I had this opportunity to work with Dave today and I would like to recommend this talented photographer to everyone. The pre-communication was excellent. He was very clear with what he wanted to achieve from the photo shoot and I'm very happy because it looks like we will be working together on new projects in the future. I really look forward to it, as I know we will learn a lot from each other. Dave is very skilled and friendly. I also loved Dave's dog, who's mega cute and wanted to pose with me. :) Thank you Dave. I'm very pleased with today's shoot and I will send you lots of ideas we can work on very soon. Highly recommended. :)

I just came back from a shoot at Mr Dave's crib. An awesome setup and selection of equipment for you to use if needed.

Dave is great to talk to and I have already booked his Bungalow for another shoot.

There is also his amazing sidekick Tim the dog, who greeted us with a smile.

I look forward to seeing Tim again :)

As always, Dave's hospitality and facilities were faultless and Claire and I are looking forward to the other dates that we already have booked with him.

This is my 3rd stay at Daves house in Exeter, what can I say he is an absolute gem. I love staying here I feel so relaxed and comfortable to be here, Dave always makes sure I'm ok and will go out his way to do so, I have my own room and bathroom. Dave also has a studio in his home with loads of natural light, back drops and lights. He has a big space to shoot in plus a big back garden. I would definitely recommend models to stay here, he really is great.

I will be stopping again on my next tour.

Worked at Mr Dave's this week with the fabulous Nicky Philips. Dave greated me on what I can only describe as the steepest drive way ive ever seen...but I made it! Dave was extremley helpful from the kick off and kept the coffee and biscuits flowing! He has a great studio setup at his place with all sorts of backdrops, lights, rooms with great natural light. Ive already looked at some dates to get over and take more advantage of it! Im due back there in March and cant wait to get going again.

Dave is quite the craftsman and a great guy and def knows his onions. Thanks again Dave and see you soon.

Dave is just an utter sweetheart!

I had my third shoot with him yesterday evening, this time whilst staying at his home for my first ever tour of his area! He's the type of person that will do anything to help and a total gentleman!

He was a great host and really made me feel at home throughout my tour :)

His studio is always warm and cosy and he is on hand at all times to help if photographers need it!

Our shoot itself was great, nailing some dance/movement and jump shots even though he had no previous experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed my week and our shoot and look forward to seeing him in Sunny Portugal in June :D

Mr Dave kindly helped me out when the studio I was scheduled to shoot in closed. Mr Dave is warmly welcoming to photographer and model, the facilities are excellent and Mr Dave allows a free run of his bungalow and is the epitome of helpfulness when needed. I did my first visit to Mr Dave studio to shoot with AnnaRose.

Everything had been set up prior to my arrival and Dave was very helpful with adjustments to background and lighting.

Nothing was too much trouble and my experience of working at Mr Dave's was first rate.

I look forward to re-visiting for another shoot soon.

Mr Dave was kind enough to put me up in his Bungalow recently when I was touring the Exeter area and allowed me to shoot there too. The time I was there, Mr Dave was a perfect host and provided me with everything I needed including food/snacks. He also, gave me useful tips on photoshop and photography. Only wished we had time to shoot but hopefully I will be back.:)Thank you for everything!

So Dave came to the studio to shoot with Tia Marie, such a nice man and really keen to grasp as much about this fantastic art form that we all revolve around. We did a session on close photography and finished off with some different lighting styles and as you will see from the results he learns well.

It was a pleasure to meet him and look forward to welcoming him back to the studio any time.

Had a shoot with Kayla today at Mr Daves in his house/studio for the first time. Well what can I say about the bloke. He was there when you wanted him or not if you didn't. I had a few problems with my kit and Dave not only lent me his but also help to set up. Absolutely brilliant chap. I cannot recommended him highly enough. Thanks Dave you saved my life more than once this afternoon.

I had an awesome shoot with Dave at the famous Studland last week. Dave was such a pleasure to model for. This was my first time modeling for Dave but we got on so well. He came fully prepared for the shoot and even brought lighting equipment too (not that we used much of it)

Dave was very happy to listen to my ideas and try them out and I think we came away with some really beautiful and a wide variety of awesome photos :) Dave even let me look through them after the shoot over some yummy bacon :)

I would happily recommend Dave to any other models and I can not wait to get to model for Dave again (hopefully get to go and stay at his bungalow)

I had a wonderful half day with Dave at Studland today. Dave knew what he wanted to achieve but was happy to give me free reign with styling and poses. We managed to fit loads of sets into the time; from regal fashion outside to sultry boudoir. He made excellent use of the natural light available and the results I saw on the back of the camera look stunning. I'd be delighted to work with Dave again and would highly recommend him to others.

I had a short but sweet shoot with Dave at his lovely home in Exeter.

Unfortunately Dave wasn't feeling at his best so we took a relaxed and easy approach to shooting. Dave had invested in a new video camera so we spent a little time playing around with the camera.

Had the chance to shoot in Dave,s Studio at the weekend. I really couldnt believe how much stuff he had in there. All backdrops were on pulleys and easily brought into play. Loads of lights and softboxes. In fact the whole set up was amazing. Not only restricted to a beautiful lit corner I could explore and use any room I wanted. The garden is south facing and the potential was clear to see, although the weather was not at its best on the day I shot. He kept my coffee cup filled and was on hand to lift and shift anything I wanted. He was a great studio manager, there when you needed him, and out of sitght when I was shooting. Highly recommended.

Bad Dolly

This week I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Dave's Bungalow. He kindly put me up in his beautiful immaculate bungalow in Exeter while I worked round the area and I'm so very glad he did!

Dave was fantastic company and so accommodating, he was the perfect host and my week would have been half as good without him! We had a mini shoot and Dave was great, looking forward to our next shoot already!

Wheh public transport played up Dave was a hero and waited up for me to pick me up from the station late at night.

I had such a lovely time at Daves and can't wait to visit again!

Ghost Light Photography

Mr Dave kindly played host to my shoot with Chiara Elisabetta, allowing some the freedom of his home studio and gardens. Whilst we were shooting mostly in natural light, Dave was on hand to help set up lights as needed. With both continuous and studio flash available there are plenty of options to suit any occasion. We were able to cover so many different themes that it seemed hard to believe this was all in a bungalow. There are also a number of backdrops available. As a measure of just how accomodating Dave was, he even went as far as unscrewing a door to make shooting a little easier.

Thanks for your hospitality and I hope I get the chance to shoot there again.

I absolutely love Mr Dave! What a wonderful, friendly, charming and caring man he is... Not to mention his great photography skills!

I stayed with him for two nights in Exeter on my first tour and had such a great time and loved chatting to him. He took care of me and went out of his way to make sure I was ok. We've arranged for him to come up Manchester way to shoot in my local studio and I'll definitely be coming back to stay with him in the near future. :)
