefully not the last!! I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the beginning and was shown great hospitality throughout :)

Mr Dave has some really lovely ideas, and was happy to listen to mine as also. As a result we have produced some lovely images together.

I had met Dave previously at Paul's Studio Wales Weekend however we had not managed to shoot together on that occasion unfortunately but when I knew he had booked on the Summers Abroad Photographic I modelled on in June with Rachelle Summers I was really looking forward to finally working with him.

Upon arrival I was greeted by him and Brian who was also on the same trip. He was absolutely lovely the whole week he was there and I really enjoyed not only shooting with him but also his company aswell. Such a genuine, kind, respectful, and warm person to be around. He came with his own ideas which included some video work which I loved shooting too :)

100% recommended and I would love to work with him again, hopefully when I make another tour down to the other end of the country :D haha

Rachelle Summers

I had the pleasure of having Dave book onto my recent Summers Abroad Photographic Holiday and he was a superb addition to the group :D

I was lucky enough that he took a full week this time rather than just a 3 day slot, but even then the time went far too quickly! Dave gets on with everyone, he is such a friendly person and loves a good natter so he fits into the holidays really well and I know I won't have any issues.

He took some stunning images throughout the week and from the ones that I saw on his iPad I can't wait to see the final results and what comes out from the trip. I also cannot wait to see what he does with all the video footage he took throughout the week, his videos and editing always impress me and love what he does with them so can't wait to see what comes from Cyprus :D

Highly HIGHLY recommended by me! Hope to have him on another trip in the future :)

Had a great shoot at Dave's with Kayla the other day, second time there and its a great setup with lights and backdrops available together with a very versatile location. There's excellent outside space which we unfortunately weren't able to use due to weather conditions but hope to return another time to remedy that!

Dave was an excellent host, on hand to help with any setups / changes required and providing lovely cups of tea too. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon.

I have worked with Dave on a few occasions now and always enjoyed the shoots and company. This time Dave came out to Portugal to attend Artemis Fauna's Luxury photographic event with me as the model alongside herself :)

Dave is simply one of the best people you could hope to work with, fun, kind, professional, well mannered, great company and Dave always strives for the very best out of his work. Dave is great at letting the model be involved in the shoot-bouncing off ideas/opinions making for great team work all round.

We had such a laugh when we were away and kind of sad we our are back home but so many amazing memories to hold on too, thanks for being you Mr Dave :)

Just come back from an amazing Luxury trip away in Portugal where I was lucky enough to spend an entire week with Mr Dave!

We have worked together many, many times now and I have loved each and every time!

Mr Dave is just super, he is calm, friendly, gets on with everyone and takes great images! The time went by WAY too quickly but I can't wait to see more images and the video's :)

Thank you so much, Mr Dave- you rock and I can't wait to do it again in October! :) :)

He's genuinely such a nice guy, with amazing hosting skills...the photography isn't too shabby either ;)

Although I didn't get much time to shoot with him, I was looking at all the images he has on a slide show! Amazing rather jealous.

Studio is amazing so much too do, beautiful house to shoot at aswell with many images to create.

I hope I get the opportunity to work with me Dave one day.

Hopefully one day he will let me plan a studio day 😉

Knight Vision Photography

Oh not sure where my last reference has gone sorry Dave looks like it did not save.

I was involved with my second group shoot at the studio as we are trying different ideas. The studio is in a quite location outside of Exeter, with outstanding spaces, rooms and parking. It is well equipped to cover most needs and Dave is only to pleased to offer help and advice. Not only is there the inside spaces but the garden has a few aspects to work allowing good natural light during the day.

Where can I start ?Mr Dave and I have met several times at local togups His quiet smile belies the fact that he is a very accomplished and knowledgeable photographer.

He is also very much up for a challenge !!so after a bit of planning with the wonderfull Amie Boulton we finally got to spend the most creative day in his studio.they were both on top form bouncing ideas all over the place.I learned the possibility of being both totally knackered and yet still fizzing with excitement ,as I drove home .

Are we going to do it again HELL YES!!!! so until the next time thankyou .

I attended a group shoot at Mr Daves home studio, and what a lovely studio it is, well equipped with different rooms to shoot and a beautiful garden too.

Dave made me feel very welcome and offered tea breaks throughout, he knew the images he wanted to achieve and I had lots of fun working with him.

Yeyyyyyy!!!...... After talking for a long while about a shooting together i finally had the chance to model for this legend! I knew of Dave from social events so we had chatted and i already knew he was such a lovely person but after a designer got in touch and wanted to work with the pair of us i was delighted!! We shot today at Mr Dave's beautiful home studio (which by the way is fully equipped and awesome!) Bern (the designer bought loads of cool outfits and Dave worked his magic behind the lense. It really was the perfect day. Dave is one of the lovliest people i have come across, always polite and full of fun and respectful of the model at all times. His port speaks volumes and he really does have that special touch as a photographer. Such an all rounder and would love to shoot with him again at any point in the future!
